Abstract

This Research aim was to analyze how much the influence of the Lecturer Quality, Teaching Facilities, Service Quality and Learning Achievement on Waiting Time. The independent variables in the study were Lecturer Quality, Teaching Facilities, and Service Quality, while Learning Achievement as Intervening variable and Waiting Time as the dependent variable. This research used 85 respondents and it was conducted at Samarinda State Polytechnic. This study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis tools with the help of PLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.20 and SPSS version 24.The results of this study stated that the quality of lecturers had a significant positive effect on Learning Achievement, then teaching facilities had a significant positive effect on learning achievement,then the quality of service had a significant positive effect on learning achievement, then the quality of lecturers had a significant positive effect on Working Waiting Time, then Teaching Facilities had no significant positive effect on Working Waiting Time, then Service Quality was not a significant positive effect on Working Waiting Time, then Learning Achievement had a significant positive effect on Work Waiting Time.

Abstract

This study aims to conclude whether or not there is an influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Beautiful Rhino Petrologist. Data processing in this study used SPSS 23 for windows software, while testing was carried out by simultaneous and partial testing. After analyzing the data obtained from the respondents, the researcher concludes that organizational commitment and job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially have an effect on employee performance. In multiple linear regression, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction and Its Implications on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam This research aims were to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam. With the subject of this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam with a total of 40 people. Data collection used in this research was a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability while data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis. with Path Analysis tools using Smart PLS, and SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment Variable (X1) had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y1) at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam, 2) Work Environment Variables (X1) insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y2) at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam, 3) Job Satisfaction Variable (Y1) significantly influenced the Employee Performance (Y2) at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam.

Abstract

In modern times like today, office activities are growing and are required to be fast and precise, therefore the role of office layout is very influential on the effectiveness of office employees, but currently office layout is still receiving less attention, both in government agencies and companies. -private companies that have an impact on the performance of office employees who have not been maximized and have not been effective. The purpose of this research is to study whether the office layout of the Rupiah Money Management section at the Samarinda branch of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office has the correct layout. The results of this study indicate that the existing office layout in the Rupiah Money Management Unit at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in East Kalimantan Province is not in accordance with the principles of good office layout.

Abstract

Employee performance is the results achieved and the achievements shown by employees that help the company achieve the goals it sets. One way that can be done to print these professional resources is to conduct or include employees in a training. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Publisher Erlangga Branch Samarinda. Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression. After analyzing the data obtained from the respondents, the researcher concludes that job training has an effect on employee performance at PT. Erlangga Publisher, Samarinda Branch.

Abstract

The presence of internet technology has changed various behaviors and people's mindsets in buying and selling transactions. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit from the end of 2019, people's attitudes were limited in their work, responsibilities and activities, it was a must to do it online. The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove whether social media marketing has a significant influence on buying interest in the 3sshop online shop in Samarinda. The research method used is quantitative research. The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis where the respondents selected are consumers who have shopped at the online shop 3sshop with a total of 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, which is more precisely Convenience Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire surveyed through a google form. The indicators used to measure social media marketing are: online communities, interaction, sharing of content, accessibility, credibility. While the indicators to measure buying interest are transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest, and exploratory interest. The results show that there is a significant influence of social media marketing on the interest in buying online shop 3sshop in Samarinda.

Abstract

Service Quality Analysis of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda. “The purpose of this study is to analyze, prove and describe the comparison between expectations and services quality performance of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda. The type of observation used was quantitative with sample of 114 respondents. The analytical tool used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Importance Analysis - Performance Analysis Cartesian’s Diagram and Paired T test. Data collection methods are using questionnaires. The data processing method uses  SPSS Software Version 17 for Windows. Based on the results of observations stated that there is a significant difference between expectations and service quality performance. This can be seen from the significant level of 0,000 <0.05 which means that there is a difference between expectations and quality performance of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda customers

Abstract

Service quality is an important aspect for the development of the company. Currently, most consumers are starting to make quality as the main parameter in making choices about a product/service. Moreover, quality is often used as a mean of promotion that is automatically able to increase/decrease the selling value of the company's products. This study aims to determine how much service quality influence  on customer satisfaction at the Kulo Coffee Shop in Samarinda. This study uses quantitative methods. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed online using the Incidental Sampling technique. The population of this study were people who had bought or consumed Kulo coffee products, the sample used was 104 respondents. This research was conducted with validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test and t test (partial) which was processed with the help of SPSS 25 Statistic for windows software. The results of the study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the correlation coefficient is 0.862 and the coefficient of determination is 0.742. The implication of this research is that service quality has equally important role either individually or simultaneously in increasing customer satisfaction at the Kulo Coffee Shop in Samarinda.

Abstract

Archiving activities are important for a company or agency, because archiving itself has a function as a source of memory, a source of information, and material for making decisions, for that, archiving needs to be managed and handled properly and appropriately. The focus of the problem in this research is how the application of filing systems in the human resources and administration at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Filing Systems in the HR and Administration section of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda. The data collection techniques used by the writer are observation and literature study. While the analysis used is descriptive analysis, which describes an object at a time. The results of this study indicate that the archival management system in the HR and Administration section at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda uses a subject system and a chronological system. However, in terms of management and storage, it is still lacking, because when looking for an archive it must take quite a long time. In addition, the problem that the author experienced was that the information in the ordner was not written in the year corresponding to the year in the letter. The ordner storage is also not neatly ordered. It is recommended that the company provide special training for employees regarding archiving in order to pay more attention to the existing archives at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda, starting from its creation to its destruction.

Abstract

The procedure of storing incoming mail is a step of work carried out in connection with the deposit of a warrant and then processed at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of East Kalimantan Province. The object of this research is the procedure of storing letters at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of East Kalimantan Province. The purpose of this study is to find out how the procedure of storing incoming letters to the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of East Kalimantan Province. This research was conducted by qualitative descriptive method. The result of this study storage system used in the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises East Kalimantan Province is a storage system based on numbers. According to (Sedarmayanti, 2015) the archive storage system based on numbers is one of the problem group file matching systems that then each or every problem is given a certain number
