Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to understand the impact of online games on the learning achievement of elementary school students. The method used in this research is library research or literature review. Data analysis was carried out through data simplification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on existing data. Data was collected by reading and recording important information contained in various journals related to the research topic. The results of the study show that addiction to playing online games can affect children's learning achievement. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the habit of playing online games and the learning achievement of elementary school students.

Abstract

Contingency is a theory about finding a leader with the right situation. Contingency leadership assumes that the effectiveness of leadership is determined by whether or not a leader is suitable for his environmental situation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of contingency leadership in educational institutions. The method used in this study is a library research where researchers examine and examine various existing sources to be used as studies in this study. The result of this research is that each leader will lead in a different way according to the existing situation and conditions. but there are three important things that must be applied by the leader, namely the relationship between the leader and members, the arrangement of the leader's duties to be carried out by the members, and the last is the strength of the position. These three things are things that a leader must have.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) To determine the increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes by using inquiry learning strategies. (2) To find out the increase in the activity of students' mathematics learning processes by using inquiry learning strategies. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out at MAN 1 Kota Bima. The research subjects were 32 students of class XII IPA-2 for the academic year 2021/2022 consisting of 13 boys and 19 girls. This study consisted of 2 cycles, namely cycle I consisting of 3 meetings and cycle II consisting of 3 meetings. Tests for students' mathematical communication abilities are carried out at the beginning and end of each cycle. The results of this study can be seen from: (1) The results of the repeat test of students' mathematical abilities in cycle I found an average value of 72.75, 21 people completed, 11 people incomplete, 62.5% classical completeness. (2) The results of the second cycle students' math ability test showed an average score of 82.65, 37 people completed, 3 people did not complete, classical completeness was 92.5%, and students' mathematics learning outcomes increased by 9.5 points. (3) Learning by using inquiry learning strategies makes student activities categorized as good in learning.

Abstract

Character education is a guidance to build new attitude and behavior, to develop and to change gift attitude, behavior and habit better that before to establish safe, comfortable, and harmonic environment and life for our self and others. This article writing is aimed to present about character education and its influence of environment toward the process and crop of the character education that include three environments such as family, social, and school. Analysis method used in this article is with rational approach based on library observation by reading some books and articles to gain data needed. Based on this study result, every environment have crucial position in influencing someone’s charcater so good environment is a must to support succession of character education. And also using proper method of character education has important role on it. There are some ways offering by Imam Al-Ghazali in his book Ayyuhal Walad that proved effectively growing and developing someone’s character.

Abstract

Lately, there has been a lot of discussion in the world of education, with the concept of freedom of learning being coined by the minister of education and culture, Nadiem Makarim. in terms of including the concept of a free campus of learning. the concept becomes an effort in dealing with the changing times. then how is the concept of an independent campus learning in the face of the industrial revolution era 4.0. and how the concept of an independent campus that had been sparked by the Minister of Education and Culture namely Mr. Nadiem Makarim as well as what is the problem of students at this time so that it requires a change in the concept of higher education for the better. considering that in this case, the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an era in which technology is increasingly high, so that in this case students from each tertiary institution are expected to be ready to face challenges in the industrial revolution era 4.0, with the concept of an independent campus they are directed to be more ready to work, working together, creative and can be useful for themselves and other communities.

Abstract

The success and performance of teachers in the field of education is largely determined by organizational culture because it is seen as a factor that has an influence on increasing teacher work productivity. Many teachers do not pay attention to the organizational culture applied in schools which causes teacher work productivity to decrease so that it has an impact on the graduation (output) of students. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using instruments or questionnaires. It is known that the results of statistical calculations using SPSS 22 show that there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Culture (X) and Teacher Work Productivity (Y) at SMP Al-Farisi Tapos Bogor, as evidenced by Ryx = 0.470 which has a fairly deep relationship. range (0.400-0.600), the significant value and the value of the coefficient of determination are 24.6% and 74.4% are influenced by other factors. Such as education, skills, motivation, salary, health, technology, achievement opportunities and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by student worksheets on the Civics learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 01 Dasan Borok. This research method uses descriptive quantitative with the type of research is experimental research. In this experimental study using a pre-experimental design, this study involved one class as the experimental and treatment class. The form of design used is One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design with one treatment. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SDN 01 Dasan Borok for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 13 students. Data collection techniques in the form of learning outcomes tests, observation of student activities and student response questionnaires. Based on the results of descriptive analysis after being given treatment (post-test), the average value was 82.3. So that the average student learning outcomes after being given treatment the KKM value is categorized as complete. The average value of N-Gain pre-test and post-test is in the range of g≥0.79 so that the effectiveness is in the high category. Meanwhile, classical completeness (KK) for the post-test was 84.6%. While the percentage of student activity is in the range of 69.2%≤A<80% so that the effectiveness is categorized as active. The percentage of student responses is in the range of 70%≤RS<84.6% so that the effectiveness is categorized as positive. So it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by student worksheets is effective on the learning outcomes of Civics for fourth grade students at SDN 01 Dasan Borok.

