Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Customer Experience against the interests of consumers on the anniversary of buy Dress Up Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service data collected using the formula slovin with spread 100 respondents customer Dress Up Laundry Dry Cleaning Service & methodology this research is quantitative analysis performed with the associative analysis of multiple linear regression. The results showed partially sense experience is a positive and significant effect against the interest to buy, feel the experience positive and significant effect against the interest to buy, think positive and influential experience significantly to buy interest, act experience positive and significant effect against the interest to buy, relate the experience positive and significant effect against interest buy. simultaneous sense, feel, think, act, relate together in the same positive and significant effect of 75.3% and the remaining 24.7% influenced by other variables that are not described in This research.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of job stress, organizational commitment and organization climate has an effect to job satisfaction of employee in the office PT. Agrindo Prima Lestari. The sampling technique of this research is using census sampling, where the sampling is the all population of employees in PT. Agrindo Prima Lestari. Statistical analysis method in this research used the multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the result of the analysis conclude that 1) job stress has no effect to job satisfaction, 2) organizational commitment has significant effect to job satisfaction, 3) organization climate has significant effect on job satisfaction 4) job stress, organizational commitment and organization climate is jointly significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

In the overall educational process, teachers are the dominant determinant in education because teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assess and evaluate students. A professional teacher is charged with a number of requirements, among others qualified professional education, scientific competence according they are engaged in, the ability to communicate well with their students, have a creative spirit and productive, has a work ethic and a commitment to the profession and always conduct self-development continuously. However, in practice there are still often found limitations both individually and institution. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of competence, work environment and compensation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in region II Pesanggrahan. The research used survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The research population is all teachers in region II Pesanggrahan amounted to 141 teachers which are 59 teachers as samples using cluster random sampling method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate the competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the work environment also compensation has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously competence, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The problem in this study wanted to find out the factors that can influence about quality of the product, price, promotion for purchasing decisions of customers in buying cosmetics Lamer at the Metro Mall Pacific Place. The data collected using the formula Roscoe with spread 80 respondents which is Lamer cosmetics customers. Metodology this research is causal relations with test validity, reliability test, test, test the classical asumption corelletion, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and determinants. Based on the results of research partially known that Product quality( X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3) decision to purchase cosmetics Lamer. The quality of the Product, Price, Promotion of the simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to figure out if there is the effect of Altman Z-Score bankruptcy analysis on stock prices at Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2016. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016 which is 142 companies. Research sample is 42 companies with Purposive Sampling as sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this research using simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of Z-Score on stock price and multiple linear regression analysis to test variable Altman Z-Score to Stock Price. The results of this study show the partial Z-Score only significant effect on Price Stock. The results also show partially that the variable Altman Z-Socre only Market Value Of Equity To book Value Liabilities significantly influence the Price Stock. And the results of research also show that variable Altman Z-Score is Working Capital To Total Asset, Retained Earning To Total Asset, Earning Before Interest And Taxes To Total Asset, Market Value Of Equity To Book Value Liabilities and Sales To Total Asset simultaneously have an effect on Price Stock.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a difference between the financial performance of conventional banks and sharia banks period 2013-2016. Financial performance indicators used in this study are financial ratios of CAR, LDR / FDR, NPL / NPF, BOPO and ROA. In this study the conventional bank samples used are Bank Mandiri, Bank BCA and Bank BNI. Meanwhile, the sharia bank sample in this research is Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah and Bank BNI Syariah. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test. Based on the results of data analysis and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, the result shows that there is no difference of financial performance between conventional bank and syariah bank by using CAR, LDR / FDR and NPL / NPF indicator, but if using BOPO and ROA indicator there is difference between conventional banks and sharia banks. The results also show BOPO and conventional bank ROA better than BOPO and ROA of sharia bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this research want to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Earning power to Profit Growth in Manufacturing Company of Consumer Goods Sector Industry registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016 either partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. There are 20 companies that used during the research. Analytical method used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS 22 The results of this research shows that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Earning power simultaneously significant influence to the profit growth of Manufacturing Company of Consumer Goods Sector Industry with a significant level of < 0,05. from the research also know of that partially Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover have an influence a significant to profit growth, while Earning Power does not have significant influence to profit growth of Manufacturing Company of Consumer Goods Sector Industry

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Website Quality toward Customer Satisfaction. The method used in this study was quantitative method and assessment of the results of this study based on the answers on questionnaires which was given to respondents using Likert Scale. Populations in this research were USNI students from the Faculty of Economics and the total samples in this research were 100 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, instrument test (Validity and Normality), Classic Assumption Test (Normality, Heteroscedasticity, Multicolonierity and Autocorrelation), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Determinant R² coefficient . From the result of t test (partially), it had been obtained the result that variable of Service Quality (X1) and Brand Image (X2) had influence and significant toward Customer Satisfaction of Lazada Online store. While the variable of Website Quality (X3) had no effect and not significant toward Customer Satisfaction of Lazada Online store. From the f test (simultaneously), obtained the result that the three variables had an effect and significant toward the Customer Satisfaction of Lazada online store.

Abstract

In the high competition of the forwarder industry, having a big names and a lot of fleets is not enough. Standard customer requirements are always increase. Customer satisfaction is very important for any service company, but some studies show that satisfaction of customers is not enough. Because there is no guarantee that satisfied customers will become loyal customers. Therefore, it is important for service companies to provide the quality of service which expected by the costumers with the competitive price. This research is conducted to analyze the correlation between service quality and price to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis and using two structural models with SPSS program. The population used is consumer of PT. Sunggong Logistics. While the sample used counted 100 people with sample selection technique using probability sampling. The results indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality to customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between price and customer satisfaction.There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and price with customer satisfaction. There is no direct positive and significant influence between the quality of Service to customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant direct effect of price on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.There is a positive and significant influence between service quality, price and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation, work discipline and compensation to work productivity. The analytical method used descriptive analysis. The sample of this research is 55 people by using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The result of this research show that partially motivation have significant effect to employee work productivity with t count > t table that is 2,027 > 2,008, work discipline has no significant effect on employee productivity with tcount < t table is -0.657 < 2,008, and compensation has significant effect on productivity work with a value of t count > t table that is 4,075 > 2,008. While simultaneously show that motivation, work discipline and compensation effect simultaneously to work productivity of employees of PT. BCA General Insurance with F count > F table is 13,334 > 2,786.
