Abstract

This study aims to examine teacher leadership with a literature study approach. The essence of leadership in the classroom is the ability to influence and move students to achieve learning goals in class. The teacher can also become a leader during the learning process, both inside and outside the classroom. The goal is that the teacher is expected to be able to lead students according to the leadership function related to the learning objectives to be achieved. A teacher must also understand good leadership models, this is because a good learning process is determined by a leadership style that is identical to the teacher's leadership model in the learning process in the classroom. The learning process at the elementary school level is very different from that at the secondary level, especially in terms of conveying learning material to students. Automatically the teacher's leadership style must also be adapted to the situation of students at the elementary school level. Keywords: Teacher leadership, teacher's role, leadership

Abstract

Narcissistic personalities are often encountered in social media, where this narcissistic personality does not escape from hate comments. Narcissistic personality itself is a feeling of self-love that is excessive or not in accordance with its normal level of self-love. This condition triggers hate comment behavior in which some individuals feel dislike, disagree with, or envy someone with a narcissistic personality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between narcissistic personality and hate comments on social media. The research subjects were 146 people aged 14-25 years who were active in social media. The data collection method used a narcissistic personality scale and hate comment behavior scale which was adapted from previous questionnaires. The scale model is 8 in Likert form with 5 levels. Using correlation and regression data analysis techniques, it was found that 11.3% of the influence of narcissistic personality on hate comment behavior on social media was found. Furthermore, based on the results of a simple regression test, an equation model shows that hate comment behavior on social media can be explained positively by narcissistic personality. Thus, the higher the narcissistic personality, the higher the hate comment behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Porter's Generic strategy in increasing school competitiveness, to analyze what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for implementing Porter's Generic strategy in increasing school competitiveness, and to analyze the impact of Porter's Generic strategy in increasing school competitiveness at MTs Khoirul Kasbi. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by researchers by carrying out several steps including: reading, reading and reading, coding, giving meaning, developing various relationships, and writing the results of the analysis into a story. The results of this study indicate that MTs Khoirul Kasbi has implemented the concepts of Porter's Generic strategy, namely the Cost Leadership Strategy by reducing educational costs, even MTs Khoirul Kasbi provides free tuition to students, while from the differentiation strategy Mts Khoirul Kasbi has implemented the tahfidz Qur' superior program an and reading of the Yasin surah which is carried out before starting the learning process, and the focus strategy of MTs Khoirul Kasbi focuses more on or improves the Tahfidz Qur'an program with the aim of increasing students who have good morals. As for the inhibiting factors, namely: Lack of student interest in implementing the flagship program (Tahfiz Qur'an program), and many students cannot read the Qur'an. But this inhibiting factor is not an obstacle in the effort to implement Porter's Generic strategy because this can be overcome by the school so that it can run as expected. While the supporting factors are: Unique Skills, High enthusiasm from students, Adequate facilities, and good teacher performance. With the implementation of Porter's Generic strategy, it has a very positive impact on developments at MTs Khoirul Kasbi, such that many people are interested in sending their children to MTs Khoirul Kasbi, thus the number of students at MTs Khoirul Kasbi continues to increase every year.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem which is known that there are still students who are not active in class VI in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects on ASEAN material, because IPS is a subject that has a lot of memorization and in the ASEAN material there are many country names. , figures and years that make students have difficulty with material about ASEAN so that domino cards are needed to concretize the material in these subjects. The purpose of this research is to develop educational game-based learning media DOSEAN (Domino Asean) on the material contained in the thematic books of SD/MI grade 6 theme 1 "Save Living Things" sub-theme 1 "Plants my best friend" on pages 8 and 9 of the IPS topic about ASEAN at SDN Tegallangkap 01, Bogor Regency. Research and Development (R&D) is the approach used in this study with a research design that is able to produce products, so using research that is needs analysis in nature, with the ADDIE method, but only up to the Analysis, Design, and Development stage. The results of media validation were obtained with a percentage of 95.3% and material validation with a percentage of 96%. Then the research results from the validation are categorized as "Very Valid" and DOSEAN learning media is feasible to use

Abstract

The low level of conceptual understanding of fungi, we need an appropriate learning model to overcome them. This research is aimed to determine the effect of guided discovery learning with hands-on activity toward the concept understanding of fungi, with the moderator variable being science learning motivation. The subject of this study are students of X IPA in SMAN 1 Bojonggede totaling 124 students on January–Maret 2018. The research method used a quasi-experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design model. The instruments used were tests of science learning motivation and fungi comprehension tests. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. Analysis of data used two-way ANOVA. Sampling with simple random sampling. Data analysis using two-way ANOVA. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is an influence of understanding the concept of fungi after guided discovery learning through hands-on activity (2) There is an influence of science learning motivation on understanding the concept of fungi. (3) There is an interaction of guided discovery learning through hands-on activity and science learning motivation towards the concept understanding of fungi.

