Abstract

This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of altruistic leadership on employee OCB. Furthermore, this study aims to investigate the psychological mechanisms that influence the relationship. Explanatory studies are used in this study. Using quantitative methods to test hypotheses empirically. This study seeks to obtain data by sending a questionnaire to one of the Regional Apparatus Units (SKPD) in the Pekanbaru city, namely the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit by utilizing self-administered questionnaire. From the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to 203 members of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, it can be obtained an overview of gender, age, last education, length of service, and achievements. These results are expected to provide innovation and information for leaders to improve relations with subordinates with the aim of advancing the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit as an enforcer of Regional Regulations and Regional Head Regulations.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the importance of measuring the conflicts that occur in a company that caused knowledge hiding behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the relationship between interpersonal conflict and knowledge hiding behavior by mediating perceived competition. By using samples from pharmaceutical companies, there are often visible or invisible interpersonal conflicts that caused subordinates to engage in knowledge hiding behavior. Furthermore, perceived competition also mediates the psychological process underlying the link between interpersonal conflict and knowledge hiding behavior. With the results of the existing research, it is hoped that it will become a picture for supervisors to prevent counterproductive knowledge behavior, such as knowledge hiding through reducing the intensity of the interpersonal conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether social support has an effect on affective commitment and whether relational attachmen is able to mediate the relationship between social support and affective commitment to employees. Sources of data in this paper are primary data. With 99 employees as the writing sample. Analysis of the data used in this paper is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS program. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on relational engagement, relational attachment had a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, and relational attachment was able to mediate social relationships support affective commitmen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procedural justice on performance with organizational trust as a mediating variable. The population is the State Civil Apparatus of Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample of 140 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google form. Technical analysis of the data in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0 for data processing. The result of this study is that procedural justice has an effect on the affective commitment of ASN to the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Procedural justice affects the trust of ASN organizations in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Organizational trust affects the affective commitment of ASN to the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Procedural justice affects the affective commitment of ASN to the Indragiri Hilir District Government through organizational trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether loneliness at work and OCB affect the Mediation Role of Affective Commitment. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Green Planet Indonesia branch Pekanbaru, Riau. While the time of the study was carried out from April to June 2021. The source of this research data is the respondent PT. Green Planet Indonesia. With 50 respondents as the research sample. The data analysis used in this paper is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results of this paper indicate that Workplace Loneliness has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees at a private company PT. Green Planet Indonesia. Workplace Loneliness has a negative and significant effect on Affective Commitment to employees at a private company PT. Green Planet Indonesia. Affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees at a private company PT. Green Planet Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the leader's humorous behavior and organizational citizenship behavior and the mediating role of the leader-member exchange. The location of this research was carried out in one of the government agencies in the city of Pekanbaru - Riau. While the time of the study was carried out from April to May 2021. The source of this research data is employee respondents at one of the government agencies in the city of Pekanbaru - Riau. With 39 respondents as the research sample. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, convergent and discriminant validity tests and reliability tests, with PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results of this study show that Leader Humor Behavior has a positive effect which can encourage employees to be involved in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in one of the government agencies in the city of Pekanbaru - Riau and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) is able to mediate the relationship between Leader Humor Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees in one of the government agencies in the city of Pekanbaru – Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Financial Compensation and Work Environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. To find out and analyze the effect on job satisfaction. The effect of financial compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction and the effect of satisfaction on employee performance. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. With 105 employees as the research sample. The data analysis used in this study is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that financial compensation and work environment had an effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Financial compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Public Sector of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government with the aim of identifying the impact between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. It also aims to explain the mechanism underlying the relationship between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. In this case, the total population is 53 people, so that the population form is included in the non-probability sampling category by using a self-administered questionnaire. The distribution of the questionnaires will be carried out using a convenience sampling method and hypothesis testing in this study using SEM-PLS through WarPLS 5.0 software. PLS is a structural equation analysis (SEM) the results in this study prove that organizational justice has a positive effect on affective commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior and affective commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on innovation behavior. The limitation of this research is that the small population taken is less able to generalize the research results, especially those that describe the moderating role of organizational justice between Affective Commitment and Innovation Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the big five personality on employee performance with job satisfaction belief as a mediating variable. Population and sample are State Civil Apparatus of Department of Manpower and Transmigration Indragiri Hilir Regency totaling 32 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS 3.2.9 for data processing. The results of this study are the big five personality affects employee performance positively and significantly. Job satisfaction affects performance positively and significantly. Job satisfaction is proven to be a mediation in the relationship of the big five personality to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on person-environment fit and employee affective commitment. The population of this research is ASN employees who are registered in the government service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Sampling using total sampling with a total sample of 142. The analytical technique used in this study is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on Person-environment fit through the mediation of Affective Commitment. This shows that Affective Commitment mediates social support for Person-environment fit on the object of research.
