<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of profitability (ROA, ROE and NPM) on stock returns in companies listed on the LQ 45 Index. Using survey research with qualitative descriptive methods. The sample used in the study was 45 companies listed on the LQ 45 Index in 2020. The sampling technique used census techniques, and the data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 software application. Based on the results of the data analysis used, it was found that partial ROA affects stock returns, ROE affects stock returns and NPM affects stock returns. Simultaneously profitability (ROA, ROE and NPM) affect stock returns. The R Square value of profitability has an effect on stock returns of 51.4% and the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Good financial management will have an impact on good financial performance which can be measured by several indicators. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Village Government before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Lapara Village, Siompu District, South Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data collected is secondary data, namely the Lapara Village APBDes in 2019 and 2020. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantitative descriptive of the Lapara Village APBDes using two performance indicators, namely effectiveness and efficiency. The results of this study indicate that the Financial Performance of Lapara Village, Siompu District, South Buton Regency before and during the Covid 19 Pandemic did not change and was included in the fairly effective category with an effectiveness value range of 90-100%. Using efficiency analysis, it was also found that both before the pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic, the category was less efficient, namely before the pandemic was 93.96% and after the pandemic was 97.12%. This study also found that there was an increase in the realization of the APBDes in Lapara Village before and during the Covid 19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this research are: 1). To examine the role of capital structure in mediating asset structure, firm size and profitability to firm value. 2) To examine the direct influence between asset structure, firm size, profitability and capital structure on firm value. 3) to examine the direct influence between asset structure, firm size and profitability on capital structure. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of data based on time series. Data analysis using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results showed that: 1). Capital structure plays a role in mediating the influence, both the relationship between asset structure and firm size, on firm value. On the other hand, capital structure does not play a role in mediating profitability to firm value. 2) Directly, asset structure and firm size have no significant effect on firm value. However, directly profitability and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value. 3) In addition, asset structure and firm size directly have a significant effect on capital structure. The results of this study indicate that the company's profit of PT Blue Bird reached more than four hundred billion in 2018, but in the following year until 2020 the net profit generated by the company is decreasing even in 2019 the company suffered a very large loss, which touched the number more than one hundred and sixty billion, this is due to a pandemic experienced by the world so that it has an impact on company income, especially in the transportation sector, this is also due to regulations achieved by the government to prevent the spread of the corona virus by prohibiting people from traveling so that it will certainly greatly impacted the income of businesses in the transportation sector such as PT Blue Bird.]]>

<![CDATA[Human development is a process of human development that aims to be able to have more choices, particularly in income, health and education dimanasalah of the criterion can be seen through the Human Development Index. The aim of research was to analyze and obtain empirical evidence on the influence of financial performance (fiscal independency, effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue, and expenditure harmony) and economic growth on human development index in Bombana Regency and to find out the most dominant variable influencing human development index. The research was descriptive qualitative study to give a systematic, factual and accurate description on the facts and real condition of financial performance, economic growth, and human development index in Bombana Regency. The data in the research were time series secondary data obtained from library study. They were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research indicate that fiscal independency, the effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue, expenditure harmony, and economic growth have influence on human development index. Economic growth has the most dominant influence on human development index.]]>

<![CDATA[The large budget allocation and agricultural area of luwu county is expected to create jobs for the people of luwu district and attract investors. The deployment of the large budget and the extent of the development of the research is aimed at (1) reviewing and analyzing the impact of government spending on the agricultural sector on luwu's native incomes indirectly through agricultural sector labor and economic growth; And (2) review and analyze the impact of private investment on luwu county's local revenue and indirectly through agricultural sector labor and economic growth. The study used a secondary type of the time serries during the 2004 to 2013 (10 years) collected by the files.The government expenditure in luwu district's agricultural sector and the gross domestic product data on the basis of the 2000 luwu district's constant price. The research makes real incomes independent variables, government spending and investment as dependent variables and labor and economic growth as intering variables. To answer the purpose of the study is done analysis using simultaneous equation model. The results of the data processing in this study suggest that government spending on agriculture was indirectly significant to the local revenue Luwu district. In addition, the research also suggests that investments both directly and indirectly give significant impact to the original income in luwu district.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is entitled the analysis of regional income to the regional income of South Konawe Regency. This study aims to study and analyze regional own-source revenue towards the regional income of South Konawe Regency.This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis, in which this study illustrates the regional finance to regional income using numbers by comparing the figures obtained. The results showed that the contribution of regional own-source revenue (PAD) to the Regional Revenue of South Konawe Regency in the period 2007-2017 was relatively low. Contribution of Local Own Revenue Components (PAD) such as Regional Tax, Regional Retribution, BUMD profit, and others. Regional original income to the Regional Revenue of South Konawe Regency in the period 2007-2017 is still relatively low.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously the influence of location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Tasik Aquarium Stores. The method used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The sample issued is 100 respondents. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression, assessment analysis, coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that location and service quality simultaneously had a significant role on consumer satisfaction at Tasik Consumer Stores. Partially, the location and quality of service have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tasik Aquarium Store.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on the smooth production process (a case study at the Marrivosa Rubber Sandal Cigantang Company, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is survey and quantitative methods. The sample used is random sampling. The data used are primary data in the form of preventive maintenance cost data, damage maintenance cost data, and production target data for the last 5 years, namely in the 2017-2021 period. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 16. The results of the study shows that simultaneously preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process Partially, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process.]]>

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on UMKM entrepreneurs which can be viewed from the supply and demand point of view. The purpose of the study was to determine the marketing strategy of MSME in Facing the Market in the Covid 19 Pandemic era. The type of research used was descriptive research. Descriptive research is conducted so that researchers can better describe the properties that are known to exist that are relevant to the variables studied. Descriptive method is an analytical method by first collecting existing data and then clarifying, analyzing, then interpreting so that it can provide a clear picture of the situation under study. The results of research conducted face-to-face with MSME business actors, that the marketing strategy used today is to do online sales and add various kinds of food, add to the taste of food and choose other locations in making sales to increase daily income and be able to anticipate MSME competition in Covid-19 era.]]>
