Abstract

ABSTRACTIn North Sumatra, as of December 2020 there are ± 16,174 Covid-19 cases, with the number of deaths due to Covid-19 in North Sumatra reaching ± 632 people. In North Sumatra, cases of forced retrieval of Covid-19 bodies occurred in several hospitals, including Madani Hospital, Pirngadi, Murni Teguh and Royal Prima. In the case of the number of cases of forced retrieval of patient bodies under Covid-19 supervision by families in various regions in Indonesia prompted the Indonesian Police to issue a telegram letter of the Chief of Police Number ST/1618/VI/Ops.2/2020. The research method used in this research is to combine library research with field research. The result of this study is that if there is a party that performs forced retrieval of Covid-19 patients' bodies in accordance with applicable procedures, it may be subject to criminal sanctions. The legal basis is Article 5 of Law Number 4 Year 1984 concerning Infectious Disease Outbreaks with the threat of one year in prison or a fine of up to Rp. 100 million as stipulated in Article 93 of Law Number 6 Year 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. In addition, parties who take the bodies of Covid-19 patients by force can also be subject to layered Article 212 of the Criminal Code jo Article 214 of the Criminal Code jo Article 216 of the Criminal Code jo Article 335 of the Criminal Code jo Article 336 of the Criminal Code jo Article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018, with the threat of punishment of up to 7 (seven) years.Keywords : Forced Retrieval , Covid 19 Corpse , The Police Chief's Telegram, North Sumatra

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation of the Development of Moral Education Models for Children Age 4-10 Years in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities at Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, 2) Steps to develop parental guidelines for Educational Models Morals of Children aged 4-10 Years in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah, 3) Implementation of Moral Education Models for Children aged 4-10 Years in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith by using parenting guide on Parenting Activities at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah, 4) Participants' responses to the Moral Education module for Children aged 4-10 Years in the Qur'an and Hadith on Parenting Activities at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah, 5) The results of the evaluation of Moral Education for Children Age 4-10 Years in Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities at Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. This research was conducted using the research and development method of R & D (Research and Development) from Borg and Gall. The analytical techniques used are qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of moral education for children aged 4-10 years in the Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah before the study was only limited to involving parents in school activities, 2) Steps -steps for developing parental guidance models for Moral Education for Children Age 4-10 Years in the Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah carried out by referring to the 10 steps of Borg and Gall research, 3) Moral Education of Children Ages 4-10 Years in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith In Parenting Activities using parental guidance at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah carried out in three stages, namely: limited trial stage, wider trial, and trial feasibility of the model (operational), participant responses to the Moral Education module for Children Age 4-10 Years in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities, namely: interesting, easy to understand, good presentation for parents and child, assisting in teaching and introducing moral education to children while at home, role-playing activities and conducting tests that have been provided, language that is easy to understand, and presentations that are systematically arranged and 5) Evaluation results on parents' knowledge, attitudes, and skills after participating in activities Moral Education of Children aged 4-10 Years in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Parenting Activities using parental guidance at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten of Bunayya 7 Al-Hijrah showed a significant difference.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the learning model for the development of civilization at IAIN Lhokseumawe. The method of research that is used is to use approach qualitative. This means that the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but the data comes from the results of interviews, field observations, personal documents, memo notes, and other official documents. The research results are Islamic Religious Education in the scope of face-to-face lectures in class for one semester and Islamic Religious Education in activities that are outside the classroom such as seminars scheduled by the department as a form of development of PAI lectures carried out in class.   There is also an activity that is an advancement for IAIN Lhokseumawe, namely student mobility to Malaysia, which involves PAI students. The learning model in the PAI department at IAIN Lhokseumawe whose learning is based on the Student Center Learning (SCL) is to combine two learning models, namely a learning model that uses a Sufism approach and a learning model that refers to modern learning theories. The learning model with the Sufism approach used is the ta'lim model, the repetition model, the directive model, and others. Meanwhile, the learning model in the PAI department regarding modern theories used includes the cooperative model, the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) model, the inquiry model, and various other models.Keywords: Learning Model, Islamic, Civilization

