Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to help improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Tanah Sepenggal in preparing lesson plans that are in accordance with the competency standards of each lesson so that they can become a reference in the learning process. This research was conducted in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation and reflection, and was carried out in at least two cycles. In the preparation stage, scenarios of activities, time schedules, places, and other supporting facilities are made, such as observation sheets and questionnaires. This study was aimed at all 5 subject teachers, namely Social Sciences, ICT, Science, Civics, and Physical Education subject teachers. This research was conducted in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation and reflection, and was carried out in at least two cycles. In the preparation stage, scenarios of activities, time schedules, places, and other supporting facilities are made, such as observation sheets and questionnaires The results showed that in the component of the formulation of the learning objectives indicators, there was an increase from 40% in the initial ability, to 60% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity. The component of strategy selection and learning methods, which includes learning steps and determining the time allocation used, shows a significant increase from 40% to 60% in cycle 1 and again to 75% after cycle 2. Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by teachers who rarely use learning models in every learning process because of the teacher's lack of understanding of learning models that can make it easier for teachers to implement the learning process in the classroom. This research is classified as a school action research, with four main steps, namely: planning the action, implementing the action, observing (observation), and reflecting, involving nine teachers as a sample at SMP Negeri 01 Muara Bungo. The results of the study can be concluded that using learning models in the teaching and learning process can increase teacher motivation and student learning. This is evident in the first cycle of all teachers (nine people) including the assessment of learning outcomes in the lesson plans of implementing their learning models even though the sub-components (techniques, instrument forms, questions), scoring guidelines, and answer keys are incomplete. If percentage, 56%. each teacher gets a score of 1 and 3 (not good and good), three people get a score of 2 (good enough), and one person gets a score of 4 (very good). In the second cycle the nine teachers included the assessment of learning outcomes in the RPP for the application of the learning models even though there were teachers who were still wrong in determining the technique and form of the assessment. Seven people got a score of 3 (good) and one person got a score of 4 (very good). If in percentage, 78%, there is an increase of 22% from cycle I. Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by students who feel burdened with physical education lessons because physical abilities are needed in learning it. To present a concrete experience in a real form, especially in PJOK lessons, concepts or practices (physical management), a teacher should use media / teaching aids so that the learning experience that students have is truly real and well stored in the students' understanding.This research is classified as classroom action research, with four main steps, namely: action planning, action, observation, and reflection, involving students as samples at SMP Negeri 01 Muara Bungo.The results of the study concluded that by using used cardboard props (KB), the ability of students quantitatively in the form of long jump abilities and qualitatively in the form of interest, attention, participation and presentation of students increased. The average score of the long jump ability of students from cycle I to cycle 2 increased. In addition to the average score of students' learning completeness from cycle I to cycle II, there was also an increase. This is due to the use of used cardboard props (KB) with improved classroom management which is better carried out in groups. Keywords: media, used cardboard, long jump

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Discus throwing skills of students from how to hold a discus, the initial technique of throwing discs, discus throwing techniques, and body posture after throwing discs are still not good. This study aims to describe the learning process of rotating disc throwing with tire media in class IX C students at SMP Negeri 1 Jujuhan. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were students of class IX C at SMP Negeri 1 Jujuhan, totaling 30 students. The instrument used is a discus throwing performance test. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and quantitative in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in discus throwing results through the media of used motorcycle tires is marked by an increase in the average score of students. The average value of students in the initial conditions is 67 with a percentage of completeness of 23.33%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students in the first cycle, which was 68.61 and the percentage of completeness was 60%. However, this increase has not yet reached the previously set target. Then after continuing to cycle II, the average value of students' discus throwing abilities again increased by 79.72 with a percentage of completeness of 93.33%. This shows that the predetermined target has been achieved so that the research is stopped in cycle II. The discus throwing learning process through used motorcycle tires was dynamic and fun, and the students' character of responsibility, confidence, competitiveness, and enthusiasm also increased in every meeting. Students actively carry out tasks and observe the movement of discus throwing techniques and discuss each other with friends, students' discus throwing abilities increase marked by students completing the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) which is 75. