Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of interpersonal communication on employee work productivity at the Kolaka Regency Tourism Office, (2) The effect of motivation on employee work productivity at the Kolaka Regency Tourism Office. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the census method. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 23.0. The research data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study it can be seen that the interpersonal communication variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity as indicated by a T-Statistics value of 1.694 and a P-Values ​​of 0.047 and the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity as indicated by a T-Statistical value of 2.191 and P-Values ​​of 0.015.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi as many as 50 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that Leadership Style and Work Discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tea Factory of PT. Sumatra Toba Wangi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of education on employee performance in Bombana Regency General Election Commission employees. (2) the effect of training on employee performance in Bombana District Election Commission employees. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this research is the employees of the General Election Commission of Bombana Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 33 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Education variable on Employee Performance in Bombana District Election Commission employees which is shown by a t-statistic value of 0.442 with a P-Value of 0.659. While the variable Training on Employee Performance for the General Election Commission employees of Bombana Regency has a positive and significant effect as shown by the t-statistic value of 3.369 with a P-Value of 0.001.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this research is primary data, namely interview techniques and secondary data using documentation techniques obtained from the Regional Asset Financing Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province. The results of this research indicate that the accounting system for cash receipts and disbursements at the Regional Asset Financing Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province is classified as good. There are several challenges such as the internet network where not everyone has an internet network, even though the North Sumatra Province Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) no longer accepts cash payments and now requires them to come directly from the application. However, thanks to daily digital use, the North Sumatra Province Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD) has sufficient cash receipts and expenditures. The Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province receives and disburses cash as needed.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Motivation simultaneously and partially on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Active Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Esa Unggul. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The criteria for selecting the sample in this study were those aged 17 and over who had been and were interested in entrepreneurship. Questionnaires collected as many as 150 respondents, the data is then processed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the variables of Entrepreneurship Education, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Esa Unggul. Partially the variable Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Motivation has a positive effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Esa Unggul. Partially, Entrepreneurship Education has a negative effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research employs an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The study is motivated by the objective to analyze the Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya, involving 151 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using statistics with the assistance of SPSS software. Based on the results of the data analysis using the t-test, it is found that partially, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatien Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya. Then, based on the results of the data analysis using the F-test, it is revealed that simultaneously, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya.

Abstract

In a bureaucratic government system, human resources are basic capital, or play an important role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to manage and develop human resources well. One of the main functions of government is to provide public services as a manifestation of the government's general duties for the welfare of society. Bureaucracy is a government instrument to create public services that are efficient and effective, fair, transparent and accountable. This means that to be able to carry out government functions well, bureaucratic organizations must be professional, responsive, aspirational, to the demands of society.

In a government organization, the success or failure of government tasks and administration is influenced by leadership. Through leadership and supported by adequate organizational capacity, good governance will be realized. On the other hand, leadership weakness is one of the downfalls in bureaucratic performance in Indonesia (Gede and Priartini 2018).