Abstract

An inclusive school library encourages active and collaborative participation. This means encouraging the involvement of all students in library activities. Therefore, this study aims to explore the potential for developing students' soft skills through a library that focuses on social inclusion. Through this research, it is hoped that practical strategies and approaches can be found that can be applied in school library management to improve students' soft skills effectively. This study uses a qualitative approach with a single case study design. The participants in this study were 860 grade 7 students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Jombang in the odd semester of 2022/2023 and were grouped into 7 soft skill development trial groups. The results achieved in this study were success in honing seven types of soft skills (communication skills, collaboration skills, creativity and innovation, leadership, digital skills, time management skills, and problem solving skills) through various activities.

Abstract

Mendidik anak adalah tugas utama serta menjadi tanggung jawab yang sangat besar bagi orang tua di rumah selaku pendidik pertama dalam keluarga serta guru pada saat di sekolah. Anak yang di lahirkan dari orang tua yang baik maka besar kemungkinan akan berpotensi untuk menumbuhkan sifat baik yanag ada pada anak tersebut. Pendidikan tauhid merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk di tanamkan sedini mungkin pada anak. Karna pada usia tersebut anak sejatinya sedang mengalami suatu masa keemasan dan peka yang dalam hal ini dapat menentukan pertumhan serta perkembangan anak ke tahap selanjutnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah a) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan tauhid pada Anak Usia Dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Arrahman Nitu, b) Menganalisis faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan tauhid di Taman Kanak-kanak Arrahman Nitu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pembiasaan dengan menerapkan 6S (senyum, sapa, salam, salim, santun, dan sopan), membisakan membaca do’a baik sebelum maupun sesudah kegiatan pembelajaran, karna dengan hal itu dapat mebentuk anak menjadi pribadi yang hormat,taat, serta sholeh dan sholehah. faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan tauhid di TK Arrahman Kota Bima yaitu kurangnya tenaga pendidik yang mengakibatkan pendidik kewalahan dalam mengawasi karna banyaknya jumlah peserta didik, orangtua yang acuh tak acuh terhadap tumbuh kembang ketauhidan anak, adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan tauhid di TK Arrahman yaitu guru selalu memberikan pembiasaan dan sikap yang baik seperti (senyum, sapa, salam, salim, sopan dan santun). Kemudian keadaan lingkungan sekolah yang baik, aman, dan nyaman, dan faktor lingkungan keluarga yang merupakan pendidikan pertama bagi anak untuk mendapatkan keteladanan, sehingga melahirkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan baik terhadap proses tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema 4 Tentang Anggota Keluargaku Dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar Di Kelas 1 Semester I SDN 03 Mamben Lauk Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema 4 Tentang Anggota Keluargaku Dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar Di Kelas 1 Semester I SDN 03 Mamben Lauk Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024, dengan jumlah siswa 26 anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ceramah bervariasi ,dengan jenis penelitian yakni penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau disebut juga dengan Classroom Action Research (CAR). Dan teknik alat pengumpul data pada penelitian ini berupa dokumentasi, tes dan observasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik diskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas secara klasikal 38 % dengan rata-rata 64.80 dan yang tidak tuntas secara klasikal 62 % dari 26 siswa. Sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 95% yang tuntas secara klasikal 92% dengan rata-rata 87.11 dan yang tidak tuntas 5 %. penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada tema 4 tentang anggota keluargaku di kelas 1 semester 1 SDN 03 Mamben Lauk tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.
