Abstract

Tax is one of the sources of state revenue. Through levies/tax levies obtained by the state, the proceeds or funds from the applied taxes are then used to build facilities and infrastructure to support the economy and the welfare of the community. UMKM sector is one of the tax objects that is expected to contribute to state revenue. UMKM have a very large contribution to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), reaching 60% or around Rp. 2 trillion. UMKM are also able to employ as many as 97 percent of the workforce of a total of 64 million in Indonesia. Unfortunately, it contribution to state revenue from taxes is still very small compared to these figures. Based on data from the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance (2019), the contribution of the final PPh of UMKM amounted to Rp. As the name implies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses with relatively small capital. The main capital of MSMEs is creativity and human resources. Most of them also have bookkeeping or administration which is still less organized and effective. Even so, MSMEs are the foundation of the Indonesian economy. One of the causes of the less tax contribution of MSMEs is because their ability to do books and undergo tax administration is still lacking. This makes it difficult for them to carry out their obligations as taxpayers. In addition, many micro-scale businesses in Indonesia do not understand financial statements and taxation, so the contribution of MSMEs to taxes is still small. Based on this condition, our Accounting Lecturer at Pamulang University took the initiative to socialize the importance of MSME Tax for state income. Our PKM is carried out directly on MSME business actors and the socialization is carried out at the Sate and Duck Soup Culinary Business Hj. Siti, in Sapatan Tangerang. The purpose of this PKM is to provide business actors with a broader understanding of MSME taxes.

Abstract

Abstract Service is the main means for creating comfort for the community, one of which is in administrative management. Community Service Activities carried out by the PKM STIA Bagasasi Team aim to produce outputs of increasing service capabilities to the community, especially for 37 RT and 6 RW heads in the Kelurahan Mekarmulya, Kecamatan Panyileukan, Kota Bandung. The management of the RT and RW which just ended in May 2022 and was replaced by a new management, made the public service of population administration experienced a few obstacles, so PKM activities were held to provide knowledge and understanding of population administration service standards, the development of the administrative management process as well as how to review the progress of the administration being processed. The result of this activity is the increasing knowledge and understanding of the community through the heads of RW and RT regarding population administration and improving services to the community.

Abstract

Developing a business unit requires a strategic business to ease decision-making by considering many factors, both internal and external. The party who is a partner in the implementation of this Community Service is the Resto Pesantren Darun Nasya which is a business unit of the Darun Nasya Islamic Boarding School. The business unit is located in Desa Pagerwangi, Kec. Lembang, Kab. Bandung Barat. The purpose this Community Service is to find out the existing conditions and provide recommendations regarding the development of the business unit. The method used is SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis is to focus on the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy or on the aggressive quadrant which is implemented by obtaining capital injections and adding new online marketing channels.

Abstract

Self-confidence as a form of self-recognition of the abilities that exist in the individual. Community service activities carried out by the STIA Bagasasi Bandung lecturer team are about developing student confidence through public speaking at SMP YPU Bandung. The results of observations and interviews with the student affairs department of SMP YPU Bandung that students in grades 7, 8 and grade 9 in communication, delivering presentations or speaking in front of classmates still experience speech anxiety and lack of confidence. The community service activity (PKM) aims to provide explanations to students about the ways and techniques of speaking in public and to improve the public speaking skills of students of SMP YPU Bandung City. PKM is carried out through the following stages. PKM activities go through three pase, namely, the preparation pase, the implementation pase and the evaluation pase. The evaluation of the training seen from the results of the pre-test participants' knowledge of public speaking techniques is still not understanding in its delivery. The results of the post test, participants were able to speak in public, with various versions of participants. The presence of notes for subsequent activities in preparation, completeness of the material. The training went well and all participants were enthusiastic about participating in the activity and wanted to try to explain ideas in public

Abstract

Melati Asri Kindergarten in Bandung City has several problems. Among them are (1) Lack of knowledge related to nutritional information and the use of gadgets as children's activities that have an impact on children's growth and development. (2) Lack of information about dissemination on balanced nutrition and the negative impact of using gadgets in the local environment. This PKM activity aims to provide information to increase knowledge of parents of Melati Asri students regarding the fulfillment of balanced nutritional intake and the dangers of using gadgets in children. This PKM used counseling with acceleration learning patterns, lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and presentation using visual media as a method. This PKM activity received a positive response from the parents, which was shown by the enthusiasm of the parents during the Q&A session.

Abstract

The existence of the internet which makes information spread quickly without any distance and time limitations that can be accessed anywhere and anytime makes a lot of changes. The emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic has also had such a big impact on life in the world, where because of this pandemic it has significantly increased the use of internet usage. How could it not be, due to social restrictions and social distancing in order to inhibit the spread of the Covid 19 virus, various things are done online. Of course this also applies to trade. On the other hand, this pandemic has actually boosted the use of market places and social media, mainly used as promotional tools or also as a place to sell online. However, many people/companies/business units/MSMEs have used market places or social media platforms as a place to sell but not optimally. They are only limited to using it without being accompanied by a strategy to maximize sales on these platforms. This is also experienced by the UMKM Ministry of National Defense which produces bow ties and long ties. For increasing their sales figures, it is necessary to implement a digital marketing strategy that is in accordance with the conditions of the company.

Abstract

Trash accumulation can cause several problems, one of which is a polluted environment. Ignoring the accumulation of trash both intentionally and unintentionally will have a more severe impact on environmental damage. The results show that the accumulation of trash in Indonesia is increasing from year to year. Therefore, the role of the community in trash management is needed, one of which is in trash sorting. Trash that has been sorted can be used by category. This KKM activity aims to provide knowledge to the community about trash management, where trash that has been managed can be reused later. One of them is household trash (organic) into compost to improve food security as an application in the proklim program. The method used is a seminar related to the introduction of proklim, trash sorting, and processing household trash into compost. This trash processing activity is expected to take place in a sustainable manner because it will be able to reduce the accumulation of trash in Indonesia.

Abstract

Student Work Class (KKM) is a form of community service carried out by students in an interdisciplinary, institutional, and partnership manner as one of the manifestations of STIE PASIM SUKABUMI. The community service program is seen as a program that must be implemented, both by lecturers and by students, based on the principles of academic, entrepreneurial, and professional competence, so as to produce quality, relevant, and synergistic community service programs in increase community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the priority role of community service and the influence of internalization of innovation, and changes in the external environment and food security strategies with efforts to improve the economy of the downstream Sudajaya sub-district. Developing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially MSMEs in the downstream Sudajaya sub-district. Namely UMKM Bread NS Sampora, Memories donuts, Crafts from bamboo and magot cultivation farms. The problems faced by all MSMEs in the Sudjaya Hilir sub-district are related to packaging and digital marketing.

Abstract

Darun Nasya Islamic Boarding School organizes Islam religious education supported by modern learning programs that equip students to have soft skills and hard skills in order to prepare students to enter the community. Darun Nasya provides entrepreneurial knowledge through implementation in the Saung Pondok Barokah Umat's business unit. The students participate in the management and development of the business unit as a means of entrepreneurial practice. The obstacles faced by Darun gas stations are learning media and business management knowledge that are still minimal, as well as difficulties developing business due to limited funds. Based on these problems, it is necessary to increase soft skill capacity through business plan preparation workshops so that Darun Nasya can develop its business units. Business Plan is a clear plan in running a business. Various benefits of preparing a Business Plan include clarity of business strategies and market opportunities, making business ideas and priorities, helping capital, and providing business information to investors and consumers. The implementation of a Business Plan preparation workshop can improve the skills of students in entrepreneurship.
