Abstract

The database as a medium for storing and processing data has become a necessity in every agency, company and individual. Each transaction or event is stored in the database, so the database size is even greater. One of them is an academic database that stores student identity and achievement data. By utilizing the existing database, it is expected to determine the recommendations of eligible students as prospective scholarship recipients.One technique for finding useful information from large databases is the C4.5 algorithm which is a classification method of data mining. From academic databases, some fields are supported in the scholarship requirements, then processed based on the stages of data mining with C4.5 algorithm technique, and the results are in the form of a decision tree that can be used to determine student feasibility recommendations as prospective student recipients.

Abstract

Selling is the science and art of personal influence that is carried out personally by the seller to invite others to be willing to buy the goods and services offered.The research method used is the Waterfall method. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews and literature reviews related to the main problem. From the research conducted, found the problem that the car sales data processing system in cash and credit is still less efficient. Based on these problems, we need an information system that can facilitate the management of car sales data. The suggestions given are: (1) Replacing manual systems with computerized systems, (2) Conducting regular program maintenance, (3) Conducting training for users in running applications, and (4) Developing programs in the future

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to designing of information system inpatients completeness of integrated patient development records using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 At Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. The research method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach method. The data collection techniques used are by way of field work practices, study of the literature, interview, and documentation. The development method that used is the waterfall model (Waterfall). Based on the author’s observation during this research, problem which are found : (1) Inputting completeness data performed using a computer still has problems because data inputing is done in Microsoft Excel which has many rows and columns so it is very possible for officers to input data incorrectly. (2) There are still incomplete inpatients integrated patient development records, so that many medical records have been returned to the treatment room, this is due to a lack of thoroughness, busyness and awareness of doctors/other health workers to fill in the medical records, especially inpatients integrated patient development records. The suggestions given to overcome these problems are : (1) Make changes to the system that is running (semi-computerized) by making a designing of information system inpatients completeness of integrated patient development records using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. (2) socialization and monitoring to health workers in order to always complete filling in integrated patient development record.

Abstract

This research aimed to design of accounting information system calculation income tax article 21employees in Bandung Kidul Sub District Bandung. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and literature study. From observation that has been done, the factors that inhibited the process of calculation income tax was that they were using Microsoft Office Excel and it was less effective and efficient so need that relative long time in process of calculating income tax. Accordingly, need calculation income tax article 21employees information system that approach with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013 as processing database. With this application as processing the calculation of income tax, it is expected that the data processing can be more optimal.

Abstract

Pada sebuah program studi (Prodi) selayaknya menyediakan website mahasiswa Prodi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengguna (mahasiswa, dosen, sekretariatan). Tujuan dalam penelitian antara lain: Menganalisis User Interface (UI) website dari sebuah Prodi XYX untuk memudahkan dalam merancangan UI, menganalisis UI dengan menggunakan metode Kansei Engineering sehingga dapat memberikan saran desain website untuk memperbaiki user interface website Prodi tersebut untuk meningkatkan penggunan website. Pentingnya meningkatkan UI dalam website, dengan mengusulkan beberapa saran yang berguna untuk perbaikan UI agar forum dapat terus berjalan. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa penerapan UI mempengaruhi perilaku dan emosional user terhadap interaksinya dengan website. Metode Kansei Engineering yang digunakan adalah Kansei Engineering Type 1 (KEPack) yang melibatkan analisis multivariat terdiri dari Principal Component Analysis, Factor Analysis, Partial Least Square dan Cluster Analysis. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 partisipan dengan 5 spesimen. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa tabel matriks rekomendasi tampilan user interface website mahasiswa yang terdiri dari rekomendasi elemen desain dari faktor utama yang berpengaruh dalam tampilan website yaitu “segar”.

Abstract

Zolaris Optik adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan alat optik (kacamata dan lensakontak), Zolaris Optik harus mengembangkan sistem enterprise yang terintegrasi.Untuk membangun Arsitektur Enterprise diperlukan perancangan Enterprise Architecture yang memberikan efisiensi, kerangka kerja berbasis bisnis untuk membantu menyelaraskan IT dalam organisasi dan strategi bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Enterprise Architecture (EA) adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) sebagai salah satu metoda atau kerangka acuan untuk membangun sebuah arsitektur informasi yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan bisnis dimana terdiri dari arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi serta rencanan implementasi dari arsitektur yang telah dibuat untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis demi pencapaian misi organisasi. EAP menjelaskan arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung bisnis organisasi.

Abstract

Accounting Information System (SIA) is an application used to help employees of PT. Indometrix Bandung in processing company financial data with the aim of improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (SIA) on the performance of employees at PT. Indometrix Bandung. And this research is expected to provide input to further improve employee performance. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study was employees as respondents. For data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, coefficient of determination and t test to test the hypothesis. Meanwhile, data processing uses the help of SPSS 15 For Windows and MSI (method of successful interval). The results showed that the respondents gave a good response to the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems, but the responses of respondents to the indicator system use are still in the category enough. Furthermore, the response of respondents to the Employee Performance is good, but for the indicator Cooperation and Initiative are still in the category enough. Correlation test results obtained showed a close relationship, while the magnitude of Accounting Information Systems Effectiveness influence on the performance of employees at 58.5%, and the result is known that the more effective use of Accounting Information Systems will create higher employee performance, and vice versa, the less effective use of Accounting Information Systems will make the lower the employee's performance.

Abstract

There are many methods that can be used in the manufacture and development of an information system application but in the implementation of this research using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which is a team-based information system development technique to accelerate the system development process so that the completion process is very short. The RAD method consists of four stages: the first stage of system requirements planning, the second stage of system user design, the third stage of system construction, and the last stage of cutover (Shelly & Rosenblatt, 2012). The implementation of the application of the RAD method in the development of a syariah cooperative savings and loan system application results in an analysis of system application requirements specifications, system application design analysis, system application construction design, and system application test implementation design using certain methods.

Abstract

The development of science and technology affects aspects of human life because it facilitates various activities and jobs. One technology that has a big role in changing human life is transportation technology, in this case land transportation. There are many problems on the road, one of which is a violation of road markings, one of which is that the driver stops crossing the stop line at a red light. Seeing the number of violations, we need a tool that can warn offenders. This tool works by detecting via infrared if it is blocked by a driver who crosses the stop limit, triggers the loudspeaker to sound and in parallel Arduino will send a notification to the telegram application.

Abstract

This study aims to design a waste disposal information system processed into cloth in collaboration with the German state and web-based using the php mysql database at PT. Hasil Damai Textile. The software development method using a waterfall from the research conducted, found that the problem that occurs is the recording process using Microsoft Excel so that it takes a relatively long time and the results of calculations are inaccurate, as well as unsafe and irregular data storage. making it difficult to identify trash.
