Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership style in the process of accepting, placing and promoting employees at the Indonesian Islamic bank branch office Muara Bulian. Where the method used is qualitative with data collection in this study used observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.Based on the results of this study, it can be explained that in the process of hiring employees using a closed method which prioritizes employees from internal sources, in the placement of employees based on the needs of work positions and abilities or expertise possessed, then promotion of employees is seen on the basis of experience and skills of employees and also comply with the conditions that have been determined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the performance of the employees of the Argo Motor Honda Sridadi Dealer. (2) To determine the marketing strategy of Honda Motor at Dealer Argo Honda Sridadi. (3) To analyze the employee's performance on the marketing strategy of Honda motorcycles at the Argoo Honda Sridadi Motorcycle Dealer. Descriptive quantitative and qualitative research methods are data collection methods using interviews, observations and questionnaires with a sample of 35 respondents and data analysis tools using a Likert scale. The results showed descriptively based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the performance variable of the Argo Motor Honda Sridadi Dealer employee with a total index of 29.4 and an average index value of 2.94 and is in the scale range of 2.6 < x < 3.4 with the classification of descriptive analysis is Good Enough (CB), meaning that the respondents' responses, namely consumers descriptively agree with the indicators of work quality, work quantity, implementation of duties and responsibilities imposed by the company on all employees. based on the results of the questionnaire on the marketing strategy variable with an index of 30.4 and an average index value of 3.8 and in the range of a scale of 3.4 < x < 4.2 with a descriptive analysis classification of Good (B), meaning that the respondents' responses are descriptively, consumers agree with the marketing strategy carried out by the Argo Motor Honda Sridadi Dealer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio & Return On Assets to changes in earnings. In this study using the type of quantitative research. Data analysis tools used multiple regression, T test, F test and determination. The results of the partial test showed that CAR, LDR and ROA had a significant effect, on the T-test CAR and ROA had an effect on changes in profit, in the F Car test, LDR and ROA had an effect on changes in earnings. Simultaneously CAR, LDR, and ROA have a significant effect on changes in profit for the next one year in banking companies listed on the BEJ. The magnitude of the influence is 15.9% and the remaining 84.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study. So it can be concluded that the ability of the independent variable is very small to detect changes in earnings in this study, which is only 15.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer knowledge and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Samsung brand smartphones in Jambi City partially, and to determine the effect of consumer knowledge and lifestyle on Samsung brand smartphone purchasing decisions in Jambi City simultaneously. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that the calculated F value was 48.774, which means that there is simultaneously an influence on consumer knowledge (X1) and lifestyle (X2) on purchasing decisions for brand smartphones. Samsung in Jambi City. Partially, it can be seen that all independent variables have an effect on purchasing decisions, namely the consumer knowledge variable (X1) of 2.302, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.985 and lifestyle (X2) of 4.837, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.985.

Abstract

The goal of the company is to get the maximum profit. To obtain maximum profit, the company's management must implement appropriate financial decisions, whether investment decisions, funding decisions or dividend decisions. With the right decisions, of course the achievement of company goals will be realized. Food and beverage companies are one of the industrial sector categories on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which have the ability to continue to exist in the current economic conditions. Even during the pandemic, which occurred in early 2020 in Indonesia, this industry was one of the industries that was able to survive in the midst of the economic crisis that hit almost the entire world. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Asset Structure on Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2019 Period. From the research results, it is known that Profitability, Liquidity and Asset Structure simultaneously affect the Capital Structure. Profitability has no significant and positive effect on capital structure, while liquidity and asset structure have no significant and negative effect on capital structure. Adjusted R-squared of 0.655714 shows that variations in changes in independent variables (Profitability, Liquidity, and Asset Structure) can explain changes in the dependent variable (Capital Structure) of 65.58%, while the remaining 34.42% is explained by other variables that not in the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline in an Islamic perspective on marketing performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Bulian Estuary. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) as the independent variable and Marketing Performance (Y) as the dependent variable, conducted the T-Test and F-Test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the tcount Motivation (X1) was 5.867. Because t arithmetic 5.867 > t table 2.120 then Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the motivation variable (X1) has a significant effect on marketing performance (Y). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the tcount value of the Discipline variable (X2) was -1.432. Because t count -1.432 < t table 2.120 then Ho is accepted. So it can be concluded that the discipline variable (X2) has no significant effect on marketing performance (Y). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the fcount value was 31.048. It can be interpreted that the Motivation variable (X1) and Discipline (X2) can work together (simultaneously) on the Marketing Performance variable (Y). This is because Fcount > Ftabeel or 31.048 > 3.63 the resulting significant value is smaller than the size of the significant value, which is 0.005. The resulting Adjusted R Square is 0.795. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the influence of motivation and discipline on marketing performance is 79.5% and the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of customer decisions in using Indonesian Islamic banking products. This type of research is research with quantitative data types. Sources of data in this study came from primary data and secondary data. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were taken by survey, namely research that used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The method of analysis and the data uses a validity test, with a Liker scale approach. Based on the results of the tests carried out. From the results of the data validity test that r count > r table of each service variable (X1), bank characteristics (X2), knowledge (X3), location (X4), it is explained that from each statement each variable is stated valid. The most influential factors are Bank Characteristics with an index of 4.77 (very good).

Abstract

This study raises the issue of comparative financial ratio calculations consisting of liquidity ratios (current ratio, Quik ratio and cash ratio), leverage ratios (debt ratio and debt equation ratio), Activity ratios (TATO and FATO) as well as Profitability Ratios (GPM, OPM, NPM, ROI and ROE) as well as the Economic Value Added (Eva) method in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk and Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the financial performance of the two companies using the financial ratio method and the Economic Value Added (Eva) method. the results of this study the calculation of financial ratios shows positive results in each ratio and each company, the results of calculations using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method have shown the occurrence of economic added value for the two companies, the comparison of the results is PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk has a greater value than PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk in this case both have positive values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of satisfaction of the residents of the Rusunawa YPSBR dormitory in terms of the facilities, prices and services provided. The research was conducted by surveying the residents who were also respondents in the study as many as 20 people. The results showed that the condition of the facilities provided was included in the adequate category with an index of 4.18, while the price offered was classified as very cheap with an index of 4.52 and for the services received by residents it was classified as good with an index of 3.96. For the level of occupant satisfaction on the three variables studied, the results showed that residents were satisfied with the management carried out with an index of 3.97, where residents were very satisfied with the price set because it was cheaper than other places while facilities and services were still considered ordinary and the same as anywhere else.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a business feasibility study on shredded catfish in Teluk Ketapang Village, which was reviewed from the market and marketing aspects, financial aspects, management aspects and economic aspects. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, the method used in data collection is by library, field, observation, interview. Based on the results of research from the marketing aspect as well as the technical and technological aspects of the home industry of catfish floss, Teluk Ketapang Village is feasible to be developed in the Jambi Province, precisely in the Telanai Pura sub-district, Danau Sipin Village. Meanwhile, from the management aspect, it has been prepared and calculated from the budgeted investment such as determining sales every month and year.