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The relationship between students' perceptionsof pedagogical competence and student fiqh learning outcomes, (2) Therelationship between teacher performance and student fiqh learning outcomes,(3) The relationship between students' perceptions of pedagogical competenceand teacher performance with student learning outcomes. learn fiqh students.This type of quantitative research with correlation research methods. Thepopulation is 107 students with a sample of 36 students taken by randomsampling technique. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique.The non-test technique, namely a questionnaire, was used to collect data onstudent perceptions of pedagogical competence and teacher performancevariables. While the variable of student fiqh learning outcomes through theresults of learning evaluation. The data analysis technique used is correlationand regression. The research results show: (1) there is a positive and significantcontribution between competencies pedagogy with student learning outcomesMTs. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain a detailed description of (1) Planning extracurricular activities in character building of students (2) Organizing extracurricular activities in character building of students (3) Directing extracurricular activities in character building of students and (4) Controlling extracurricular activities in shaping the character of students at PPM Al-Hasyimiyah Tebing Tinggi. This study uses a qualitative approach, the type of phenomenological research, and the descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques are carried out by; participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis process is carried out starting from; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data by triangulation and member checks. The results of this study are (1) Planning for extracurricular activities in the formation of students' character is carried out in the form of preparing extracurricular activity programs which are then used as a reference in its implementation. The program development process is preceded by an analysis of the required resources, collaboratively enforced, and socialized at the beginning of the school year. (2) Organizing extracurricular activities in forming the character of students as a whole is integrated with the madrasa organization. The organizing process consists of; determination of resources, the division of tasks according to their field of expertise, determined by the Decree of the Head of Madrasah, making agreements to shape the character of students through routine activities, for example, spontaneous action, and conditioning. (3) The direction of extracurricular activities in the formation of the character of students is carried out to ensure that the implementation of activities is directed at the goals that have been set in the planning. The briefing process includes; implementation of activities according to the plan, the pattern of activities includes (introduction, core, closing), teachers/coaches prioritize exemplary, effective leadership, problem-solving together, commitment to tasks, functions, and roles, (4) Control of extracurricular activities in the formation of student character implemented through; monitoring, assessment, and reporting. The control process includes; monitoring the implementation of activities, evaluating activities through process assessments and results assessments, the majority of students obtain satisfactory results, but still need to optimize the existing elements in planning, organizing, directing and controlling, and efforts to improve the readiness of the supporting components are needed.Keywords: Management, Extracurricular, Character

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) differences in islamic religious education learning outcomes of students who were taught using audio-visual media with image media, (2) differences in islamic religious education learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles, (3) differences in student learning outcomes with visual learning styles taught using audiovisual media and picture media in the experimental and control classes, (4) differences in student learning outcomes with auditory learning styles taught using audiovisual media and picture media in the experimental and control classes, (5) differences in student learning outcomes with kinesthetic learning styles taught using audiovisual media and picture media in the experimental and control classes, and (6) interaction between learning media and learning styles on learning outcomes of islamic religious education.  The research findings show: (1) there are differences in the learning outcomes of islamic religious education students who are taught using audio-visual media with image media that have been verified through statistical testing, (2) there are differences in student learning outcomes of islamic religious education with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles, this is evident from statistical testing, (3) there are differences in student learning outcomes with visual learning styles taught using audiovisual media and image media, this is proven based on the results of statistical tests, (4) there are differences in student learning outcomes with auditory learning styles taught using audiovisual media and image media, this is proven based on the results of statistical testing, (5) there are differences in student learning outcomes with kinesthetic learning styles taught using audiovisual media and image media, this is proven through the results of statistical testing, (6) there is interaction of learning media and learning styles on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects

Abstract

The moral development material for the Salafiyah dayah in North Aceh Regency is in the form of turats (bald books) written by various scholars from the Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah circles, starting from Tambih al-Ghafilin, Taisir al-Khalaq, Ta'lim al-Muta' scholars, Muraqi al-Ubudiyyah, Siraj al-Thalibin, Syarah al-Hikam and Ihya Ulum al-Din. The content of moral development material includes: 1) Morals towards Allah swt., in carrying out monotheism, worship, and reading the Koran. 2) Morals with fellow humans which include morals towards both parents, teachers, fellow students and the opposite sex. 3) Morals with the environment which includes morals towards animals and plants.Keywords: Moral of Thalabah, Dayah Salafiyah

