This reason results in the number of foreign tourists on the island of Bali always increasing from year to year, this can be seen in the data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The number of tourist arrivals to the island of Bali is among the highest in Indonesia, although this figure had decreased due to the covid-19 pandemic, so a method for forecasting the number of domestic tourists to Bali is needed with good accuracy in order to see if there is an increase in the number of tourist arrivals to Bali for some time. next month or year. Forecasters in this study used the SES (Single Exponential Smoothing) and DES (Double Exponential Smoothing) methods. The best forecasting method was chosen based on the comparison of the smallest MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value. <![CDATA[Unemployment has a lot of impact on economic, social, political and cultural life. Unemployment also curbs national development and the level of social welfare. Central Java as a province with the third largest population in Indonesia, with more than half of its population being the workforce, is also struggling to get rid of unemployment. The large population makes unemployment a separate problem in Central Java. This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Inflation, and Human Development Index (HDI) on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019. The data used is a time series, obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). While the technical analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that GRDP has no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019, inflation has no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019, and HDI has a negative and significant effect on unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019. Then simultaneously GRDP, inflation, and HDI have significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019.]]>

<![CDATA[The practitioner's Field Work II Practicum got a client, namely a lamp studio or a children's study house, to seek knowledge. Practitioners assist clients in solving problems up to the stage of problem-solving using the Groupwork method, which consists of several stages: Assessment Stage, Planning Stage, Intervention Stage, and Evaluation Stage. The practitioner also accompanies clients in the recruitment process at the Pelita studio, starting from the family, community, and local youth so that they are willing to be involved in learning houses for children. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews with clients, and in the Assessment stage, the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method is used to assist clients in finding the root of the problem. <![CDATA[The covid-19 virus has had a lot of impact on Indonesian society, especially in the economic sector, not only in large industries, the corona virus pandemic has made home industry businesses nervous. The UMKM products that are produced by the people of Kalanganyar Village are food products that are home made / home industry managed by Mrs. Sukaesih. The growth and development of the home industry that produces nuggets is done by the family and neighbors of the Sukaesih mother. The impact of the covid-19 virus greatly affects the home industry of nuggets in its production, marketing, and income from the production of these nuggets. Barokah nugget home industry has decreased by about 30%. The purpose of this report is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on nugget production, marketing, employee decline, and nugget production income. This activity was carried out using the method of socializing the community regarding education on the prevention of the covid-19 virus, as well as observation and interviews with a home industry in Kalanganyar Village. <![CDATA[Discipline is the most important function of human resource management and the realization of the main goal because without discipline it is equally difficult to achieve maximum goals. The source of success of an enterprise in producing a high-performance workforce is qualified and has adequate work effectiveness. What is included in the work discipline in this study is punctuality, compliance with regulations, and the ability to maintain office equipment. Performance is the result of work that a person achieves in accordance with the requirements of the job. The results of the quality and quantity of performance achieved by the employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. The factors that affect performance are ability and motivasi.PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru branch is one of the service companies engaged in delivery services. The operational part is the most important part of the company, where the operational part interacts directly with consumers in serving service delivery, and in the operational part, employees who have high ability and motivation are needed to carry out their work and meet their goals. Based on the analysis of this study, it shows that there is a strong influence between work discipline and the performance of employees in the operational department of PT. <![CDATA[The profit-sharing system that has occurred so far has always been fixed and tends to be very small compared to the income of the fishermen. The owner or employer makes profit-sharing provisions that will be offered attractively to the crew to be willing to work on their ship. Without thinking, ABK usually immediately accepts the offer of a jury to fish according to applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the Purse Seine Business Profit Sharing System in Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency. Sampling is carried out by random technique (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling), which is proportional sampling of random population members. The population in this study is a purse seine business unit in Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency with a total of 9 fishing units. Quantitative data analysis is used to calculate income and revenue sharing obtained by fishermen. The results showed that when related to the needs of decent living (KHL) for Maluku Province at the time of the study, which was an average of Rp 306,288, - it means that the average income of fishermen obtained from purse seine fisheries is still below the specified decent needs. Thus, economically, the level of life of fishermen in Tehoru District can be said to be not at a prosperous level]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find the effect of mining properties and inventory turnover on financial performance. This study uses quantitative methodology using Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Investment (ROI) to represent firm performance. The data source on this study from annual reports and financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study examined 35 samples of mining companies sector for the 2015-2021 period with data processing using SPSS software to analyze multiple linear regression. There is 2 result in this study. The result are tested mining property as independent variable has no effect on Financial Performance, and the other independent variable which is Inventory Turnover has an effet on Financial performance. This research only concludes 35 data, based on 6 mining companies from 2015 to 2021. This research is expected to be able to share an explanation for shareholders and companies to determine the variables that affect financial performance, especially the mining sector companies. Mining property and inventory turnovers that simultaneous tested for significant result on financial performance are so slight in the past. And also, company's samples from 2015 to 2021 are the newest study data for this research]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose to determine the effect of profitability through measuring Return on Equity (ROE) and Free cash flow on stock prices in consumer non-cyclicals sector companies. this research uses a quantitative method using secondary data taken from annual reports and financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using 9 sample companies in the Consumer non-cyclicals sector for the 2017-2021 period using the regression analysis test, the classic assumption test, the t test and the f test. By using SPSS 23 software. The results showed that profitability and free cash flow did not have a positive effect on stock prices, in other words the independent variables tested were rejected. this study only consisted of 45 samples. The author contributes from previous research by providing empirical evidence regarding the effect of profitability and free cash flow on stock prices in non-consumer cycle sectors. <![CDATA[Looking for alternatives to obtain electricity resources in remote areas is considered necessary when community activities can be disrupted, education, economy and living standards can be affected due to lack of electricity. The stability of the feed must be ensured. Electricity consumption is an important need of today's society. The lives of urban communities and their supporting electric power areas are not a problem with the continuity of services of the State Electricity Company (PLN). . In rural communities living in remote areas and on remote islands, electricity supply is a problem in itself. Given that the availability of the national electricity grid is not long-term, the solution to overcome the saturation of regional electrical energy is to convert sunlight into electrical energy using photovoltaic technology (solar cells). The system of providing electrical energy using this system is called Solar Power Plant (PLTS). Solar allows the use of the solar home system method "SHS".
