Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the effectiveness of the online job market information system and the linkage of the online market information system to public services at the Transmigration Service of West Sumatra Province. This study uses quantitative associative methods, quantitative data coIlected using a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for vaIidity and reliability. The population of this study were individuals who were registered as job seekers in the Online Job Market Information System as many as 1500 people, the sample obtained in this study was obtained by 94 respondents using the Slovin formula (10% error) then analyzed using simple linear regression. . In this study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables, namely the effectiveness of the online job market information system on the dependent variable, namely the quality of service that has been tested with a significance of 0.000, smaller than <0.05. The percentage contribution of variable X to Y is 53.2%.

Abstract

From This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (PIP) policy at SD Negeri 11 Bancah Kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Kabupaten Solok South. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling method, where the selection of informants was based on certain characteristics. As for the technique of collecting data through a field research in the form of semi-structured interviews addressed to the Principal, BK teachers and parents of students. then observation and documentation study. The number of data sources consists of the Principal, Counseling Teacher and 4 parents of students. The research location was carried out at SDN 11 Bancah Kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Diateh. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Program kartu Indonesia Pintar (PIP) at SD Negeri 11 Bancah Koto Parik Gadang Diateh has been going well. This can be seen from the variable implementation of the KIP policy that has met the target, because the determination of KIP recipient students is right and on target. Sufficient and competent human resources in running it, the characteristics have carried out responsibilities in accordance with the rules that have been set. The economic condition of parents whose income is insufficient, while the social environment for the participation and response of parents of students who are very enthusiastic about their children as KIP recipients

Abstract

This study intends to find out the inhibiting factors for the Central Sumatran National Road Implementation Center in Implementing Road Construction Supervision in Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency. As for the various problems of supervising actions that are very poorly implemented because there are still many roads with holes, there are still many supervisory deviations such as the work of handling road asphalt in Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency so that the results look careless and the supervisory function of the Regional National Road Implementation Center (BPJN) is not optimal. sources such as paving are not perfect so there are cracks and peeling. This research was conducted with a qualitative type with a descriptive method, in determining the informants the researcher used purposive sampling methods and techniques. For data collection techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation were carried out. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher used a method triangulation technique. As for the data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the inhibiting factors for the Central Sumatra Regional National Road Implementation in Carrying out Supervision of Road Construction in Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency, were the lack of field supervisory personnel and the lack of supervision costs as well as facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the West Sumatra Governor Election Campaign based on PKPU Number 13 of 2020. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic makes the 2020 Campaign Implementation must comply with the health protocols as stipulated in PKPU Number 13 of 2020. The type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of informants based on certain characteristics according to the research objectives. Data collection is carried out by interviewing related to the problems studied, then documentation studies which are supporting data and relevant to the problems studied in the form of reports, legislation, pictures and other supporting data. The technique of testing the validity of the data uses the triangulation method. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Implementation of the 2020 West Sumatra Governor Election Campaign had been carried out in accordance with the rules contained in PKPU Number 13 of 2020 although there were still violations committed by the 2020 West Sumatra Governor Candidate Pair. And the factors that influenced the campaign were the campaigners, campaign messages, campaign media, and campaign target audiences

Abstract

This research explains about community participation in waste management in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City, this research was conducted in Tuah Madani District. The aims of this study are, 1) to find out the form of community participation in waste management in Pekanbaru City District, and 2) to find out the factors that influence community participation in waste management in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The informants involved in this research are the Camat, Head of RT, Community, and Waste Bank Management Coordination. This study uses the concept of Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2014 concerning Waste Management. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and documentation, while for data analysis used qualitative descriptive techniques with data collection techniques using open interview techniques, observation and field documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it shows that community participation is categorized as moderate, meaning that the community participates but in implementation, it is still not said to be maximal. Community participation is carried out by doing mutual cooperation and transportation is carried out in the morning and afternoon, twice a week. And there are several factors that influence it, including the character of the residents who don't care, and the location of the Garbage Bank which is far away