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the learning outcomes of students who are taught by problem-based learning strategies and student learning outcomes taught by expository learning. (2) Knowing the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History students who have high logical thinking skills and students who have low logical thinking skills, and (3) Knowing the interaction between learning strategies and students' logical thinking abilities on learning outcomes of IslamicCultural History. This study used an experimental method with a quasi-experimental 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study were all students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Aceh Tamiang which consisted of three parallel classes, namely class XII1, XII2, XII3. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection technique is done by testing. The finding of the research showed that: (1) The learning outcomes of students who were taught the history of Islamic culture with problem-based learning ( = 28) were higher than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using expository strategies ( = 26.97), with F count = 29.56 > F table = 3,968 (2) Students' learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History based on high logical thinking skills ( = 30) were higher than low logical thinking skills ( = 26.06), with F count = 4.47 > F table = 3,968 (3 ) there is an interaction between the learning strategy and the ability to think logically on the learning outcomes of students' Islamic Cultural History. The statistic is found to be 9.88 > F table = 3.968.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the implementation of the MTs students' implementation of the Tahsin Al-Qur'an learning method. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Jackfruit Village, North Binjai District, 2) To find out the obstacles in the implementation of the MTs students' implementation of the Quranic tahsin learning method. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Nangka sub-district, North Binjai District, 3) To find out the solution taken in overcoming the problem of implementing the learning method for MTs students. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Jackfruit Village, North Binjai District. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach, which examines a particular case or phenomenon in society that is carried out in depth to be able to find out the background, circumstances, and interactions that occur.  The results of this study are 1) Implementation of the MTs students' implementation of the Qur'anic tahsin learning method. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, jackfruit sub-district, Binjai Utara district, namely the implementation of the tahsin learning method used varies, but in this implementation it is specifically applied with the iqra method. The iqra method is a quick way to read the Koran through several volumes, from volume one to volume six. This method is more effective in escorting children to be able to quickly read the Koran well, 2) Obstacles in implementing the learning method for MTs students. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Kelurahan jackfruit, Binjai Utara District is not included in the iqro method of introducing the term Tajweed, but only how to read it, besides that there are also two factors, namely First, internal factors (factors that come from within) such as the lack of self-awareness of the participants. students in following the real Qur'anic tahsin learning. Then there are still many students whose ability to read the Koran is still halting. Second, external factors (factors that come from outside) such as the role of the tahsin teacher in providing teaching to students, the participation of parents in guiding and supervising their children, as well as the influence of the surrounding environment which can have a positive or even negative influence on students. 3) The solution is made in overcoming the problem of implementing the learning method of the Islamic teaching of the Qur'an for MTs students. Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe: (1) the contribution of Nurul Ikhwan's Islamic spiritual activities to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam, (2) the contribution of reading interest in the Qur'an on the learning outcomes of PAI class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam, and (3) the contribution of Nurul Ikhwan's Islamic spiritual activities and the interest in reading the Koran to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students of grade IX at SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam.  The research was conducted at Middle School 2 Lubuk Pakam. This research is a quantitative study with a correlation research method. The population in this study were all students of class IX which consisted of 9 classes with a total of 186. The sample was 20% of the students totaling 186, namely 37.2 rounded off by 37 students who were taken randomly (random sample). The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used is correlation and regression.  The findings of the study show: (1) there is a positive and significant contribution of spiritual activity to the learning outcomes of Islamic Education with a correlation number of 2.528 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 77.15 + 0.12 X1, (2) there is a positive and significant contribution of interest in reading Al-Qur ' the result of Islamic Religious Education learning with a correlation number of 3.591 with the regression line equation Ŷ = Ŷ = 66.26 + 0.27X2. and (3) there is a positive and significant contribution to spiritual activities and interest in reading Al-Qur'an on learning outcomes of Islamic Education with a correlation number of 14.42 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 35.56 + 0.09X1 + 0.24X2. The spiritual activity variable contributed to Islamic education learning outcomes by 10.70%, while the Qur'an reading interest variable contributed 22.90% to the Islamic Religious Education learning outcome.
