Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning, it can be seen from the results of the midterm fifth grade students at SDN 1 Telagawaru 2016 ditegolong quite low. The purpose of this research is is to improve learning outcomes IPS students of class V SDN 1 Telagawaru through the implementation of a model of charades with audio-visual media in the academic year 2016/2017. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation and reflection. The method used to collect data in this research is to carry out observation and tests. In the first cycle activity score of students amounted to 34 are categorized quite active, which means that this category has not met the indicators and activities of teachers 9 categories both meaning has met the indicator, then the second cycle category for the activity of students classified as being active by obtaining a score of 42 and the activities of teachers is quite good with a score of 11, while for the evaluation of learning outcomes IPS seen from the classical completeness in which the first cycle value classical completeness of 72.09% with the number of students who completed the 31 of the 43 students who took the tests, the evaluation of the second cycle of classical completeness 83.72% by the number of students who completed is 36 students of 43, is in compliance with the indicators to be achieved. Thus, it can be concluded that the model of charades with audio-visual media to improve learning outcomes IPS students of class V SDN 1 Telagawau in the academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply various lecture methods to improve student achievement in class IV in the Science Subjects of SDN 43 Ampenan for the 2016/2017 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). In this classroom action research, improvements are made gradually and continuously during the research activities. This research was carried out at SDN 43 Ampenan which is located in Sekarbela District, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year. On September 7-17, 2016. The subjects of this class action research were fourth grade students at SDN 43 Ampenan, totaling 38 students consisting of 19 male students and 19 female students. The observer in this study was the homeroom teacher of class IV. Classroom Action Research. Therefore, the procedure of this research is planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The instruments used in this research are as follows: (1) Test; and (2) observation sheet. Data collection techniques in this study are: (1) test; (2) observation; and (3) documentation. Data were analyzed through various methods to see student learning outcomes before and after treatment, student activity data, and teacher activities. the application of the Varied Lecture Method can improve the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 43 Ampenan for the 2016/2017 academic year, as seen by the increase in the class average for the first cycle, which is 69.21 with classical completeness of 78.94%. It increased in the second cycle, the class average was 74.21, an increase of 5 points from the first cycle and the increase in classical completeness was 86.84%, an increase of 7.9 points from the first cycle. For other researchers who want to research by applying the Varied Lecture Method, it is hoped that they can apply it in different classes and in different subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of active learning strategy type plantet questions on the results of IPS students learning grade IV SDN 1 Peresak Lesson Year 2017/2018. The method of research, is a quasi-type experimental experimental design nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study, is all students of grade IV SDN 1 Peresak. The researcher used saturated sampling technique which means, the whole population was used as the research sample which amounted to 49 students, where the class IV A as the experimental class and class IV B as the control class. Data collection using IPS learning result test. The data obtained is processed by one way analysis technique of anava. Before the first anova test done the prerequisite test that is normality and homogeneity. The results showed the mean values of pretest and posttest of the experimental class and control classes respectively, were 49.61 and 44.34 and 77.87 and 57.82 respectively. The data of this research are normal and homogeneous distribution with 5% significance level, where the result of hypothesis test with one path analysis technique shows that Fcount> Ftable is 37,83> 4,04. In accordance with the criteria of hypothesis testing, that is if Fcount> Ftable then, Ho is rejected Ha accepted so, there is Influence of active learning strategy type plantet questions on the results of learning IPS fourth grade students SDN 1 Peresak Lesson 2017/2018.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with teachers of class V of SDN 1 Marong obtained information that in IPA lessons the average score of student exams in the first semester of the 2015/2016 School Year, was 70. The average value is still below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) that has been determined, which is 75. One of the problems faced by students is the lack of IPA learning with interesting and challenging. From these problems, researchers conduct research with the application of discovery learning. This research is carried out in 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The indicator of research success, is if classically 85% of all students get a grade of  75. From the results of the analysis of the evaluation value of cycles I and II obtained by the data, the average value in cycle I was obtained 72.8 with a classical completeness of 73%. After reflection on the improvement plan in cycle II in the form of; heterogeneous group division and guidance evenly in each discussion group and in each student, the average score obtained by 80 with the classical completion of students in cycle II by 88%, an increase of 15% from cycle I. From the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying discovery learning that is carried out optimally can improve the learning outcomes of students in class V of SDN 1 Marong School Year 2016/2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal intelligence and communication for children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Permata Hati Islamic Preschool in the 2016/2017 academic year. The methodology in this research is quantitative associative. There are 2 variables in this study, namely interpersonal intelligence as the independent variable and communication as the dependent variable. The population in this study amounted to 36 children, as well as the number of samples, namely 36 children, because it used a saturated sample, where the number of samples was the same as the total population. The data collection method used is observation. The data analysis technique used is Pearson's product moment formula (simple or single correlation) to calculate the regression between interpersonal intelligence and communication variables. This study has a simple or single correlation test result of 0.918. So, rcount > rtable (0.918 > 0.329). The rtable value was obtained from N = 36 with a significance level of 5%. This shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal intelligence and communication for children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Permata Hati Islamic Preschool in the 2016/2017 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of peer methods on mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 16 Mataram in the academic year 2019/2020. The results of this research are expected to be useful theoretically and practically. This type of research is an experimental study with a quasi experimental design type nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is all students of class IV SDN 16 Mataram in the academic year 2019/2020 consisting of two classes namely class IV / A and IV / B. Sampling technique This research is a saturated sample ... The data collection methods are observation, test, and documentation. Data analysis was performed with a normality test, a homogeneity test, and a hypothesis test using the formula t-test variance. Based on the posttest results, the average value of mathematics learning outcomes in the experimental class is 76 while the average control class is 51 so the experimental class has a higher average value than the control class. Hypothesis testing at a significant level of 5% yields t-count = 8.821 while t-table = 1.686, in other words, t-count> t-table. Based on the testing criteria, if tcount> ttable, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of peer tutoring methods on mathematics learning outcomes of students in grade IV SDN 16 Mataram in the 2019/2020 school year.
