Abstract

The objective of this research is to anlize and test the effect of organizational cultural, work enviroment, and job satisfaction on performance. Performance is assumed to be significantly effected by the organizational cultural, work enviroment, and job satisfaction that pertain in the organization. The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey in the Satya Negara Indonesia University a sample of 50 lecturer from the overall population of 50 lecturer employe. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondens’ filling in a questionnaire. The path technique was applied to analyze the data wich had been previously treated with the aggressive and coorelation procedure. The result proved that the employee performance was directly effected by the organizational cultural, the work envoroment, and job satisfaction was in turn, directly effected by organizational cultural and work enviroment. The findings suggest that the variation of performance of the lecturer might have been effected by the organizational cultural, the work enviroment, and the job satisfaction in the organization. This further implies the need take the variables of organizational cultural, job satisfaction, and performance into the consideration in the strategic planning of the human resources development in the Satya Negara Indonesia University

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership, compensation on performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. The object of this research is the SMA/SMK Yadika Tanjung Duren Jakarta with 85 of respondents. data analysis is the analysis of the path and processed with SPSS program Version 22. Sampling method using quota Sampling is by examining the census or the population. The results of this study showed that there was no direct influence leadership against the discipline of work, there is a direct positive influence compensation against a work discipline, and there is the influence of the leadership and work discipline against compensation, there is a direct influence on the discipline of work on performance of teachers, teachers, performance against the leadership and direct influence negative compensation on performance of teachers.

Abstract

This report aims to review the influence of the quality of service , prices and the quality of customer satisfaction website .Methods used in research is quantitative methods and results of the study is based on the answers to the questionnaire given to use likert respondents scale .The population of the research is students usni in 1889 and samples to this study were 100 respondents .The method of analysis on this research using analysis desktiptif , the instrument (validity and normality), the assumption (normality classic, heteroskedastisitas , multikolonieritas and autokorelasi ) , regression analysis linear multiple , the t , the f and koefesien determinan R². From the results of the test t , have the results showed that variable the quality of the services they provide ( x1 ), of prices ( x2 ) and the quality of the services they provide ( x3 ) has had the influence and significant impact on usni student satisfaction .Of the trial f, the results showed that third variable influential and significant impact on usni student satisfaction .

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Product, Price, and Place of the buying decision. The method used in this research is quantitative method and assessment of the results of this study based on the answers of respondents using Likert Scale. The population in this study is the Consumer Books & Beyond Cilandak Town Square and sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents. The method of analysis in this study using the Test Instrument (Validity and Reliability), Analysis Normality of data, Classical Assumption Test (Normality, multicoloniarity, Heteroskedatisitas, autocorrelation), Test Correlation Coefficient Test, linear regression, t test, Test f, and the coefficient of determination R2 . From the results of the t test (Partially), has obtained results that place the variable (X3) has a significant influence on the purchase decision and book stores Books & Beyond Cilandak Town Square. As for the Product variable (X1), and Price (X2),had no effect and no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions Books & Beyond stores.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how macroeconomic factors and the Dow Jones Index affect the volatility of the Indonesian stock market. Volatility The Indonesian stock market is represented by Indonesia Composite Index, and macroeconomic factors are represented by variables of Inflation, Exchange Rate, BI Rate, Gold Price and American Capital Market Performance represented by the Dow Jones Index. Observation period from January 1, 2018 to January 15, 2018 with daily data. From the results of the test data obtained results that the Exchange Rate and Dow Jones Index significantly affect the volatility of Indonesian stock market prices during the observation period. Inflation variables, BI rates and gold prices have no significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine whether the Islamic capital market in Indonesia is efficient in a weak form. The efficient capital market weak form states that the capital market is said to be efficient if the price formed reflects past information including previous price information. With these conditions, the stock price will move randomly and past price data cannot be used to predict prices in the future. The sample in this study uses Islamic stocks that listed in the Jakarta Islam Index (JII) in 2018. Sharia stocks that consistently enter for 2 periods in 2018 into the JII are 27 shares. The test method is done by testing Run Test. Run Test is used to see whether the price movements of Islamic stocks move randomly or not. The variables tested were daily stock return data from January to June 2018. The results showed stock price movements during the period of the study were not random. This means that the Islamic capital market in Indonesia has not been efficient in a weak form.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, dividend, firm size, and earnings per share simultaneously or partially on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research approach used is a quantitative approach that serves to test the hypothesis proposed in the study and to answer the problems in this study. Samples taken were 32 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and active during 2014-2017. To get the information needed, the data collection process is carried out through documentation. For data collection methods carried out by collecting the company's annual financial statements. The research analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Capital Structure and Earnings Per Share have a partial effect on the Value of the Company. While simultaneously, this research variable has no effect on firm value.
