Abstract

Abstrak Sektor pariwisata saat ini telah menjadi aspek penting dalam kemajuan ekonomis suatu negara. Kabupaten Pandeglang merupakan daerah banyak memiliki potensi wisata, namun dalam proses perkembangannya masih jauh tertinggal dari daerah lain. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengkaji faktor apa yang mempengaruhi sehingga masih banyak warga Pandeglang yang belum sadar wisata dan untuk mengkaji mengapa doktrin kota santri begitu kuat terhadap warga Pandeglang sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis matriks SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Informan terdiri dari: Dinas pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif  Pandeglang, pengelola wisata, pokdarwis, tokoh agama, akademisi, wisatawan, masyarakat Pandeglang, penelitian dilakukan selama satu tahun.Sedangkan  strategi yang tepat dilakukan dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Pandeglang adalah strategi Strategi SO (Growth). Strategi SO (Growth)  merupakan strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa banyak faktor yang menyebabkan pariwisata di Pandeglang perkembanganya masih jauh tertinggal antara lain: masih kurangnya masyarakat akan sadar wisata, masih kurangnya pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) di setiap Desa/ Kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang, kurangnya sosialisasi terkait pemahaman doktrin kota santri, masih kurangnya promosi wisata baik secara online maupun off line dan minimnya anggaran belanja daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam hal ini Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Pandeglang.Kata Kunci: Sadar Wisata, kota santri, pariwisata.Abstract The tourism sector has become an important aspect in the economic progress of a country. Pandeglang Regency is an area with a lot of tourism potential, but in the process of its development it is still far behind other areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine what factors influence so that there are still many Pandeglang residents who are not aware of tourism and to study why the city doctrine of students is so strong against Pandeglang residents that it affects the development of tourism in Pandeglang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a process of observation, interviews, and documentation with a SWOT matrix analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing tourism potential in Pandeglang Regency. The informants consist of: the tourism and creative economy office. Pandeglang, tourism managers, pokdarwis, religious leaders, academics, tourists, the people of Pandeglang, the research was carried out for one year. While the right strategy in developing tourism in Pandeglang Regency is the SO Strategy (Grwth). The SO (Growth) strategy is a strategy that utilizing existing strengths to increase its competitive advantage. The results of this study indicate that many factors cause tourism in Pandeglang to be still far behind, among others: there is still a lack of awareness of tourism, there is still a lack of formation of a tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) in every Desa/ Kelurahan in Pandeglang Regency, lack of socialization related to understanding the doctrine of the city of students, there is still a lack of tourism promotion both online and off line and the lack of regional budget for Pandeglang Regency, in this case the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Pandeglang.Keywords: Tourism awareness, city of students, tourism.

Abstract

One source of clean water used by residents of Sendal Kopo Subvillage, Panenjoan Village, Carenang District, Serang Regency comes from dug wells (groundwater), has a problem with very cloudy, yellow, sour taste and smells due to contamination from residual waste and the rest of the rice field irrigation system. The clean water treatment unit for community-based sanitation (Sanimas) owned by residents is no longer functioning by the central government. One alternative in treating polluted groundwater is to design a water filter installation from PVC pipes using activated carbon media from coconut shells and additional media for filter foam, injuk, zeolite stone, activated carbon, and silica sand to produce good raw water quality. Simple water analysis by making a water filter. The results of the analysis showed that the water content of activated carbon as the main medium was made after adding the activating agent ZnCl2, CaCl, or KCl 25% for 12-18 hours, indicating that the results met the SNI 06-3730-1995 regarding the standard of quality requirements and testing of activated charcoal both for water content <15% and ash content <10%, namely 7.56% and 7.89% ash content. The tool was tested on water samples ranging from color, pH, and Fe content from Panenjoan Village. After being tested using a water filter, the color of the water showed very good results. Initially, it was cloudy yellowish after passing through the filter to become clear white, while the pH test showed the results of 6.9 were still within the threshold because according to the regulation of the minister of health, No 492/Menkes/ Per/IV/2010 the pH is 6.5-8.5 while the level of Fe produced is 0.65 mg/l while according to the regulation it is 0.3 mg/l. Salah satu sumber mata air bersih yang digunakan warga Kp. Sendal Kopo, Desa Panenjoan, Kecamatan Carenang, Kabupaten Serang berasal dari sumur galian (air tanah), memiliki masalah dengan kondisi air sangat keruh, kuning, berasa asam dan berbau akibat berasal dari pencemaran beberapa limbah dan sisa sistem pengairan sawah. Unit pengolahan air bersih sanitasi berbasis masyarakat (Sanimas) yang dimiliki warga sekitar sudah tidak berfungsi dari pemerintah pusat. Salah satu alternatif dalam pengolahan air tanah yang tercemar dengan mendisain instalasi filter air dari pipa PVC menggunakan media carbon aktif dari tempurung kelapa dan media tambahan busa filter, injuk, batu zeloit, carbon aktif dan pasir silika agar menghasilkan kualitas air baku yang baik. Analisis air sederhana dengan membuat filter air. Hasil analisis menujukan kadar air carbon aktif sebagai media utama yang di buat setelah menambahkan agen aktivator ZnCl2, CaCl atau KCl 25% selama 12-18 jam menujukan hasil memenuhi syarat standar SNI 06-3730-1995 tentang standard syarat mutu dan pengujian arang aktif baik untuk kadar air < 15% dan kadar abu <10%. yaitu 7,56 % dan kadar abu 7,89%. Alat tersebut di uji terhadap sample air mulai dari warna, pH, dan kadar Fe dari Desa Panenjoan. Warna air setelah di uji dengan menggunakan filter air menujukan hasil yang sangat baik, semula berwaran keruh kekuningan setelah melewati filter menjadi putih bening, sedangkan pengujian pH menunjukan hasil 6,9 masih dalam ambang batas karena menurut peraturan menteri kesehatan, No. 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 pH sebesar 6,5-8,5 sedangkan kadar Fe yang dihasilkan 0,65 mg/l sedangkan menurut peraturan yaitu 0,3 mg/l.

