Abstract

Research on the legal strength of land tenure statements (SPPT) as a basis for land rights in East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, aims to find out the position of the SPPT as proof of land rights in the land law system and the legal strength of a land tenure statement as proof of ownership rights. Above ground. This research was carried out because many landowners in East Kutai still rely on the legality of their land using SPPT as proof of land ownership. They assume that having the SPPT is strong enough as proof of ownership of land rights. This can be seen in the number of land cases that enter the judicial process where the SPPT is still recognized. Meanwhile, based on the negative land law system with a positive tendency adopted by Indonesia, the strongest evidence for land ownership rights is only a certificate issued by the National Land Agency, and even then it still has the potential to be sued as long as the truth can be proven. In this research, normative and descriptive juridical research methods are used to answer legal issues by describing, analyzing, assessing, and explaining appropriately and analyzing applicable laws and regulations as well as various opinions of legal experts, with the aim of answering the problems raised.

I designed this game board to be an interactive medium as a fun lesson for children. The author designed an educational game board with interesting game components to increase interest and help children learn about the history and kings of the Majapahit kingdom. This game board was designed using a method based on the book 5 Phases of Design Graphic Process 4th. Edition by Robin Landa as follows: (1) Orientation. (2) Analysis and Strategy. (3) Conceptual Design. (4) Design Development. Lastly (5) Implementation. The result obtained in the assessment through a questionnaire that was tested at SD.N.067256 which is located on Jl.Paku.Tanah Six Hundred, kec.Medan Marelan and also for children un the author’s home environment, it can be concluded that more 85% of student and children respondents are interested in playing this educational board game as a medium for learning about the history of the Majapahit kingdom.

Abstract

In the realm of transitioning economies and the advent of Industry 4.0, digital transformation has emerged as a paramount subject. Nonetheless, there remains a scarcity of studies offering a comprehensive elucidation of the interplay between Digital Transformation (DT) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) in the context of Organizational Change (OC). Digital transformation entails the integration of digital technology across all facets of business operations, fundamentally altering how enterprises function and deliver value to clientele. This paper explores these dynamics by addressing three fundamental inquiries: Firstly, how do digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation correlate with the Organizational Change (OC) process? Secondly, why are digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation deemed pivotal? Lastly, how do digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation impact Organizational Change, and do they influence innovation behaviour and competitive advantage? This paper aims to enrich the discourse and foster an understanding of the critical roles played by digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation in attaining competitive advantage through the Organizational Change (OC) process and fostering innovation behaviour at PT Pegadaian. To bridge the existing gap in the literature, this study posits digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation as antecedents of the Organizational Change (OC) process, thereby fostering innovation behaviour and competitive advantage. The research adopts a case study approach rooted in qualitative analysis.

Abstract

Galactose-1-phosphate uridyltransferase (GALT) is an important enzyme involved in galactose metabolism. Understanding the factors influencing GALT activity is critical to elucidate its physiological role and potential therapeutic implications in galactosemia. In developing new drugs, chicken intestine/liver powder can be used as an enzyme source, GALT, to treat galactosemia. Therefore, it is necessary to research the characterization of the GALT enzyme in chicken intestine and liver powder. In this study, we investigated the influence of temperature, pH, and substrate level on GALT enzyme activity using an experimental approach in vitro. The optimum pH extraction results show that the optimum pH for the extraction of the chicken intestine and liver GALT is pH 7, with activity values of 0.47 units/mL and 0.3953 units/mL, respectively. The optimum temperature for the extraction of chicken intestine and liver GALT is 37℃ with substrate hydrolysis capabilities of 0.48 U/mL and 0.57 U/mL, respectively. Meanwhile, the optimum substrate content is 400x. These insights provide a valuable foundation for further research aimed at comprehensively understanding GALT function, developing targeted interventions for disorders of galactose metabolism, and possible application in the development of new drugs for galactosemia

Data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Form. Analysis is performed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with t and f statistical tests to test hypotheses. The results indicate that compensation, work environment, and career development partially have a significant negative effect on employees' intention to leave their jobs. Additionally, simultaneously, these three factors also have a significant impact on turnover intention. This study provides a deeper understanding of the factors affecting turnover intention among employees in the Final Assembly Department PT XYZ, and it offers important implications for human resource management in efforts to retain competent and quality employees.
