Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of private vocational high school teachers throughout the Ciampea District, Bogor. This research used quantitative research. The data collected in the form of assumptions analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a non-testing questionnaire. The questionnaire was compiled systematically by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent, and returned to the researcher (Sugiyono, 2018). The questionnaire in this study is a closed questionnaire, which is a questionnaire that contains the answers given by the researcher, so that the respondent can only choose one answer that suits him/herself. The questionnaire in this study contained a series of statements, including five alternative answers, and both positive and negative statements were answered by the teacher. Based on the regression test obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work productivity and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis pillars of waqf fiqh past and present, as well as what objects distinguish between waqf past and present, the aim is to compare and adjust the times, the method used is descriptive qualitative research, it can be concluded that the results of this study are, waqf Previously, there was no nazdir, while the waqf constitution required nadzir, and waqf objects were only limited to 3M (mosques, tombs, madrasa), now they have developed into movable assets, such as money, gold, securities, buildings, and vehicles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication tour guides on visitor satisfaction at Curug Cikuluwung Bogor, how much influence interpersonal communication tour guides on visitor satisfaction at Curug Cikuluwung Bogor. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, namely searching for data or information from the reality of the existing problems by referring to the proof of the concept or theory used which was carried out on visitors to the Cikuluwung waterfall and was selected using accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Based on the data obtained and the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded about the influence of interpersonal communication tour guides on visitor satisfaction at Curug Cikuluwung, namely based on the results of the t test shows a p-value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, it means that there is an effect of interpersonal communication on visitor satisfaction Curug Cikuluwung Bogor (Y). based on the results of the determination test the value of the Adjusted R Square coefficient generated by the independent variable is 0.370, which means it is 37%. This shows that the higher the interpersonal communication the higher the level of visitor satisfaction

Abstract

Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 9 Langsa kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2015/2016, guru matematika, dan observer. Penelitian dilakukan dengan II siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, angket, dan tes. Pengamatan guru digunakan. untuk mengetahui pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar, pengamatan siswa digunakan untuk mengamati keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Tes dilaksanakan pada akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar matematika pada materi garis singgung lingkaran mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan belajar klasikal dari 60% pada siklus I menjadi 88,5% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui implementasi pembelajaran Problem Solving, hasil belajar matematika pada materi garis singgung lingkaran siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Langsa dapat ditingkatkan. Saran yang diajukan yaitu bahwa di dalam mengajarkan materi pelajaran matematika pada materi garis singgung lingkaran guru perlu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Problem Solving.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kreativitas belajar IPS dalam upaya pencapaian hasil pada dimensi keterampilan, menanamkan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter IPS, peningkatan antusiasme peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS, dan pencapaian efektivitas pembelajaran menggunakan media "ATM BCA". Metode yang digunakan dalan PTK ini yaitu metode kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif berjenis penelitian tindakan kelas berupa siklus melalui 4 (empat) langkah tindakan utama yaitu perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi tindakan, dan refleksi (evaluasi) tindakan. Simpulan hasil PTK ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media "ATM BCA" dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar IPS di Kelas VII.1 SMP Negeri 2 Cibungbulang Kabupaten Bogor (berkategori Baik atau Kreatif) melalui pengembangan tahapan disain pembelajaran yaitu pembuatan alat eksperimen IPS, kajian pustaka, diskusi dan belajar kunjung kerja, presentasi hasil, dan refleksi (evaluasi) hasil pembelajaran.

Abstract

Teachers should plan and implement learning activities in the classroom using the media. Therefore, the learning process will be more effective and efficient. The use of media can help the goal of learning achievement. However, choosing the right media to be used in learning is not easy. The selection of media requires certain principles in order to provide appropriate media. Before determining instructional media, teachers should consider the philosophical, psychological, and sociological aspect in selecting and using instructional media. Media selection should also refer to three main principles. They are the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, the principle of relevance, and the principle of productivity. The selection of instructional media should also consider several criteria. First, in accordance with the purpose of learning. Media is selected based on predetermined instructional goals that generally refer to one or a combination of two or three domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.Second, it support the content of the lesson. Third, it practical, flexible, and durable. Fourth, teachers can use it. Fifth, suitable for student. Sixth, good quality.

Abstract

This research examines the role of education Aswaja in efforts to answer the challenges of the millennial era. The millennial or millennium generation is known as Generation Y. This generation uses a lot of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. In other words, the millennial generation is the generation that grew up in the internet and online era. Aswaja education is believed to have an important role in facing challenges in the millennial era. The data presented in this article comes from observation, interviews and literature review related to the topic of writing. The argument built in this paper is that the reconstruction and actualization of the values contained in Aswaja Education can be internalized firmly within a person. An important strategy that can be taken to deal with the millennial era is socialization and internalization of Aswaja through education and social media, for example by applying ASWAJA's course subjects in Higher Education. Thus the millennial generation has the opportunity to have a moderate understanding of religion and be able to face the millennial era.

Abstract

LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, bisexual and transgender) issues always arise without a clear resolution. In Islamic theology, GBT behavior is behavior that is prohibited by Allah SWT and His Messenger, including in the teachings of other religions, is behavior that is disapproved and that must be shunned. LGBT behavior is a heinous behavior that is hated by Allah SWT so that in the history of human civilization Allah punished the perpetrators by being showered with stones from hell until they were left with none, and the Prophet Muhammad SAW also criticized the perpetrators by threatening them with severe punishment. The scholars from the time of the Companions to the 20th century also agreed/consented that LGBT behavior is a heinous act that is unlawful, and there is no difference of opinion among the scholars. The only difference is in punishing LGBT perpetrators, that is, there are those who are absolutely killed (malikiyyah and hanabalah schools) and there are those who are punished like adulterers (syafi'i madzhab) and there are those who think that the punishment is ta'zir according to the judge's considerations (hanafiyyah madzhab opinion).

Abstract

The scientific method is a way or steps to implement a work plan that has been prepared so that the goals set can be achieved systematically, empirically and in a controlled manner. The principles of the western scientific method are formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses and formulating conclusions based on ratios and empirical without involving revelation. The principles of the Islamic scientific method are formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses and formulating conclusions based on the revelations of the Qur'an, al-Hadith or direct guidance given, rational and empirical. Abstract

Based on experience, the problem experienced in teaching and learning activities is that there are still many students from Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs)    National   2 Bogar who get grade   under KKM, mathematics is considered a difficult subject, there are many formulas, the teacher thinks students have the same ability, in the teaching and learning process communication occurs in one direction, namely from teacher to student, the teacher has not implemented a learning model that allows interaction between students and students as well as students and teachers. The Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model is applied to group different abilities so that it allows interaction between teachers and students to occur, students and students actively so that it is hoped that students who are smart will help students who are less proficient. This class action research aims to find out whether the application of the STAD learning model can improve students' learning outcomes in class VII-2 MTs Negeri 2 Bogar. The procedure carried out refers to the stages 1) Planning, 2) Implementation of actions, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. Results of the quiz in cycle 1 of the first meeting the number of students who scored above the KKM (70) was 34 students, namely 94.44%. The percentage of quiz scores achieved in the 1st cycle 2nd meeting is 100%. The value of quiz 1 and 2 experienced an increase of 5.56%. In the 2nd cycle of the first meeting , the number of students who scored above KKM (70) was 39 students, which is 100%. Thus the STAD learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of data presentation material for MTs Negeri 2 Bogar students.
