Abstract

Promoting democracy through safeguarding national cohesion and sovereignty is an example of how the secularist principle can be put into practise. The Constitution also includes provisions for the establishment of secular societies. No person shall be subjected to Section 15's discrimination on the basis of his or her religion, race, caste, gender, or country of origin. The right to religious freedom is guaranteed by Article 25. In India, everyone has the freedom to follow whatever faith they choose and to help spread that faith to others. However, religious intolerance has no place in a democratic society. No publicly funded school is required to offer religious instruction in accordance with Section 28. Article 30 guarantees the right of all minorities to found schools that meet their specific needs on the basis of their religion and language.

Abstract

The availability of electric power is an obligation at this time, because the economic and social activities of the people of a region continue to increase. Simalungun Regency is an area in the middle of the island of Sumatra. Simalungun Regency's electricity is currently quite good. On the other hand, the island of Simalungun Regency has a lot of potential from various sectors, especially tourism, especially the Lake Toba area. Both of these require business developers and the government to maintain the continuity of the supply of electrical energy. Problems regarding electricity will arise if there is an imbalance between the electrical energy produced and what is requested by the customer. In order for this problem to be overcome, a strategy is needed, namely forecasting the demand for electrical energy within a certain period of time so that the distribution of electrical energy becomes efficient. Based on data from PT PLN (Persero) for the North Sumatra Region, Parapat City Area, Simalungun Regency, total electricity consumption in 2017 has reached 22,311,374 kWh. By using the econometric method that takes into account the influence of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), capable capacity, electrification ratio, it can be known the amount of electricity consumption in the coming year. Based on the results of the calculation of the electricity load forecasting in 2022, the total consumption of electrical energy has reached 46,149,759.6069 KWh which is an increase of around 106.84% from 2017 which comes from four types of customers, namely households, commercial, public and industrial. Abstract

Ethnic or national groups that have dispersed to other nations are called diasporas. Since ancient times, they have influenced world politics, and they still do so today. Diasporas are non-state actors that engage in interactions with states, particularly their host state—the nation they currently call home—and their homeland. They play a special role in international relations because they live between two countries, share two cultures, care deeply about two countries, and uphold social ties between two societies. Diasporas can influence both domestic and global politics as organised groups with a strong sense of identity. Regarding domestic politics, they have the ability to have an impact on both the politics of their home countries and the politics of the countries they are visiting. They have the power to affect both international organisation and national foreign policy decisions in the area of international relations.

Abstract

The clavicle or collarbone is a long bone that serves as a support between the scapula and the sternum (breastbone). There are two Clavicula, namely the right and left. The clavicle is the only long bone in the body that is positioned horizontally. Together with the shoulder blades, it makes up the shoulder girdle. These are bones that are commonly touched, and in people who have less fat in this area, their location is very obvious, as they give rise to bumps in the skin. He received it from the Latin “Clavicula” which means little key, because the bone rotates along its axis like a key. The clavicle is the most commonly fractured bone. The bone can easily be broken by an impact to the shoulder from the force of a fall with an outstretched arm or a direct blow.

Abstract

Improving soil conditions is one solution to the problem of increasing soil carrying capacity and minimizing settlement. With the development of technology in the geotechnical field, soil strengthening can be done by installing synthetic materials such as the use of geogrids. Geogrids rely on high tensile strength and low creep elongation, for the case of landslides geogrids are placed on a layer of soil, backfilled, and compacted layer by layer so as to maintain stabilizing soil by distributing it to be strong. Tensile purpose of this study To describe the use of geogrids in their role as one of retaining wall reinforcement. In planning, the retaining wall must be able to withstand the loads acting on it, both externally and internally. , shear and slip bearing capacity, and settlement. Internally stability indicates the stability of the type of reinforcement itself, in this case such as tensile capacity, friction capacity, bending capacity.

Abstract

Fractures are broken bones, usually caused by trauma or physical exertion, the force and angle of the force, the condition of the bone itself, and the soft tissue around the bone will determine whether the fracture is complete or incomplete. A complete fracture occurs when the entire bone is broken, whereas an incomplete fracture does not involve the entire thickness of the bone. There are several terms used to describe the type of fracture, namely: Transverse Fractures, Longitudinal Fractures, Segmental Fractures, Compression Fractures and Avulsion Fractures. The examination aims to determine the results of radiographic images, if a fracture or collision occurs and is caused by an KLL factor (traffic accident). The aim of the study was to find out how the technique for radiographic examination of the Ossa Pelvis with the suspicion of Oss Pubis Fracture at the Radiology Installation of Efarina Berastagi Hospital in 2020. This type of research is descriptive research with data collection techniques by observation, documentation study and literature (library) study. The results of the examination of the Ossa Pelvis with the suspicion of Oss Pubic Fracture at the Radiology Installation of Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital are generally using the AP (Anterior Posterior) projection. The ideal X-Ray device for Ossa Pelvis radiography is a portable X-Ray unit or mobile X-Ray unit with relatively low capabilities. The x-ray film used is a high speed type combined with a fast screen intensifying (IS) where this type of film and intensifying screen (IS) can produce images with good detail and sharpness. Thus the radiation dose can also be reduced for the patient and the operator himself. The x-ray film washing process used should use Automatic Processing. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for radiographic results, especially in cases of Os Pubis Fractures.
