Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee work discipline (a study on the Anugrah Adi Jaya Tasikmalaya Company). The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires which were distributed to 47 respondents who were employees of Anugrah Adi Jaya Tasikmalaya Company. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on motivation at Anugrah Adi Jaya company; (2) Leadership style directly has a positive but not significant influence on Work Discipline at Anugrah Adi Jaya company; (3) Motivation directly has a positive but not significant influence on Work Discipline at Anugrah Adi Jaya company; (4) There is influence an no significant Leadership Style on work Discipline through Motivation at Anugrah Adi Jaya company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Quality of service, Promotion, Consumer Purchase Interest in Cicadas Mini market Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of service, Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. Quality of service partially significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. promotion has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and quality product towards consumer satisfiction of Pecel Madiun Mbak Upik Tasikmalaya. The type of this study is quantitive method with a survey approach. The population on this study is unknown. Samples on this study 100 people. Data analysis on this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS ver. 25 software. The result of this study shows that brand image and quality product simultaneously have influence towards consumer satisfiction of Pecel Madiun Mbak Upik Tasikmalaya. Brand image partially has influence towards consumer satisfiction of Pecel Madiun Mbak Upik Tasikmalaya. Quality product partially has influence towards consumer consumer satisfiction of Pecel Madiun Mbak Upik Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of simultaneous training and work discipline on employee performance at KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java. Partial effect of training on employee performance at KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java and the partial influence of work discipline on employee performance at KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 45 people as respondents to KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java based on 45 population data known. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. Based on data that have met the validity test, reliability tests and classical assumption tests are processed so as to produce regression equations as follows: Y = 11.067 + 0.293 X1 + 0.433X2. The test results showed that partially the variables used in the study, namely training, had a significant effect on the performance of KPO PT employees. BPR Cipatujah West Java as well as work discipline variables partially affect employee performance. Simultaneously training and work disciplines have a significant effect on employee performance with a f-142,396 value and a signification rate of 0.000. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R Square of 0.871 or 87.1%. Showed the large influence of training and work discipline on employee performance and the remaining 12.9% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Product Quality, Word Of Mouth, and Trust on the Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics products. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are consumers of Wardah Cosmetics. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that product quality, word of mouth, and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and trust partially has an effect significant to the Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on performance (a survey of elementary school teachers at Al- Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 68 elementary school teachers, Al-Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that compensation has a very good assessment classification, the work environment has a very good assessment classification, while employee performance has a good classification for elementary school teachers at Al-Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City. Taken together, compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine, firstly the description of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees at BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, secondly the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, thirdly the influence of work motivation partially on commitment. organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, and the fourth effect of job satisfaction partially on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that work motivation was in the very good category, job satisfaction was in the good category, and the organizational commitment of the employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya was in the very good category. There is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. There is a partially significant effect of work motivation on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. There is a partially significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously or partially on customer satisfaction of Restoran Hj.Ocoh Sunda & Seafood Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respodents. Data collection wa carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of communication and organizational culture on employee performance (a case study on employees of Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 135 employees of the Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Communication has a very good assessment classification, Organizational Culture has a very good assessment classification, while Employee Performance has a good classification at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya Employees. Together, Communication and Organizational Culture have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya Employees. Partially, communication has a significant effect on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya employees. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya employees

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Non Managers at Hotel Grand Metro Tasikmalaya. Respondents in this study were non-manager employees at the Grand Metro Tasikmalaya Hotel. Based on the sample method, the number of samples in the study was 34 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 34 and 34 employees that could be returned and processed. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that intellectual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance and spiritual intelligence simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that when intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence increase employee performance.
