Abstract

This study sought to ascertain how the Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency community felt about the performance of the village facilitators in terms of community empowerment in agriculture. This study is a study using a quantitative-descriptive approach, quantitative data collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. In this study using descriptive statistical techniques using percentage calculations as a data analysis technique. The research location is in Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency with 99 respondents. According to the study's findings, the perception of the people of Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency on the performance of Village Facilitators in community empowerment in agriculture can be categorized as high, namely 81.0725%.

Abstract

This research departs from public literacy in understanding the validity of news is still low, people's habits to disseminate information (share) without seeking the truth. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method, in this study the author uses purposive sampling methods and techniques while the technique used to test the validity of the data is by using triangulation techniques. The results of this study are (1) Implementation of advocacy programs to improve digital literacy by the Department of Communication and Information of West Sumatra Province, a. advocacy through cooperation, advocacy through supervision. (2) Implementation of communication programs to improve digital literacy by the Department of Communication and Information of West Sumatra Province, a. advocacy and communication through socialization, b. communication through the anti-hoax movement. 3. Factors influencing advocacy and communication in preventing the spread of hoax news by the Communications and Information Office of West Sumatra Province, a. inhibiting factors, and b. supporting factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of employee work culture on the application of the DPMPTP simple application in improving public services in Padang Parimanan Regency. This research is a qualitative type with data analysis techniques Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP). The results showed that the impact of employee work culture on the application of the DPMPTP simple application in improving public services in Padang Parimanan district had not yet had a good impact on employees according to the principle of Service Quality Dimensions based on E-Government. based on the results of the coding carried out that Category #1 Leadership; leadership is going well, Category #2 Appearance; the display has been designed as attractive as possible, Category #3 Awareness of time; Employees are aware of their respective duties and obligations, Category #4; Communication; Communication is well established, Category #5 Awards and Recognition; Lack of appreciation for employees, Category #6 Values and Trust; Trust has not been established, Category #7 Ease of Use; Usage is still disrupted due to the Simple which sometimes often crashes, Category #8; Trust; Lack of public trust, Category #9 Content and display of information; Still don't understand how to use the Simple application,  Category #10 Support; Lack of community participation in using simple programs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Climate Village Program in Nagari Paru. The Climate Village Program aims to overcome environmental problems and encourage communities to improve their adaptability and mitigation of climate change. This research uses qualitative   research with  descriptive method. There are 4 factors that influence the success or failure of policy implementation, namely (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition and (4) bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the    Implementation of the Climate Village Excellence Program, namely: Adaptation, namely: a. Drought control (rainwater harvesting, water infiltration, spring protection) b. Improved food security. c. climate-related disease control. Mitigation, namely a. Waste and solid waste management. b. Adding vegetation cover c. Doing agricultural cultivation.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence the level of education has on the integrity of employees who work in the DPRD of Bukittinggi City. The total sample in this study was 61 respondents drawn using the Yamane formula with a significance level of 5%. The sampling technique in this study is Proportional Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents with an ordinal scale measurement. Data analysis in this study is a non-parametric statistical test using the Spearman Rank Test. Using the SPSS 22 program as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the test results show a value of 0.655 which states that the relationship or influence of the education level variable on employee integrity is not significant, because the value is greater than 0.05

Abstract

Population data is an important pillar by the government in distributing community welfare programs. There is still a lack of awareness of non-domicile residents who are registered as permanent residents of the city of Padang Panjang and have a Family Card as well as the difficulty of collecting data on non-domicile residents in the covid-19 era. Thus hindering the implementation of Padang Panjang Perwako. No. 65 of 2020 concerning population structuring in the city of Padang Panjang which has the consequence of deactivating population data. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the processes, efforts and constraints of the implementation of population policies in deactivating population data in the city of Padang Panjang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with MDAP data analysis techniques. The results of the study explain that population structuring policies are still not fully effective due to uneven policy socialization, lack of RT commitment to policies, and difficulty in verifying the existence of non-domicile residents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Efforts to Improve Service Quality at Airport Trains (Minangkabau Ekspres) in West Sumatra Province. This type of research is semi-qualitative. The results of this study indicate that an analysis of several aspects for efforts to improve service quality including tangible aspects (tangible) there are still facilities that need improvement, from the aspect of empathy (empathy) some employees in providing services still do not understand the needs of service users, from the aspect of responsiveness (responsiveness). ) namely the response to public complaints is still slow and unresponsive, from the aspect of reliability (reliability) the services provided are quite accurate but there are still delays, and the last aspect is assurance, namely supervision is not optimal and lack of greetings and greetings. Constraints found in Efforts to Improve Service Quality on Airport Trains (Minangkabau Express) in West Sumatra Province include facilities and infrastructure that are damaged or not functioning properly, events that cannot be predicted significantly, lack of public understanding, apparatus resources are still lacking. not yet competent.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination that occurred in Lintau Buo District. This type of research is a quasi-qualitative research using simple research methods, the withdrawal of informants using purposive sampling technique. Thus the data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources and then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the obstacles that occur in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in Lintau Buo District are divided into 2 internal and external obstacles. An internal obstacle in the implementation of stages 1 to 4 is the limited availability of vaccines. Human resources in implementing agents are not yet optimal. In the implementation of the implementation, the Population Identification Number of the community was not found so they had to report to the Dukcapil first. In addition, the cold chain capacity is insufficient for vaccine storage. Meanwhile, the external constraints at the launch stage of stages 1 to 4 came from the implementation targets. Lack of public awareness of Lintau Buo regarding the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination. Many people only complete the first dose without completing the second dose on the grounds that they have already received the first certificate.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of the use of Arkas 3.3 on the use of reporting funds for elementary school bosses at 18 Bungo Pasang in the Koto Tangah District in Padang City. This research is a quasi-qualitative method using the Simple Research Design (SRD) model. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. which is a data sampling technique with certain considerations. Thus the data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results showed that the user implementation of Arkas 3.3 was not in accordance with what was expected. But it didn't just stop there, of course, with obstacles that hindered the implementation of Arkas in the report, the implementation team tried to find a good solution. However, in some indicators the implementation has not been fulfilled in its entirety due to the lack of trained implementers in using the Rkas Application (ARKAS) during reporting. As well as in the activity there are obstacles that hinder the implementation of the use of Arkas to run optimally. Among them are the limited number of personnel in the implementation team for the use of Arkas in schools and the limited emergency funds at 18 Bungo Pasang Elementary School in Koto Tangah District.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction with the District Integrated Administration Program (PATEN) at the Kerinci Regency's Kayu Aro Barat District office. The responsiveness of employees in providing services to the community is one of the major issues contributing to community unhappiness. The Kayu Aro Barat District Office must therefore preserve the confidence and satisfaction of the general public by raising the standard of its services. Multiple linear regression and a quantitative approach were used in this study. Strategies for gathering data via questionnaires. 86 participants participated in this survey as respondents. The Random Sampling method is employed in the sampling process. The IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0 application was used to calculate the hypothesis testing. The District Integrated Administration Program is not significantly impacted by responsiveness, but it is impacted by reliability, physical ability, assurance, and empathy.
