COMMUNIO: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal ilmiah multidisiplin yang diterbitkan oleh Literasi Nusantara Publisher. Frekuensi terbitan jurnal ini adalah tiga kali/tahun (Oktober, Februari, Juni). Di tingkat nasional banyak sekali masalah-masalah umum atau isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan masyarakat. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide education quality assurance assistance following an enhanced digital-based quality assurance cycle to ensure its implementation and supported by the dissemination of relevant research results so that it can run continuously and sustainably to build a school supervision system. This dissemination and community service activity begins with mapping quality based on National Education Standards, making School Work Plans, fulfilling good quality in processing standards in the learning process, monitoring and evaluating implementation, setting new standards, evaluating implementation results, and making a quality assurance system. digital school. Abstract

This assistance aims to help solve various problems that exist in schools, in relation to the efforts of vocational high schools to become centers of excellence so that they can produce graduates who are competent in their fields. In general, this assistance is useful for providing knowledge, technique, and art in formulating school strategic planning, so as to develop excellent school programs; and provide skills to school principals in mastering: (1) techniques for analyzing needs optimally in developing excellent school programs; (2) The technique of formulating a clear vision, mission, goals, and objectives in developing the school's flagship program; (3) The technique of formulating a superior program structure to become a center of excellence in accordance with local wisdom; (4) The technique of conducting a SWOT analysis of the capabilities possessed in developing the school's flagship program; (5) Techniques for developing superior programs based on strategic planning. Based on this, it can be concluded that this activity can contribute to (1) Participants having insight into the field of strategic issues in the field of education as a process of preparing and developing school programs in order to improve the quality of education so that it can become a central vocational high school of excellence; (2) Participants are able to formulate and develop school programs based on strategic planning oriented to life skills, and (3) Participants are able to develop their potential as a transformative leader in order to coordinate in achieving school programs in a synergistic and integrated manner.

Abstract

The village master plan is a document that can be a guide in determining the direction and development of a village, with all the potential that exists, Jembayan Tengah Village does not yet have a master plan that can be a guide and development scheme in managing village potential and minimizing existing obstacles. This preparation activity aims to assist residents in understanding the potential values ​​of the village and directing its development in realizing the aspirations and expectations of the residents. The method of preparing this village master plan uses a comprehensive approach, flexibility, spot strategy (direct observation), and a literature approach. Based on a series of analyses and concepts on the potential and constraints that exist in the village, it can be concluded that the opportunity has the potential to become a tourist village. There are peculiarities or characteristics that can be developed towards economic independence and potential characteristics that can be developed are agro-tourism villages. The potentials are strategic riverbanks, river docks, fishery centers, agricultural land, klulut honey educational tours, forest conservation, and the natural roaming environment, outbound game arenas, campgrounds, village markets as shopping centers, village study centers, and socio-cultural potential. Jembayan Tengah Village will grow and develop according to the existing potential with a strong commitment to making it happen with the residents. This village master plan document can be a guide and direction for the gradual implementation of development.

Abstract

Inculcating a frugal lifestyle from an early age in children is very important to be applied by parents. Frugal living is not always related to money, but frugal living can include many things. For example, saving on water and electricity. Parents need to set an example and a good understanding of the concept in moderation and do not need to overdo it when they want or use something. However, instilling frugal living behavior in early childhood is not an easy job. Because in reality, not a few parents complain that they have to spend a lot of pocket money on their children. But on the other hand, sometimes parents also don't have the heart to refuse their child's wishes. Therefore, parents need to understand what tricks need to be done in instilling the habit of living frugal behavior in children from an early age.

Abstract

A teacher must be creative, and professional in creating fun learning for their students in an effort to grow and develop the potential of their students. One form of creativity that teachers need to develop as potential in themselves is creativity in storytelling. Teacher creativity in storytelling is a very important skill for an early childhood education teacher to develop in himself as capital in facilitating fun learning according to the needs of his students. Therefore, teachers must hone their storytelling skills by using props or not using props. One of the efforts that teachers can make to improve their storytelling skills is to take part in storytelling training and storytelling competitions.

Abstract

Learning resources are an inseparable part of children's learning activities and are very helpful in child development. The environment that surrounds us is one source that can be used to support learning activities optimally. Learning that makes the environment an object of learning can provide real and direct experience to students, especially for early childhood who still think from concrete things. The teacher's role is to plan children's learning activities and recommend media and learning resources that can be used. Then it is carried out by the children, accompanied by their parents as facilitators and motivators. Armed with creativity, parents can take advantage of the environment as a source of learning; no need to go to buy expensively, the environment adjacent to the house can be optimized to become a learning resource that is very valuable for the learning interests of students.

Abstract

The purpose of developing the Internal Quality Assurance Standard for the Targeted Schools and their impact is to improve the quality of education by national education standards and to create a culture of quality education in the education unit. This community service activity aims to assist the target schools in implementing internal quality assurance standards in their schools so that they become more qualified. This activity uses the In-On-In method which is carried out online and offline. The results of this activity indicate that the implementation of the internal quality assurance system in the target schools requires the cooperation of all parties. With the implementation of quality assurance standards, it is hoped that educational units can meet standards that are still weak or do not meet national education standards or even exceed them.

Abstract

Kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru sangat penting dalam mengejar keunggulan pendidikan. Kegiatan ini mendampingi 11 kepala sekolah dan 46 guru dari berbagai tingkatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik yang efektif dan efisien—metode ceramah dengan teknik penyajian materi yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan pelatihan pendampingan. Penyusunan instrumen supervisi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru menjadi poin penting. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi guru tidak dilakukan dengan benar. Meski dilakukan dalam bentuk simulasi pelatihan, para guru tampak antusias mengikutinya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mulai terbuka untuk bekerja sama dengan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya.

Abstract

Living life after marriage is difficult; new roles and adjustments must be made. This program aims to help provide education and get to know the picture of life in marriage and conflicts that may occur to prospective couples who are about to get married and have just undergone two years of marriage. Education is carried out through videos and explanations related to marital conflicts. The data collection method was carried out through a survey using Google Forms. This survey contains open questions that are given before the provision of education/pre-test and after receiving education/post-test. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge of participants in the marriage conflict education program. This program is expected to have implications for prospective spouses and married couples to be able to deal with marital conflicts with practical problem-solving, and this program is also likely to contribute to reducing the divorce rate in the community.

Abstract

Organizational students as students who play an active role and have a role or responsibility within the organization are faced with the choice of lectures and the implementation of organizational programs that require student skills in managing their time. optimal role in the organization and in lectures. The method used in carrying out this program is psychoeducation by providing information related to time management. time management, time management techniques, and strategies for using time management in lectures and organizations. Based on the results of the service, it is recommended that the provision of information about time management be carried out in a longer duration to obtain a conducive time so that it can provide opportunities for organizational students to carry out simulations in making their respective time management before practicing it in their daily life while studying in college and in organizations. So, it can be concluded that time management for organizational activist students is very important so that students can manage their time well with the strategies applied by each individual.