Abstract

The massive spread of Islamic da'wah today is closely related to the media and methods used. One form of implementing Islamic da'wah is through the art of wayang golek as well as increasing the value of community character. This study will discuss the form of implementation of Islamic da'wah values in the art of wayang golek as well as its influence in increasing the value of community character. This study uses a descriptive analysis method from library sources in answering the problems that exist in this study. The research found and revealed that the process of implementing Islamic da'wah values through the media of wayang golek still has a big influence on efforts to improve character in society, because in one wayang golek play there are many aspects that can be studied starting from the value of monotheism, social criticism, and influence in people's lives. Of course, various aspects that are conveyed through wayang golek must also be an effort to adjust to the development of the times so that the value of Islamic da'wah conveyed through the media of wayang golek is right on target and in accordance with the mission of increasing community character values. Research on the implementation of Islamic da'wah values through wayang golek media also recommends further research to be carried out to increase understanding of Islamic da'wah values and increase the character values of society in this modernization era.

Abstract

The results of this study aimed to investigate the application of the Yanbu'a Method in improving Al-Qur'an literacy in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at the Hubbul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School as many as 15 male students with Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 75. The Yanbu'a method is a learning approach that focuses on teaching and memorizing the Qur'an using structured repetition and repetition techniques. Through a qualitative approach with case studies at the Islamic boarding school, data were collected through class observations, interviews with teachers, and Al-Qur'an literacy tests. The results showed that the application of the Yanbu'a Method significantly increased the ability of the students with the data that the students had not yet reached KKM in the pre-cycle and 60% achieved KKM in the first cycle and finally the second cycle reached more than 85% in achieving KKM 75 in Al -Qur'an Hadith, with visible improvements in the pronunciation, comprehension, and literacy of the Qur'an. This research provides insight into the effectiveness of this method in improving Al-Qur'an skills in Islamic education institutions, and contributes to the development of appropriate learning methods to achieve the specified KKM.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the extent to which effectiveness is usability, as well as to analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of the MAN 3 Palembang Research Excellence Program using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) approach model from Daniel L. Stufflebeam. This type of research is field research using data analysis and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to carry out qualitative data analysis continuously until it is complete and the data is saturated. The stages carried out by the researcher were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that in Context Evaluation, what is done after the program is running is that the program has reached the evaluation stage by carrying out program improvements by the MAN 3 Palembang management team. Input evaluation, supervision and assessment of KIR supervisor teachers and students has been carried out as well as during the selection of supervisor teachers and students. Materials, training, methods, media, research program facilities and infrastructure, operational funding sources and incentives have been managed as well as possible. Process Evaluation, MAN 3 Palembang has carried out a superior research program in the form of implementing both intra-curricular and extra-curricular Youth Scientific Groups (KIR). What makes it possible to revise the decision is that students who are advised that research class students whose proposals do not pass the selection for the competition to remain in the research class for the following year, are not immediately transferred to the regular class. Product, and achievement in winning research competitions, namely KIR's competition achievements are already good, while the research culture needs to be improved again. The inhibiting factor is that it is still possible to experience internet network interference, not all students use laptops, a lack of understanding of some students, lack of communication, students who still do not understand the material. Supporting factors are support in the form of motivation from various related parties, complete facilities and infrastructure, competent educators, enthusiastic students, support from student guardians and committees, comfortable school environment

Abstract

The development of this research was motivated by the problems that were obtained by the lack of variety of learning media in the field of mathematics lessons in class III, especially in multiplication, students only did a sketch using paper to find the results of multiplication problems, but students' interest in discussing multiplication in the field of mathematics lessons in class III SD can be said interest, it's just that there hasn't been any learning media creation. This research aims to Develop a mathematics learning media in the form of perdalstik (multiplication in sticks) to enhance students' learning experiences in discussing multiplication for class III SDN Gunung Picung 08 Bogor Regency. The development of Perdalstic learning media research on multiplication material for class III at SDN Gunung Picung 08, researchers used a development approach or what is known as Research and Development (R&D) with a research model that is obtaining products that are needs analysis, with the ADDIE model but only up to the development stage , it is necessary to study learning media, namely Perdalstik (multiplication in sticks) which aims to foster the learning experience of third grade elementary school students. The research assessment was conducted with 2 experts, namely the media and material validators. The perdalstic media (multiplication in sticks) gets a score of (1) from media experts getting a score of 100% (2) and material experts getting a score of 100%. So it proves from the two assessments that the learning media is considered to be in the "very relevant" category with an average score of 100% with the result that the learning media is able to be applied in the field without improvement.

Abstract

The results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers at Yapkum Islamic Junior High School show that grade VII students have not been able to use their knowledge as well as possible in the learning process. This is caused by students who do not know how to develop and improve the knowledge they have, and the selection of learning models carried out by teachers is too monotonous. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Snowball Throwing learning model in an effort to increase student knowledge. This study used a type of classroom action research. The object in this study was 28 Class VII students. Data collection using test assessment instruments, practices, and instruments owned by teachers. Based on student learning outcomes after using the Snowball Throwing learning model experienced a significant increase of 28.5% for original ideas, an increase of 22.1% for the correctness of concepts, and an increase of 8.8% for the accuracy of using terms.