Abstract

PT. Prima Intereksa Industri perusahan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan alas kaki, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan produksi, terutama jenis sepatu type campus yang di akibatkan oleh cacat mencapai 45% dari target produksi. Salah satu cara yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas dengan menggunakan metode PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action). Sistem pengendalian yang mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan secara radikal dan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan konsep lean improvment. Penelitian di lakukan diline 7 meliputi pengambilan data dari cutting, cementing, buffing, sewing, defect debu dari 231 sepatu menjadi 43 sepatu, Benang panjang dari 150 sepatu menjadi 10 sepatu, lem berlebih dari 102 sepatu menjadi 24 sepatu, Hot melt dari 57 sepatu menjadi 0 unit sepatu, target implementasi lean secara garis besar tercapai 90% untuk keseluruhan pada line 7.

Abstract

The activities of the residents in general cannot be separated from the Pier and Boat, considering the main livelihood of the residents of Pulau Panjang Village, especially Kp. Peres as fishermen. The wharf is a place for residents to go back and forth from and to the island, as well as a place for loading and unloading of goods and up and down people or passengers to and from the ship both during the day and at night, while the ship itself is a means of transportation for residents, a place to carry goods, fruit products from the island and as a vehicle used by fishermen to catch fish. Both the wharf and the ship need lighting to help activities at night, especially the pier, the current condition at night is very dark without any lighting, even though Pulau Panjang Village has solar cells at 2 points, and the PLTD is not optimal. The solar cell condition is no longer functioning. While the PLTD does not supply electricity to the Pier. An alternative to this condition is to build a wind power generator (PLTB), considering that the wind potential is very good in the island area surrounded by the ocean. 1 PLTB device that is designed to produce an output of 20 volts. To illuminate the 2 piers, 8 units of generating equipment were made, while for 100 fishermen from Kp. Peres, training and coaching were made on the process of making PLTB. The activities that have been carried out have had a positive impact on all residents of Kp. Peres, Pulau Panjang Village so that the problems that Kp. The problem of electricity supply problems both at the pier and on the ship can be resolved through the manufacture of PLTB equipment. Abstract

Science learning in elementary schools should more emphasis on process through practicum activities, currently science learning in the class is still limited to delivering theory and rarely invites students to do practicals because of the limitations of practicum tools owned by the school. Based on observations, this is also experienced by science teachers at SDN Pulo Panjang. Based on these problems, community service activities were carried out in the form of workshops and socialization of use science practicum tools, this activity consisted of two steps, e.g. preparation and implementation. At  preparation step, simple practicum tools are produced for science practicum, then these practicum tools are demonstrated at implementation step. At implementation step, the speaker explained and demonstrated several practicums related to electricity & magnetism and pressure materials. There are several things that participants gained after holding this workshop, e.g. 1) Knowledge, after the workshop it was seen that participants got new knowledge about implementation of elementary science practicum, 2) Skill, participants seemed to have tskills to carry out elementary science practicum activities, and 3) Products, after the workshop, science practicum tools will be given to the school, science practicum tools provided are equipped with guides/modules