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkalis Regency in reducing unemployment in Duri City and to find out what are the obstacles to the Bengkalis Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office in reducing unemployment in Duri City. The research method used descriptive qualitative by using several data collection techniques, namely interviews with research informants, observation and also documentation. The results of the study revealed that the strategy of the Bengkalis Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office in carrying out the strategy program was assessed from the previous year as being maximal, except that in 2020 it was not maximized. It can be seen from the unemployment data which is still increasing in 2020. The obstacles to implementing the strategy in reducing the unemployment rate in this city of thorns are the limited budget and there are still many non-functional human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of a strategy to increase the competence of Apparatus Resources at the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method, the withdrawal of informants using a purposive sampling technique. Thus, the data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis is done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources and analyzed. In conclusion, the strategy implementation to increase the competence of Apparatus Resources at the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province, has not run optimally. The cause is that the overall implementation indicators have not been met because participants do not focus on understanding the material when the activity is running. In contrast, some of the obstacles that become obstacles are the limited number of personnel and improper time management in carrying out activities, as well as the lack of enthusiasm and desire of employees to participate in activities and budget constraints from the local government, which results in delays. In the distribution of activity funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the investigation by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic, to determine the Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of the Investigation by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative from West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to find out what efforts were carried out by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra in The Covid-19 Pandemic Period to Realize Maladministration-Free Public Services in the City of Padang. This type of research is a semi-qualitative research. The results of this study, namely: 1. The investigation of the Ombudsman RI Representative of West Sumatra has been running as regulated by Article 7 of Law no. 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. 2. When carrying out an investigation in Padang City, the Ombudsman encountered obstacles such as limited human resources for the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra, the lack of budget for the RI Ombudsman for the West Sumatra Representative, poor communication between the Ombudsman and the community, and poor communication with the reported agencies resulting in a lack of supervision over warnings. Ombudsman. 3. The efforts of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic to realize maladministration-free public services in the city of Padang, namely the efforts of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of West Sumatra to build a network and the efforts of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of West Sumatra in carrying out socialization.

Abstract

This Leadership is the main point in an organization that affects the running of the organization, the success of work programs, member performance, member resilience which is largely determined by the leader. A leader has a leadership style that affects its performance and that of its members. Organizations become a meeting place for two or more people who have the same goals with a certain structure that binds them.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of student organization leadership style on the success of the work program. This study used a cross sectional study method because the data were collected at one time and were not continuous and used a survey method. BEM KM IPB 2020/2021 The Zilenial Cabinet as a forum for developing IPB University students, has a leadership pattern that is different from the leadership pattern of previous years. The leadership pattern of BEM KM IPB tends to support its students to be creative and innovate as much as possible. The results of this study are that there are characteristics that are reflected, namely fairness, high curiousity, being able to motivate, and self awareness. Justice is reflected in the process of division of work tasks. Curiousity seen from the leader’s willingness to accept staff opinions and input. The character that is able to motivate is reflected in the leader who encourages staff to perform. And the character of self-awareness is analyzed through an open leader and willing to accept criticism.

Abstract

This study examines the Partnership Model in the Correctional Inmates Independence Development Program at the Class IIA Tanjungpinang Penitentiary. The problem of this research shows that there is a discrepancy in the implementation of guidance in Government Regulation No. 57 of 1999 regarding cooperation in the implementation of development so that there are still minimal partnerships that exist which then have an impact on product stagnation as the result of the work of the inmates. The purpose of this study was to find out how the partnership model in the inmates' independence development program at the Class IIA Tanjungpinang Penitentiary was effective and optimal in empowering the inmates. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques and tools in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. In the results of the study, it was found that there was ambiguity in the partnership that had been established because there was no written document that unified and binds the partnering parties. In practice, the coaching program has been carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures, but the lack of program supporting factors is an obstacle to the implementation of self-reliance development. It can be concluded from the partnership model that has been established has not shown effective and optimal results
