Abstract

This study aims to see how Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction: Stress as a Mediation on Members of the Rokan Hilir Police. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of the two variables. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is members of the Rokan Hilir Police Station, totaling 93 people. Data analysis in this study using SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Rokan Hilir Police. The findings of this study are that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of the members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Rokan Hilir Police. Because the higher the job stress, it tends to reduce job satisfaction. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to continue this research by developing the population so that the results can be generalized.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between perceived social support and work motivation. In particular, this study uses the mechanism of happiness at work as a psychological mechanism that underlies the relationship between the two variables. By involving respondents who work as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Non-State Civil Apparatus in several local government institutions in one of the provinces in Indonesia and using SEM-PLS analysis, this study found that perceived social support had an effect on employee motivation. Furthermore, this study found that happiness at work mediates the relationship between perceived social support and employee motivation

Abstract

This study aims to see how the high work stress experienced by the personnel of the Satreskrim and Satnarkoba Polresta Pekanbaru affects their affective commitment if the perceived organizational justice is adequate. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is the personnel of the Narcotics Unit and the Criminal and Investigation Unit of the Pekanbaru City Police, totaling 95 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there was a significant effect of work stress on affective commitment through organizational justice. Therefore, organizational justice is stated to be able to mediate the effect of job stress on affective commitment. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used

Abstract

This study aims to see how the effects of organizational justice and leader behavior on job satisfaction with demographic characteristics as control variables. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of these two variables and how organizational justice affects the performance of the Riau Province Tourism Office. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is employees at the Tourism Office of Riau Province, totaling 109 people. Data analysis in this study using SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that women's job satisfaction was better than the job satisfaction of men in the Riau Province Tourism Office employees. In addition, the understanding of organizational justice has been proven to affect the job satisfaction of the employees of the Riau Province Tourism Office. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to conduct more in-depth research on organizational justice per indicator. In order to be able to explain more deeply on this variable so that the causes of job satisfaction will be clearer.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of Authentic Leadership on the Psychological Capital of ASN Employees with Life-work Balance as an Intervening. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is ASN employees of the Rokan Hulu District Health Office, totaling 65 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there was a significant effect of Authentic Leadership on Psychological Capital, there was also a significant effect of authentic leadership on work-life balance, the variable of work-life balance on psychological capital, and work-life balance was stated to be able to mediate the influence of Authentic leadership on Psychological Capital in ASN employee of the Rokan Hulu Health Service. Based on the results of research, social support and organizational citizenship behavior have an influence on psychological capital, so that all elements of the Rokan Hulu District Health Office should improve work life balance indicators and authentic leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ethical leadership on innovative work behavior of employees with thriving at work as a mediating variable. The population is the State Civil Apparatus of Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample of 130 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Sheets. Technical analysis of the data in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0 for data processing. The findings of this study are that ethical leadership has an impact on the innovative work behaviour of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency government. Ethical leadership affects the thriving at work of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Thriving at work has an effect on the innovative work behavior of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Ethical leadership affects the innovative work behavior of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government through thriving at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out that organizational justice affects OCB with LMX as a mediation. This study will also examine the relationship between these variables in the object of research, namely the Rokan Hilir (Rohil) Resort Police (Polres). This research will be conducted on members of the Rohil Police Station. The design of this research is to assemble the relationship between three variables, namely organizational justice, LMX and OCB. The result of this research is that organizational justice is influential or dominant on organizational citizenship behavior for members of the Rokan Hilir Police Station where the better the organizational justice, the OCB will increase. On the perception of members of the Rokan Hilir Police Station to increase the leader-member exchange (LMX) variable, which is defined as a workplace socialization network, we must improve organizational justice. And also the leader-member exchange is stated to be able to mediate the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
