The fieldwork practice carried out at the Niscahaya Indonesia orphanage aims to get closer to the children who are in the orphanage by providing assistance in learning letters, doing assignments, providing material on English and also playing. The method used in the practice of this field activity is the group work method, and the group work method used is the group work recreation group. The PKL team planned simple activities to help the children catch up on learning letters more quickly and be united and love each other. The results of this field work practice were appreciated by the children, the children were very grateful for the presence of the PKL team. They feel happy even in a relatively short period of time.

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that is an important health problem throughout the world because of its prevalence which continues to increase in 2019 to 22% in the age group 18 years, as well as its association with cardiovascular disease, stroke, retinopathy and kidney disease. The purpose of this mentoring is to increase family knowledge, especially in Barisallo Village, Kel. Parangloe Kab. Gowa. The method used is the lecture method using banner and lieflet media. This activity was carried out for 6 days. The results of the activities include the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. From the results of the service, there are still many people who experience a diagnosis/or problems with high blood pressure, and there are still many people who do not know how to prevent hypertension itself. So from this basis, community service is about efforts to increase public knowledge to reduce the risk of hypertension to coincide with the spread of covid 19. It is hoped that health workers will be even more active in conducting health education, especially in Barisallo Village, Kec. Parangloe.

An emergency condition of carrdiact arrest is one of the threats that requires immediate treatment/assistance by the person who first finds the victim because the golden period for an emergency is a maximum of 10 minutes. Therefore, the community as first responders really needs to have knowledge and skills in providing assistance. The purpose of this mentoring is to increase the knowledge of teachers in Barisallo Village Kel. Parangloe Kab. Gowa. The method used is the lecture method using leaflet media and simulation using an emergency manikin and splints. This activity was carried out for 6 days. The results of the activities include the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. From the results of the service, there are still many people, especially teachers, and there are still many people who do not know how to provide first aid in emergency conditions. So from that basis, community service is about efforts to increase teacher knowledge and skills to prevent death or disability. It is hoped that health workers will be more active in conducting health education, especially in Barisallo Village, Kec. Parangloe.

Technical guidance activities for credit proposals and financial reports are carried out to increase the entrepreneurial skills of business actors, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). This activity refers to follow-up activities for the establishment of well-known MSMEs (Bekasi Keren/Bekasi Regency). Bimtek activities are one way to increase the ability of MSMEs to increase their potential and become superior MSMEs, not only from the products produced but from the literacy/knowledge they possess. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the MSMEs, and Cooperative Service as well as Pelita Bangsa University. The implementation time will be 11-14 October 2021 at the Java Palace Hotel Jababeka. The participants of the activity amounted to 200 (two hundred) MSMEs participants. The material presented is in the form of a credit application proposal and the preparation of financial reports. The output of technical guidance is in the form of an assessment on the post-test which is carried out after the training is held. For credit application proposal materials and financial reports, 106 respondents filled out the post-test link with a score of 60-100 as many as 91% or 91 participants, while 9% got a score of 0-50 or as many as 9 people. It can be concluded that the level of understanding of the material is very well received by the participants of the technical guidance

This community service activity aims to provide guidance to small, micro and medium enterprises of hijab convection in Candi Mulyo Village, Jombang Regency. The form of coaching is by providing assistance in the form of guidance on how to overcome capital and marketing problems through social capital in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The evaluation of the success of this activity is to be able to identify social capital in the form of a familial method (sowan) to Islamic boarding schools in Jombang Regency from a marketing perspective. While the capital solution does not involve banking but uses the social capital method, offering it to friends who have capital to get capital by offering a profit-sharing system.

Thematic Field Practice Activities are a learning process as well as a form of real work dedication for HKBP Nommensen students, Faculty of Language and Arts, English Literature and Music Arts Study Programs, especially in the field of education. This activity is aimed at fostering empathy and caring, and is expected to give birth to a strong, superior, noble personality, and can become an extraordinary person when he has entered the community, has a leadership spirit. The purpose of this activity is of course to further improve students' abilities in assessing and assessing any differences between theoretical material and practical material, thereby increasing the quality of students to solve a real problem. This is carried out based on mutual agreement in surveying each of the existing stages, and then based on discussions with the institutions/companies who are willing to make this activity run directly and also in accordance with the Certificate of Assignment that has been determined. Of course, this can be seen in students with real work in the ability to channel and provide good learning applications to every student at the HKBP Hutabaru Binjai Church.

PKM programs are implemented to increase students' creativity in writing scientific papers improve critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. The implementation of PKM has presented information in the implementation of training activities and guidance for writing scientific papers. It can equip students to take part in regional and national LKTIs. The materials presented during the training were: 1) Understanding of KTI; 2) Preparation of KTI; 3) KTI Preparation Practice, and 4) Sharing and assistance in the preparation of KTI. At the end of the activity, 70% of students are expected to be able to make a KTI design. Furthermore, of the students who made the KTI design, 50% of them succeeded in making a scientific paper and were included in the regional and national LKTI

Tutorial Learning in education is a part of creativity to increase an innovative and adaptive in learning systems by which the curriculum applied through the teaching learning process. In concerned to global demand as the digital base of manner in academics, the students and lecturers of the Faculty of Teacher Training, University of HKBP Nommen Medan carried out Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) entitled "Program of Learning Tutorial of Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, Social Sciences, and English in SD Negeri 035950 Silencer, Dairi Regency. This tutorial learning was aimed at the encouragement and the improvement of the quality of the teaching and learning process which is ultimately expected to the increase of the academic achievement on students’ perceptions in accordance to their respective efforts and abilities. Having done the tutorial learning, students are more enthusiastic about doing school assignments well and no tasks are neglected because of the guidance. In addition, participants' understanding of the subject matter at school was further increased by the material being taught during class meetings

Cilebut Timur is one of the villages in Bogor Regency which is in Sukaraja District. Based on data in 2019, there were 15,987 people of which 7,852 were women and 3,286 were housewives. a total of 20 housewives in RW XIV, Cilebut Timur village, participated in training on the production, sanitation and marketing of functional praline chocolate. Participants directly practice making praline chocolate using fillings that have health values such as pickled garlic, sesame, and koro beans so that praline chocolate is a functional food that is good for the body as well as a commercial product for entrepreneurship. After the activity, the participants had the desire to apply the skills given during the training and apply side businesses to improve family prosperity. Participants also assessed that overall this activity was very good in terms of responsiveness, empathy, tangible, reliability, assurance and continuity.

Student learning in rural elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on learning motivation. Learning activities in Purworejo Village, Pilangkenceng, Madiun Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic experienced obstacles. Learning using information technology cannot run optimally. Many elementary school students lack motivation in reading and arithmetic. The purpose of service activities is to improve student literacy and numeracy through the reading corner program. The target of this service activity is elementary school students in Purworejo Village, Kacan Pilangkenceng, Madiun Regency. The service method is carried out with assistance, including survey activity procedures, socialization, training, learning, and evaluation. The results of the implementation of the "Reading Corner" program activities can increase students' independence by 60%, and increase literacy-numeracy skills by 50%. The activity of the "Reading Corner" program can be followed up as a digital corner program as an effort to develop digital literacy in the village.
