Abstract

Kegiatan usaha budidaya rumput laut yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat atau nelayan tidak hanya bercocok tanam melainkan juga kegiatan pemasaran hasil usaha budidaya. Hasil budidaya tersebut langsung pasarkan kepada pedagang pengepul dengan tingkat harga yang relatif rendah dibandingkan penjualan yang diilakukan oleh nelayan secara langsung ke pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran pada komoditas rumput laut di Kecamatan Jerewaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur dan untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran ramput laut di Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode “deskriptif”. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sedangkan penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposiive sampling di Kecamatan Jerowaru. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara Accidental Random Sampling dengan menggunakan metode Quota Sampling sebanyak 30 responden petani dan penentuan lembaga pemasaran lainnya digunakan metode Snow Ball Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata keuntungan petani sebesar Rp. 2.760.068,03/LLG (4,1 Are) atau Rp. 662.416,33/Are (1 Are), dengan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani rumput laut sebesar Rp. 17.061.333,33/LLG (4,1 Are) atau Rp. 4.094.719.99/Are (1 Are). Terdapat saluran pemasaran usahatani rumput laut di Kecamatan Jerowaru yaitu: Petani Rumput Laut – Pengepul Kecamatan – Konsumen (CV Karagen Indonesia & PT. Kappa Carragenan Nusantara/KCN). Nilai marjin pemasaran yang tertinggi diperoleh oleh pengepul sebesar Rp. 574/kg, akan tetapi nilai farmer's share yang tertinggi diperoleh oleh petani sebesar 99.96.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui saluran dan efisiensi pemasaran cabe rawit di Kecamatan Suralaga Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Suralaga dengan mengambil tiga desa sebagai desa penelitian yaitu Desa Tebaban, Desa Bagik Payung, dan Desa Bagik Payung Selatan, dengan pertimbangan bahwa ketiga desa tersebut memiliki luas lahan, produksi dan produktivitas tertinggi diantara desa yang lain. Adapun responden yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden ditentukan secara proposional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga lembaga pemasaran cabe rawit yakni lembaga pemasaran I dengan Ep 0.08 persen, kemudian lembaga pemasaran II dengan Ep 5.17 persen, dan lembaga pemasaran III dengan nilai Ep 9.00 persen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa efisiensi pemasaran cabe rawit di Kecamatan Suralaga Kabupaten Lombok Timur berada dibawah atau kurang dari 50 persen, sehingga dinyatakan efisien.

Abstract

Home industry is a production system that generates added value which is carried out at the home industry and a factory. Generally, home industries are classified as informal sectors that produce uniquely, related to local wisdom, local resources and prioritize handmade. The home industry operate on a small scale, from a non-professional workforce and start from a small capital. The ingredients of tofu for home industry is soybeans that are crushed into soy porridge. Tofu is also quite popular because it is cheap and nutritious. The purpose of this study was to determine the income of the tofu home industry and to find the feasibility of home industry of tofu in East Lombok Regency. This study used descriptive methods, data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires and direct interview techniques. Meanwhile, the location of the research was determined by purposive sampling in two sub-districts, such as Aikmel and Masbagik sub-districts with the consideration that the two sub-districts are the most tofu industrial areas. The number of respondents as many as 30 people who had been determined by Quota Sampling. Determination of respondents in the sample sub-districts was determined by proportional random sampling. The income earned by tofu entrepreneurs was Rp. 264,864/day and the R/C ratio was Rp. 125. So the tofu home industry in East Lombok Regency was feasible to be cultivated. Abstract

The success of agricultural development, especially in East Lombok Regency, depends on the success of optimizing the utilization of its natural resources. One of the reasons for the acceleration of GRDP growth rate in 2017 was a significant increase in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries categories. East Lombok Regency has a productive land area of ​​22,560 hectares for corn plants with a production of 145,319 tons/year. Almost all parts of the corn plant can be used for various purposes. The young stems and leaves are used as animal feed and organic fertilizer, corn cobs as bioethanol and briquettes, and corn husks as handicraft materials. From each corn harvest, it is estimated that around 65% of shelled corn (rendemen) is produced, while 35% is in the form of waste in the form of stems, leaves, husks, and corn cobs. The focus of this paper is on the utilization of corn plant waste in East Lombok Regency as a business opportunity that can create a product that has economic value. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. Various business opportunities can be carried out by utilizing corn plant waste into various products, such as: (1) Corn straw as a good source of animal feed for the growth of ruminants and the basic ingredients for making organic fertilizers, (2) Corn cobs and husks as basic ingredients for making various types of handicrafts, as bioethanol (raw material for chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and as fuel), and as alternative fuels (syngas and briquettes).

Abstract

Keruak sub-district was the largest area planted with hybrid rice with an area of ​​140 ha. The community grow hybrid rice because of high production yields of up to 12 tons/ha of dry grain harvest (GKP), far exceeding local or non-hybrid rice production with an average production of 6-7 tons/ha GKP. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in income and constraints of hybrid rice and non-hybrid rice farming on rice farmers in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. This study used a descriptive method with a survey technique approach. Site selection by purposive sampling in Batu Putik Village, North Pijot Village and Pijot Village. Determination of respondents by Quota Sampling as many as 60 farmers, namely 30 hybrid rice farmers and 30 non-hybrid rice farmers. The selection of respondent farmers was determined by Proportional Random Sampling. The results showed that the average income received by hybrid rice farmers was Rp. 11,635,027/LLG or Rp. 13.122.210/Ha. As for non-hybrid rice farmers, Rp. 4,388,718/LLG or Rp. 7,278,139/Ha. So the difference between hybrid rice and non-hybrid rice farming income per hectare was Rp. 5,844,071. The results of the analysis of the "t-test", t-count > t-table (α=0.05) which is 4.83563 > 2.04523, the hypothesis was accepted, which mean that the income of hybrid rice farming was significantly different from that of non-hybrid rice farming. Abstract

