Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan psikomotorik siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL), pada siswa kelas VIIIA di SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru, Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2016 di kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui daya serap, ketuntasan individual dan ketuntasan klasikal. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai psikomotorik daya serap siswa mengalami peningkatan (3,4%) dari sebelum PTK yaitu (75,9%) menjadi (79,3%) pada Siklus I, dan mengalami peningkatan kembali sebesar 6,5% menjadi 85,5% setelah siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal siswa untuk nilai Psikomotorik mengalami peningkatan 19,5,% dari sebelum PTK yaitu 65,9% menjadi 85,4% pada Siklus I, dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,7% menjadi 95,1% setelah siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan psikomotorik siswa kelas VIIIA di SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and find out the feasibility of the Science Process Skills (KPS) based performance assessment rubric on the XI class practice of Pekanbaru State High School Academic Year 2018/2019. Research uses the type of Research & Development development using the ADDIE model which consists of stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and testing. But in this study only reached the stage of development (development). In this study there are two types of validation, namely assessment validation sheet and KPS validation sheet. Based on the criteria determined by the selected school, namely the State High School that applies the 2013 curriculum, school accreditation is at level A. Three selected schools are: SMAN 9 Pekanbaru, SMAN 10 Pekanbaru and SMAN 14 Pekanbaru. Retrieval of data in this study was obtained through validation of experts namely evaluation experts, learning experts and teachers. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study are in the form of a PPP-based performance assessment rubric on practices. Based on the results of a joint validation from the evaluation expert, material experts and teacher validation that the performance assessment rubric get a very valid category with a feasibility percentage of 95.83% and the results of joint validation from evaluation experts, material experts and teacher validation that PPP questions get very valid categories with eligibility percentages 98.58%. It can be concluded that the PPP-based performance assessment rubric in class XII Pekanbaru State Senior High School practical activities is very feasible to use in the assessment of practical activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA biologi siswa kelas VIII C SMP 03 Pangkalan Kuras Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 dalam penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition). Penelitian merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan analisis data berupa deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan April 2019, data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil belajar siswa yang dilakukan 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII C SMP 03 Pangkalan Kuras yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 15 orang siswa laki-laki dan 15 orang siswa perempuan. Daya serap hasil belajar siswa sebelum PTK adalah 72,46%, daya serap sesudah PTK siklus I yaitu 80,80% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,34%, pada siklus II daya serap siswa adalah 84,89 dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,09% , hasil belajar KI sebelum PTK adalah 77,46%, daya serap KI sesudah PTK siklus I yaitu 78,18% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,72%, sedangkan pada siklus II daya serap KI siswa adalah 81,11% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,93%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII C SMPN 03 Pangkalan Kuras Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan praktikum pada pembelajaran Biologi kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru, dan juga untuk mendeskripsikan sarana dan prasarana laboratorium Biologi di SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru yang terdiri atas empat kelas dengan jumlah 144 siswa. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil laboratorium SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 76,10%. Sedangkan untuk penelitian tentang analisis pelaksanaan praktikum mendapatkan hasil persentase sebesar 82,18% yang berada dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 16 Tahun 2007 yang dimiliki guru IPA di SMP Negeri 1 XIII Koto Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif dimana peneliti berupaya mengupas data penelitian melalui sumber data primer berupa transkip hasil observasi, dilengkapi pula dengan sumber data sekunder berupa data dokumentasi dan hasil wawancara terstruktur dengan guru IPA di SMP Negeri 1 XIII Koto Kampar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 2 orang guru IPA. Selanjutnya data analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru IPA di SMP Negeri 1 XIII Koto Kampar sudah kompeten. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru IPA di SMP Negeri 1 XIII Koto Kampar sejalan dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 16 Tahun 2007, namun perlu ada beberapa perbaikan atau peningkatan seperti pada indikator memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk kepentingan pembelajaran (0%), memfasilitasi pengembangan potensial peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki (50%), serta menyelenggarakan penilaian evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar (41,5%), termasuk dalam kategori tidak kompeten.

