Abstract

In the overall educational process, teachers are the dominant determinant in education because teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assess and evaluate students. A professional teacher is charged with a number of requirements, among others qualified professional education, scientific competence according they are engaged in, the ability to communicate well with their students, have a creative spirit and productive, has a work ethic and a commitment to the profession and always conduct self-development continuously. However, in practice there are still often found limitations both individually and institution. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of competence, work environment and compensation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in region II Pesanggrahan. The research used survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The research population is all teachers in region II Pesanggrahan amounted to 141 teachers which are 59 teachers as samples using cluster random sampling method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate the competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the work environment also compensation has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously competence, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The research objective is to design learning model with orientation capability increase student soft skills. The data collection method used observation, tests and self-assessment. While data analysis using bar charts, check sheets and line charts. Based on the results of data analysis there are several important findings include that the implementation of practice learning through project-based learning approach based industrial culture Gemba Kaizen model of the first cycle and cycle II and III provide a positive response to the formation of students soft skills evidenced by the increase in soft skills mastery significantly with the result that more dominant on communication skills and report writing skills then successively on professional and problem solving skills, personal quality and teamwork skills.

Abstract

The Gojek phenomenon is becoming popular in Bekasi, due to the development of technology and information in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, so that the public inevitably user transportation facilities that are increasingly developing, so that competition is very tight the company is trying to improve service and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to be able to analyze the extent of CRM Segmentation with e-busniess (online) in Gojek Management, as well as Tariffs for Gojek User . This implementation is carried out by taking objects in the area of ​​Bekasi City, West Java Province. Research methods by collecting primary data with a Likert scale questionnaire level 5 scale and interviews with observations to the field. The results of this study are based on population and sample of 75 people, in 2019 showing 40% customer to usage of the go-jek to upgrade service to customer sothat business can run well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of personality, self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance. Data collected from distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents who are part of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kebayoran Lama Branch Office. The research methodology used is quantitative processing of questionnaire data and observations with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously personality, self-efficacy and locus of control have a significant influence on employee performance. Personality and self-efficacy partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Locus of control partially has no effect on employee performance. The percentage of the influence of personality, self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance is 18.9%, the remaining 81.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. JNE Express. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. JNE Expressdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Besarnya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. JNE Express adalah sebesar 89,2%, sisanya 10,8% dipegaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas jasa, harga, dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pupulasi pada penelitian ini seluruh pelanggan PT. JNE Tomang9, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji hipotesis (Uji F dan Uji t) dan Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini kualitas jasa dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out if there is an effect of of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Board Of Commissioners of Company Value of the sector Consumer Goods that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for period 2015-2019. Population in this research is all sector Consumer Goods companies that listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2015-2019. The sample in this research is 40 companies with porposive sampling as the sampling technique. Methods if data analysis in this research using linier regression analysis. The results of this research show that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Board Of Commissioners partial has no effect on Company Value. The results also showed simultaneously that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Board Of Commissioners effect on Company Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Brand Ambassadors and Green Marketing on Consumer Purchase Interest at Innisfree Central Park Mall. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the results of the study are based on respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The population in this study is Innisfree Central Park Mall consumers, the sample in this study amounted to 100. Data analysis methods used in this study are Multiple Linear Regression Test, f Test, t Test and Determinant Coefficient. The results showed that simultaneously (f test) showed that there was a significant influence between the Store Atmosphere (X1), Brand Ambassador (X2) and Green Marketing (X3) variables on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). partially (Test t) Store Atmosphere does not significantly influence Consumer Purchase Interest and Brand Ambassador has no significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, while Green Marketing has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank-Bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 61 Bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets (ROA). Sedangkan secara simultan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

The research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of competence, commitment and compensation on employee performance. This study used a survey method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. The populations of this study were 89 employees, with a census method where all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis, hypothesis testing through f test and t test. The results of the analysis found that there is a significant relationship and influence both partially and simultaneously between competence, commitment and compensation with employee performance
