This study aims to find out and provide empirical evidence of the effect of good corporate governance which is proxied by the independent board of commissioners and audit committees, profitability and company activities on sustainability report disclosure in LQ45 Non-Financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020 This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 8 companies. The selected companies used a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports for the 2016-2020 period obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the website www.idx.co.id. The results of this study partially show that the independent board of commissioners has an effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. the audit committee influences the disclosure of the sustainability report. profitability affects the disclosure of the sustainability report. And the company's activities affect the disclosure of sustainability reports

This study aims to determine how much influence of company size/asset, profitability, liquidity and board of commissioners effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure of banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The analysis was performed using independent variables that company size, profitability, liquidity and board of commissioners, while the dependent variable used is corporate social responsibility disclosure. This type of research is quantitative by using secondary file. The population in this study is a banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 with a population of 39 banks. The method of selecting sample using purposive sampling and obtained samples as 25 banks. The results of study explain that company size and profitability has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, meanwhile, liquidity and board of commissioners positively and significantly effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure

The purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for preparing financial statements based on SAK EMKM at the Bayu Kite Shop and to find out what factors hindered the preparation of these financial statements. This research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this study found that the Bayu Kite Shop did not have financial statements that were under SAK EMKM. The factors that hinder the preparation of financial statements are the owner does not understand the benefits of financial statements and the recording process is still considered difficult by shop owners.

The world of business is going through a period of fast development. All human needs and desires are always evolving and growing, and as a result, businesses are under increasing pressure to be able to keep up with changes in cultural norms as well as advancements in information and communication technologies. One of these types of activities is shopping done online through mobile applications, specifically the e-commerce portal known as Tokopedia. This study aims to assess the simultaneous and partial empirical effects of advertisements, slogans, brand ambassadors, and electronic word of mouth on Tokopedia's brand awareness. This type of research is known as explanatory research, and its methodology is quantitative. In this study, the author used a survey as the method of investigation. According to the results of this study, there is no correlation between advertising and brand recognition. However, there is a substantial correlation between taglines and brand recognition, a significant correlation between brand ambassadors and brand recognition, and a significant effect between electronic word of mouth and brand recognition.

This study intends to test and explain the effect of visual appeal, layout and function, and financial stability on website trust, as well as to test and explain the relationship between website trust and customer purchase intentions on the orami.co.id website in Bandung. This study's population consisted of all Bekasi-area website visitors from orami co.id who have purchased things online. This study employs a quantitative approach and survey methodology. With the assistance of SPSS 25.0 for Windows, hypothesis testing was used to analyze the data. 1) There was a positive and significant influence of the visual appeal variable on website trust, according to the findings of the study. 2) the function layout variable had a favorable and significant effect on website trust 3) the financial security variable has a positive and significant effect on trust in the website, and 4) the trust variable has a positive and substantial effect on orami.co.id consumer purchase intentions.

Teacher quality is the quality level of a teacher in providing education by taking into account the capabilities of each individual or student which aims to obtain a standard reference in improving the quality of the learning process . The effectiveness of training is very important, especially for developing human resources, including teachers. This study aims to analyze the improvement of teacher quality with the effectiveness of training for private elementary school teachers in Bogor Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that one of the efforts to improve teacher quality is to conduct effective training for teachers, especially in terms of developing their human resources by relying on four effectiveness measures, namely reaction, teaching process, behavior change and results. The expected output from the effectiveness of this training is that teachers can encourage active participation of students, promote learning processes that develop a culture of reading and writing in students and so on.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Dewi Sambi Batik Craft Center. This type of research is quantitative research, data were collected from 80 respondents who were all employees at Dewi Sambi Batik Craft Center, the sampling method was saturated sampling, where all members of the population became the research sample. Data was collected by observation and questionnaire methods. The data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The results showed that compensation partially affected the performance of the Dewi Sambi Batik Krajinan Center employees, work discipline partially affected the employee performance of the Dewi Sambi Batik Krajinan Center. Compensation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of the Dewi Sambi Batik Krajinan Center employees

The development of banking services is no longer only with the slogan of safe and reliable services, but also being able to provide services tailored to the needs of customers who have developed in line with developments in technology and lifestyle. One form of service developed by banks is online banking services. Online banking is a banking transaction service that can be carried out by customers either from home, place of business or in other locations that are not in a real bank location (branch offices) by using communication media such as computers, cell phones and home phones. Sampling by technique sampling that is accidental sampling based on the formula Sampling proportion . For collection data includes observation, distribution of questionnaires and literature study. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in using the Mobile Banking services of BUMN Banks with the Technology Acceptance Model. Approach study Which used in this study is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents with the results of the analysis showing that the variable Perceived Usefulness has a significant effect on Attitude, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis shows that Perceived Ease of Use variable has a significant effect on Attitude, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis shows that Perceived Usefulness variable has a significant effect on Interest in using mobile banking

The price gap between the price obtained by farmers and the price obtained by retail traders indicates that the price received by retail traders is not the price received by farmers. Prices are high when production is low, on the other hand during harvest the prices obtained are usually low, even though the product may not sell well because there are many products on the market. As a result of large price fluctuations, potato is a seasonal crop and its varied production often creates uncertainty for farmers in terms of income or profits for farmers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the price transmission elasticity of potatoes in Karo Regency and to analyze the marketing margin and farmer share. This research uses secondary data for 5 years (72 months) from 2018 to 2022. The research method used to analyze price transmission elasticity is simple linear regression. The results showed that the price transmission elasticity of potatoes in Karo Regency was inelastic. The marketing margin received by potato wholesalers in Karo Regency is RP 5,348/Kg, with a percentage of 24.67%. the marketing margin received by retail potato traders in Karo Regency is RP 11,152/Kg, with a percentage of 32.11%.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING THE MIND MAPPING LEARNING METHOD TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY TO WRITE NARRATIVE ESSAYS IN SUKAHATI PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS Sopian Sopian

The purpose of this research is to investigate whether or not primary school students are better able to compose narrative essays after participating in a mind mapping learning activity. The approach that was taken was one that was considered to be quasi-experimental, and it was implemented with three students from the sixth grade at Sukahati Indramayu Public Elementary School. Observation and careful documentation are the two main components of the data collection process. After undergoing a number of treatments, the subject's score improved, as demonstrated by the findings. After receiving treatment, the subjects saw a rise in their scores, going from an average of 160.75 before treatment to 232.75 after treatment. It is possible to draw the following conclusion as a result: the application of the mind mapping method has a beneficial effect on the capacity of elementary school children to compose narrative essays.