Abstract

Development of audio visual learning media based on documentary video on tissue culture material of black orchid (coelogyne pandurata) at SMKN 1 Lubuk Dalam. This research was conducted on August 20, 2020. This development research uses the ADDIE development model with several stages, namely Analysis, Design and Development. The data collection instruments used were in the form of validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. Collecting data using validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a scale method analysis technique with a modified Likert scale. The results of this study are in the form of products, namely audio-visual learning media based on documentary videos. The data of this study were obtained from the results of validation by material experts, media experts, learning experts and limited trials of class XII PPT SMK N 1 Lubuk Dalam students who had studied tissue culture material. The results of validation by material experts show that the audio-visual learning media based on documentary video that was developed got an average percentage of 91.67% (very valid), from media experts 93.75% (very valid), learning experts at 100% ( very valid). So that the overall average result of the assessment of audio-visual learning media based on documentary videos by experts is 95.14% with a very valid category. The audio-visual learning media based on the tissue culture documentary video that was developed received a very good response from students. This can be seen from the average student response of 90.74% (very good). Based on the results of the validation of the experts and the results of the student response questionnaire, the product was obtained in the form of audio-visual learning media based on tissue culture documentary videos which were very valid for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan laboratorium IPA yang meliputi (1) desain layout laboratorium (2) fasilitas penunjang fisik, fasilitas penunjang lingkungan, fasilitas penunjang keamanan (3) ragam kebutuhan laboratorium dan ukuran laboratorium (4) penyusunan alat laboratorium (5) adminitrasi laboratorium. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) desain layout laboratorium belum memenuhi standar laboratorium yang baik, (2) fasilitas penunjang fisik, fasilitas penunjang lingkungan, fasilitas penunjang keamanan masih belum sesuai dengan fasilitas penunjang laboratorium pada umumnya, (3) ragam kebutuhan laboratorium dan ukuran laboratorium masih belum memadai, (4) penyusunan alat laboratorium masih belum sesuai dengan aturan pengelolaan laboratorium, (5) adminitrasi laboratorium belum berjalan secara intensif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the implementation of online learning / e-learning in Biology subjects in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with the type of research used a survey. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation sheets and documentation. This study used a saturated sample that included all members of class XI Sciensi 1, XI Science 2, XI Science 3, and XI Science 4 Senior High School 2 Pekanbaru as many as 143 students. The questionnaire distributed consists of 40 statements consisting of four aspects of assessment with eleven indicators. Based on the results of the study, the aspect of assessing student attitudes was categorized as sufficient with a percentage of 61.97%. The aspect of assessing the principles of online learning / e-learning has a sufficient category with a percentage of 65.73%. The aspect of competency assessment related to online / e-learning has a sufficient category with a percentage of 72.26% and the infrastructure assessment aspect is in a good category with a percentage of 76.33%. It can be concluded that students' perceptions of the implementation of online learning / e-learning in Biology subjects in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru in the academic year 2020/2021 as a whole are in the sufficient category with a percentage of 69.47%.

Abstract

The relationship of learning interest and learning motivation with the discipline of learning Biology of students in grade XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru academic year 2020/2021. This study aims to find out the relationship of learning interest and learning motivation with the discipline of learning biology of students in grade XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru school year 2020/2021. The research was conducted from Agust to December 2020. This research is a correlational research and data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study was 113 randomized students or rondom sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study used Pearson Pruduct Moment correlation technique. The results found that interest in learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2) with learning discipline (Y) there is a high relationship (0.848). The significance test value was obtained that the interest in learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2) with the discipline of learning (Y), thitung (13.2) > ttabel (0.184). Furthermore, interest in learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2) contributed 61.1% to the discipline of learning (Y) to students of grade XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru in the 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills student of class XI SMAN 4 Pekanbaru in learning biology TA.2020/2021. This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument that is used is a matter of critical thinking, observasion, interviews, and questionnaires. Data collection is carried March 2021. The samples were used in the research of student class XI IPA 1 to XI IPA 6 totaling 78 students. The results showed that the highest critical thinking indicators were strategy and tactics indicators with a percentage of 97% (very high category). The indicator that occupies the lowest score is the indicator that provides further explanation with a percentage of 50% (low category). Other indicators have different percentages, namely the indicator giving a simple explanation gets a percentage of 96% (very high category), followed by a conclusion indicator with a percentage of 72% (low category), and an indicator of building basic skills with a percentage of 65% (low category). Based on the results of research conducted on students' critical thinking abilities on excretory system material, it can be concluded that students' critical thinking abilities are in the medium category with a percentage of 76%.