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the problems related to the learning outcomes of headings that are not optimal yet. the practice score was low (the minimum score). It was caused by performing of the heading technique that showed both shoulders of students are flat, the body position was not in the direction of the ball as required to perform the correct heading technique. This study aimed to determine the level of heading technique ability for fifth grade students of SD 276/VI Merangin.This research was quantitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research was to describe how to analyze the Heading technique error. The sample in this research was the fifth grade students of SD 276/VI Merangin. The total sample was 16 students. The instrument of this research used a test of playing the ball by using head. The data analysis technique used descriptive and quantitative in the form of percentages.Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the skill of playing the ball by using head of the fifth grade students of SD 276/VI Air Batu II, Tabir Ilir District, Merangin Regency was sufficient. The percentage of the results was 6.25% of students in very good category; 25.00% of students in good category; 25.00% of students in the moderate category; 43.75% of students in the poor category; and 0% of student in the very poor category. Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to identify factors that have a positive causal effect on the performance of straight kicks which have bad, good, and very good categories. In this case, it is necessary to prove the straight kick movement factor, namely the explosive power factor of the leg muscles. This type of research is quantitative research using correlation research design with causal associative method. The population in this study amounted to 32 people. So that the sample in this study is a population of 32 pencak silat athletes. Data were collected using measurements of the three variables. The explosive power of the leg muscles was tested with a vertical jump. While the ability to kick straight is measured by a test kicking straight to the Sandsack. Data were analyzed by simple regression of one predictor. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: The explosive power of the leg muscles had a significant positive effect on the accuracy of straight kicks (p < 0.05) or H0 was rejected. Conclusions: It has been observed that there is a positive causal effect of leg muscle explosive power on the performance of pencak silat athletes' straight kicks. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of Vo2max and Agility as components of the main physical condition that affect the results of single skill skills. Fifty two pencak silat athletes (aged 20-23) from Padang City participated voluntarily in this study. Data regarding the measurement of VO2max of pencak silat athletes in the city of Padang, used the Multistage Fimess Test (MFT). The results of the measurement of the maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) are recorded based on the shuttle level (rate) achieved by the athlete using the MFT Calculation Form, and the Agility of each pencak silat athlete in 2021 is used the SEMO Agility Test instrument. , as well as the Standard Single Kick skills used in this study is Form D-3. Furthermore, to examine the effect of this study, we took advantage of the IBM SPSS software. The results show that, there are differences in the correlation between men and women with the physical condition component of Vo2max and Agility with the skills to demonstrate a single move. The power of direct influence identified that higher VO max levels, in men than in women (r = 0.532 **, p <0.05) and agility (r = 0.483 **, p <0.05), had a significant positive effect on single skill skill. Therefore, the components of the physical condition of VO2max and agility are the main factors in the success of demonstrating single moves in the sport of pencak silat. The power of direct influence identified that higher VO max levels, in men than women (r = 0.532 **, p <0.05) and agility (r = 0.483 **, p <0.05), had a significant positive effect on single skill skill. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to see the effect of fun games training on the learning outcomes of the sepak takraw smash technique for the students of SMA Negeri 1 Sutera, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is experimental (quasi-experimental) which aims to see the effect of treatment on variables. The treatment in this research is fun games exercise. The population in this study amounted to 11 people. The sampling technique used proportional sampling. Thus the number of samples in this study were 11 students of SMA Negeri 1 Sutera, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The data analysis technique used is t test analysis (mean difference test) with a significant level of = 0.05. The results showed that the average score of the pre-test was 13 and the average score after the post-test was 17. Based on the t-test, the value of tcount = 5.177> ttable = 2.23, with a confidence level of = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the fun games training method on the learning outcomes of the sepak takraw smash technique for the students of SMA Negeri 1 Sutera, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This means that one of the training methods, namely fun games, can be used to influence the learning outcomes of the sepak takraw smash technique. Keywords: Fun Games, Smash, Sepak Takraw
