The service sector is developing rapidly, one of such service sectors is internet provider. This study aims to determine the effect of personal selling and service quality on customer loyalty at PT. WanRiau IndoXP Pekanbaru. The samples of this study were 146 respondents who were customers of PT. WanRiau IndoXP. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression through t-test for testing the hypothesis. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of research include: (1) Personal Selling has a significant effect on customer loyalty 2) Tangible has a significant influence on customer loyalty. The company must increase the number of facilities and provide employee training so that more leverage in working. (3) Reliability has a significant effect on customer loyalty (4) Responsiveness has a significant effect on customer loyalty (5) Emphaty has a significant influence on customer loyalty (6) Assurance based has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customers feel comfortable when making transactions and interact in PT. Wanriau IndoXP (PERSERO) Pekanbaru.

Maintaining consumer loyalty is the main goal of relationship marketing. This is a way to build a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship between business owners and consumers. This study aimed to analyze the effect of relational marketing on consumer trust and consumer loyalty at Mega Sanel Lestari, Pekanbaru. The population in this study was consumers who made at least a purchase transaction at Mega Sanel Lestari, Pekanbaru with a total sample of 100 respondents. The study used SmartPLS 3 program. The results of the study indicate that relationship marketing and consumer trust have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer trust. Consumer trust becomes the dominant variable in building and maintaining Consumer loyalty at Mega Sanel Lestari, Pekanbaru.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the tax amnesty announcement for 3 periods in Indonesian, namely in period 1 (28 June 2016 30 September 2016), period 2 (1 October 2016-31 December 2016) and period 3 (1 January 2017-31 March 2017). This study included 46 property companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used were event study to calculate the abnormal return and trading volume activity which was paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the tax amnesty announcement. This indicates that investors as capital market players consider this announcement information does not contain meaningful information for investors, hence, investors in the capital market do not react.

This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance in Pubic Elementary schools in Rimba Melintang District, Riau Province, Indonesia. This analysis was conducted on 19 elementary schools with 190 respondents. The samples were taken and collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis used path analysis to analyze patterns of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct and indirect effects of a set of exogenous variables (motivation and organizational culture) on endogenous variables (satisfaction and performance). The results showed that job satisfaction and teacher performance on motivation and organizational culture processed and tested using path analysis showed that there was an influence of motivation and organizational culture on satisfaction but not on employee performance. The novelty of this study lied in the results of data analysis. It indicated that partially, motivation and culture had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance but not so with the influence of motivation and work culture on performance through satisfaction. Motivation and organizational culture had no significant effect on performance based on the variable of job satisfaction. The study recommends that the schools should provide soft skills training (personality) and communication for teachers to act in accordance with religious, legal and social norms. They also should improve work ethic and responsibility. Educators also need to have an understanding that they are the role models in the community. Performance based benefits need to be formulated appropriately in order to improve the performance of the teaching staff.

Saint Mary Senior High School is the one of the famous private schools in Pekanbaru. examination in Saint Mary Senior High School has used a smartphone for multiple choice questions, while in essay questions the pen-and-paper is still used (manual). The number of examination scripts received from students is a problem for a teacher to see the similarity of students' answers with the answer key. At present, there is no system that can assist in checking answers. This study began with the selection stage, which is done by the interview process and filling out the questionnaire. Then proceed with an analysis of this case is used to look for possible development needs of the system. Then the programming language used is PHP and uses MySql database. Web-Based Essay Answer Detection Application Using Cosine Similarity Method in Saint Mary Senior High School. With the application of the essay answer detection application in Saint Mary Senior High School, it is hoped that it will be easier for the teacher to conduct the exam. Besides, it is expected that the application of a computerized system and the use of a database can accelerate the processing of student ranking grades effectively and efficiently.

The number of tourist attractions that are not yet well known, reinforced by the release of Pekanbaru City Government data that the tourism sector only accounts for about 0.9% of the national tourism sector. Therefore, this study aims to optimize the determination of Pekanbaru city tourist travel routes by using genetic algorithms or Genetic Algorithms. Genetic algortima process generally consists of several stages, starting from the initial generation, determination of fitness, crossover stage, mutation to the generation of advanced stages. With an accuracy rate of the best offered solutions reaching around 88% and an average solution search of about 19 seconds per iteration on a constant 100x trial, the results of this study can be used to help general users or Tour & Travel businesses in determining travel routes more optimal travel and a better travel experience.

Consumer loyalty is very important for a company, because the rewards of loyalty are long-term and cumulative, which means that the longer the consumer loyalty the greater the profit that can be obtained by the company from a consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Henson Alfa Gros is on Pekanbaru and has made transactions more than 2 times. The number of respondents in this study was 100 businesses. The data collection technique that was used is the questionnaire method. Questionnaire is a way of collecting data through a list of questions that the author has prepared aimed at respondents who will be sampled, while for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that Trust has an effect on Consumer Loyalty and Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru.

The high demand for air conditioners (AC) from year to year has caused an increase the number of AC manufacturers from abroad entering Indonesia market. Here the author will research the PROMETHEE Method for Decision Support Systems. The author will design the application to recommend the best AC where each calculation methods can be tested using the Confusion Matrix Calculation. Confusion Matrix Calculation Results for Â½ PK Air Conditioning PROMETHEE methods where, Recall, Precision, Accuracy are all 100% and Error is 0%.

The Mediating Effect of EPS on the Relationship between ROE and Stock Prices of 15 Banks Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Francis Hutabarat; Mega Sari

This research is descriptive which collects and presents data from financial statements from 2014 - 2018 by taking ROE and EPS data as independent variables and stock prices as the dependent variable. Measurement scales used statistical scales such as regression analysis test, f test, and t-test. The results showed that 15 bank sector companies as a place of this research had good management performance and performed their functions well, it can be seen from the ratio of ROE and EPS. From the test results based on the regression analysis test, f test, and t-test, the results are obtained that the contribution of ROE to changes in the Stock price is 25.8%, with EPS mediation, the contribution of ROE and EPS to changes in the Stock price is found to be 47.2% and the change in the value of R-Square change of 0.219 or 21.9%. Significant test results indicate a significant effect between ROE on Stock prices. This can be seen from the F-test value of 26,668 and significant value of 0,000 at Î± = 0.05 or 5% and with the presence of EPS mediation, the effect of ROE and EPS on the stock price is significant with a significant level of 0,000 at Î± = 0.05 or 5% with F -The existence of EPS mediation, it was found that ROE and Stockâ€™s Prices have a significant effect of 0.019 at a significant level of 5%. Thus any change in ROE will change to an increase in Stock Price by 0.236 significantly.Therefore, because ROE and the Stock price have significant value, EPS does not fully mediate the effect of ROE and the stock pricetest 34,129.

The background of this research is how to make investors have a good perception of the company that can be determined through the results of the company's valuation. This research aims to examine the partial and simultaneous relationship between liquidity using the current ratio (CR), and profitability using Return on Assets (ROA) to the company's value of companies using Tobins'Q in telecommunications companies related to IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange), in 2015-2018. The data get it from financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 5 companies as samples. The independent variables of this study are liquidity, profitability and the dependent variable in this study is firm value. This study uses several linear regression methods. the results showing a significant effect between current ratio and Return on Total Assets on firm value and the same results show that there is a significant effect between Return on Total Assets and firm value.