The total production of tomatoes in Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency in 2019 was 46.853 Kw and a land area of ​​204 Ha. While in 2015-2017 experienced fluctuations with an average annual production of 33,610 Kw. The aim of this study were: 1) To determine the level of costs and income of tomato farming, 2) To determine the feasibility level of tomato farming and 3) To find out the constraints faced by farmers in tomato farming. This research used descriptive method, the data collection technique used survey technique, the number of respondent farmers was determined by Quota Sampling as many as 30 people. The types of data used were qualitative data and quantitative data. The results showed that the land area of ​​the respondent farmers in Aikmel District was mostly between 0.10 – 0.15 Ha, which was an average of 8 people (27%). With the average amount of costs incurred in tomato farming in Aikmel District, namely Rp. 6.611.309/LLG or Rp. 220,377/Ha. Meanwhile, the average income earned was Rp. 3,435,357/LLG or Rp. 114,512/Ha. Based on the calculation of the R/C ratio in tomato farming of 1.4, showed that tomato farming was feasible in Aikmel District. The obstacles faced by farmers in tomato farming in Aikmel District were: lack of capital, the presence of pests and diseases and the lack of transportation costs. Keywords: farming, tomato, income

Abstract

SIROJUDIN (2021) Analisis Dampak Sekolah Lapang Integrated Participaktory Development And Management Of Irrigation Program (IPDMIP) Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Petani Pada Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Dibimbing oleh Ir. H. Rizal Ahmadi, M.MA dan Rini Endang Prasetyowati, SP. M.Agb (IPDMIP) merupakan program pemerintah di bidang irigasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai keberlanjutan sistem irigasi, baik sistem irigasi kewenangan pusat, kewenangan provinsi maupun kewenangan kabupaten. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat mendukung tercapainya swasembada beras sesuai program Nawacita Pemerintah Indonesia. Peran IPDMIP itu sendiri sebagai sarana belajar petani terutama pada sistem irigasi yang baik dan benar agar produksi dan produktivitas setiap tahunnya terus meningkat sehingga pertumbuhan sektor pertanian terutama tanaman pangan mengimbangi laju pertumbuhan penduduk untuk mencapai kemandirian dan kedaulatan pangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2021 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan petani padi sawah sebelum dan sesudah program IPDMIP di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik kuisioner dan tekhnik wawancara kepada 30 orang responden pelaku usahatani padi sawah di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan quota sampling dan pengambilan sampel di masing-masing desa dengan tekhnik Proporsional Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rumus Analisi Biaya, Analisis Penerimaan dan Analisi Pendapatan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan petani padi sawah sebelum dan sesudah program IPDMIP mengalami perbedaan dimana rata-rata pendapatan petani sebelum IPDMIP sebesar Rp 3.194.885/ sekali produksi sedangkan pendapatan rata-rata petani padi sawah sesudah proram IPDMIP sebesar Rp 6.229.805. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program IPDMIP memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani padi sawah di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur.

Abstract

Market is a place for public facilities to complete the needs of the community and is a center for community commerce. Not only that, the market continues to play a role for price stability, where market value is one of the benchmarks for assessing inflation. The purpose of this study was to determine the income of vegetable traders in Aikmel Traditional Market, Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by vegetable traders in running their business at Aikmel Traditional Market, Aikmel District. The determination of the research area was carried out by purposive sampling, namely based on certain considerations in accordance with the research objectives. Considerations for choosing the Aikmel Traditional Market where the research was conducted, because the Aikmel Market is classified as the type of vegetables that are sold, it is very complete and the traders there pick them up quite close to the source of the farmers, besides that the Aikmel market provides comfort and peace when transacting. The sampling method is by using the census method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for developing a tofu home industry in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. The method used is descriptive, data collection techniques using survey techniques with direct interviews and questionnaires. The location of the research was determined by purposive sampling in three villages, namely South Masbagik Village, Danger Village, and East Masbagik Village. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT. The results of the research are focusing on the S-O strategy to maintain the number of human resources by utilizing the nature of openness between the owner and employees and improving the experience in order to get satisfaction from the community for tofu products, maintaining affordable prices and expanding market share by taking advantage of limited competitors and high public awareness of consuming tofu.

Abstract

The tomato plant has a short life cycle, it can grow to one to three in hight. This study aims to determine the marketing channels of tomatoes in East Lombok Regency and to determine the efficiency of tomato marketing on farmers’ income in East Lombok Regency. For that, we can know how many marketing channels are in East Lombok Regency and whether the marketing channels are efficient. The study uses descriptive methods. The techniques used are survey and interview techniques. The study is conducted in Lombok east district, by taking three subdistricts as sample locations impressively sampling are Suralaga, Aikmel and Wanasaba district with consideration of the subdistrict have the largert harvest and highest production. The number of  respondents was conducted quota sampling as is established by as many as 30 farmers. Whereas the approval of the responders was done by the method of snow ball. Data analysis using order line analysis and marketing efficiency analysis. Research shows that the marketing margin on channel I is Rp 3000 and the second marketing channel is 5000 in efficiency on channel I is 12.57and channel II is 44.31. Farmers share to channel I is 80% and channel II is 66.67%. So every marketing channel is efficient