Abstract

Gula aren dipromosikan sebagai alternatif yang lebih sehat untuk sukrosa karena mengandung mineral, vitamin, antioksidan, dan memiliki indeks glikemik sangat baik. Produk gula aren yang dihasilkan oleh para pelaku usaha masih bersifat klasik berbentuk padat, dengan melewati proses pencetakan memakai batok/ bamboo. Minimnya pengetahuan dan wawasan memberikan efek tidak beraninya pelaku usaha mengambil langkah untuk membuat produk dan kemasan produk berbeda dari yang lain. Hasilnya produk selama ini belum memiliki nilai tambah ekonomi yang maksimal dirasakan oleh para pelaku usaha. Metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terhadap pelaku usaha yang dianggap mampu mewakili 29 para pelaku usaha yang ada terkait permasalahan yang terjadi. Dengan sentuhan kreatifitas inovasi terhadap produk gula aren original/ asli menjadi varian produk yang beragam akan memberikan nilai tambah yang sangat baik dari penampilan produk, kemasan produk, kandungan nutrisi dan terutama nilai tambah ekonomi karena konsumen tertarik dengan pilihan yang beragam dalam membeli produk gula aren. Dari hasil kegiatan ini para pelaku usaha mendapatkan wawasan dan keilmuan yang lebih baik terutama keberanian melakukan kreatifitas dalam hal inovasi varian produk olahan yang berbasis gula aren.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop Basic Physics teaching materials based on STEM, measure the feasibility of Basic Physics teaching materials based on STEM from the aspect of validity and practicality and measure the effectiveness of Basic Physics teaching materials based on STEM in improving Life Skills through student responses. This study used ADDIE model, which consists of 5 (five) steps, e.g Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Produced a teaching material based on Science, Technology, Engineering, And Mathematics (STEM) on Dynamic Electricity concept. The developed teaching materials consist of seven materials, e.g Electric Current, Electrical Measuring Instruments, Ohm's Law, Resistance of a Conductor, Circuit Resistance, Kirchoff's Law, and Dynamic Electrical Applications. Teaching materials are also equipped with practice questions, practical instructions, project worksheets and additional reading lists. The results of the validation show that the teaching materials are feasible and meet the requirements to be used in the learning process of Basic Physics. The results of the implementation of teaching materials indicate that teaching materials have an influence and can improve student life skills. The results of responses to the quality of teaching materials showed that most students gave positive responses to teaching materials and stated that Basic Physics teaching materials based on STEM for Dynamic Electricity concept had been understood and met student learning expectations.Keywords: Teaching Material, STEM, Life Skill

Abstract

Looking for alternatives to obtain electricity resources in remote areas is considered necessary when community activities can be disrupted, education, economy and living standards can be affected due to lack of electricity. The stability of the feed must be ensured. Electricity consumption is an important need of today's society. The lives of urban communities and their supporting electric power areas are not a problem with the continuity of services of the State Electricity Company (PLN). . In rural communities living in remote areas and on remote islands, electricity supply is a problem in itself. Given that the availability of the national electricity grid is not long-term, the solution to overcome the saturation of regional electrical energy is to convert sunlight into electrical energy using photovoltaic technology (solar cells). The system of providing electrical energy using this system is called Solar Power Plant (PLTS). Solar allows the use of the solar home system method "SHS". This analysis is expected to be a reference for the use of SHS or for electricians to find out the suitability between energy needs, prices and quality of solar cells for residential use

Abstract

       The presence of rejected products in the Phylon Injection departement in PT Adis Dimension Footwear is still considered by the negligence of Workers, Methode, Machine, Materials and the Environment that cause company losses because the company must reproduce to replace reject products.        The research was conducted to determine and analyze the level of defective products that occurred during 2017 and 2018, find out the highest types of reject, and know the factors causing these defective products.        This research was conducted with a case study qualitative approach (descriptive approach). Data collection by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Research procedures using the theory of Milles and Huberman. Data validity was done by triangulation. Moreover, Seven Tools is the method in this research.           The results of the analysis using the Pareto Diagram of rejecting in 2017 and 2018 were 171.164  pcs, and the highest reject was produced by burning, namely 58.414 pcs, of other types of reject, namely bubbles as many as 47.936 pcs, dirty as many as 37584 pcs, deformed as many as 14.770 pcs, hole as 8513 pcs and tearing as many as 3.947 pcs. The highest reject histogram was burning, which was 112353 pcs, and the Control Chart had p values out of UCL and LCL, which means that the product defect rate exceeded the control limit.        Based on the analysis results using the Seven Tools method, it can be concluded that the Seven Tools methode can find out the problems that occur in the company.
