Abstract

This multicultural education is likened to a bridge to achieve life together with humanity in this globalization era full of challenges. The main purpose of multicultural Islamic education is to emphasize the whole environment or educational atmosphere, so that multicultural Islamic education can increase respect or attention to cultural groups that are very broad or different to get the same education, which is equal to most people in general. This research uses the library method by analyzing data from relevant journals and books. The results of this study indicate that multicultural education must be applied in various lines of education especially conflict prone areas.

Abstract

Educational evaluation is a process carried out in planning, obtaining, and providing information that is very necessary to make alternative decisions for an activity. The purpose of this study is to explain the quality and effectiveness of the Level IV Leadership education and training. The research method used was to use the qualitative approach of Kirkpatrick Evaluation. The result to be achieved is the availability of leadership training guides that are digitally integrated with all fields, so that the decisions to be taken can be in accordance with the times.

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of management of character education in MTs Ma'arif NU Kemiri, the concept in question is the pattern of character formation of students with various supporting elements such as madrasa activities, rules or regulations, and content of Islamic education lessons that are applied in MTs Ma'arif NU Kemiri. In addition to these supporting elements, in order to shape the character of morality also has several strategies in supporting the achievement of character education management concepts such as: exemplary, learning, empowerment and acculturation, retention, and assessment.

Abstract

The important part of management is the role of an educator in applying management functions in the hope of reducing such complex problems. Therefore, it is natural that the educator (teacher) is a major component of the management function. If the teacher is of good quality, then education will be good. And vice versa. Discussions about educators are widely discussed by Muslim and western leaders from various generations. One Muslim figure who is quite famous in talking about education is Shaykh Az-Zarnuji. In choosing an educator according to Az- Zarnuji refers to primary data sources namely, Ta'alimul Muta'allimul is in terms of choosing teachers, let choose who is more pious, more waro 'and older. The goal is to get the ideal teacher criteria so that the actualization of knowledge and responsibility for the mandate to reach the pleasure of Allah SWT. In addition, the contextualization of teacher and student relationships intended by Zarnuji is to place the position of a teacher as a respectable figure in front of his students.

Abstract

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Abstract

Leadership is an important issue for a group or institutional organization. This is because the leader is one of the factors that greatly influences the success of the group in achieving its goals. This study aims to describe the role of leadership and madrasa head policies in improving the quality of education. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation then uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study are: first, the Head of MAN 1 Yogyakarta as a leader performs his role by establishing the vision and mission of madrasas in 1 Yogyakarta, setting the objectives of madrasa education in 1 Yogyakarta, acting as a motivator, acting as a supervisior. Second, seen from the achievements achieved MAN 1 Yogyakarta there are various qualities achieved such as quality in the fields of research, tahfidz (memorization of the Qur'an), religion, organization, further study programs abroad. Third, improving the quality of education for Madrasah principals is inseparable from three supporting factors such as: loyalty, commitment and integrity.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the unique thinking of Buya Hamka about educational interactions. This is very suitable in fixing the phenomena that occur in the era of society as a material for overcoming conditions of learners and students in maintaining harmony when studying or learning activities. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research (library research). The data source of this study uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through library research (library research) using descriptive methods. Analysis of the data used in this study are comparative and descriptive methods. The views of Buya Hamka regarding educational interactions include; (a) Learners must be moderate and reflect true examples for students, (b) Learners should have a broad understanding of a science and have a selection of conventional values ​​with contemporary values, (c) Students must know to be well-mannered in associating with students and having an objective attitude in absorbing knowledge, (d) Students must respect the scientific assembly held by the learner. The steps in applying educational interactions in the concept of Buya Hamka Islamic education include; (a) Right intention in pursuing knowledge, (b) Totality and comprehension in pursuing knowledge, (c) Removing laziness and self-distrust, (d) Maintaining civilization and being objective, (e) Maintaining manners in the learning process, and (f) Tolerance in the field of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the phenomena of classroom management and student learning behavior while in learning and to the level of understanding of accounting cycle XI AK SMK An-Nizam Medan. This research use associative method, and sample of this research is counted 100 student class XI academic. Data collection techniques used are: Indirect communication techniques and direct communication. The data collection tool are; Questionnaire research, Interview. The results showed that; (1) There is partial influence of class management on the level of students' understanding. (2) There is partial influence of learning behavior toward level of understanding of student of class XI AK SMK An-Nizam Medan with value of sig 0,036 <0,050. (3) There is a linear influence between classroom management on learning behavior with deviation from linierity 0,073> 0,050 siginifikansi value. (4) There is significant and positive influence simultaneously class management and learning behavior toward student understanding level shown significance value 0,002 <0,050, and big influence of determination coefficient (R²) equal to 35%.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the inquiry learning strategy in overcoming the learning difficulties of class IX students at MTs Mabadius Shaleh, Mlandingan, Situbondo. Application of Inquiry provides an alternative solution for teachers in creating interesting and fun learning environments. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The technique of collecting data is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the application of the inquiry method at Mabadius Shaleh MTs, Mlandingan Situbondo had a very big impact in overcoming child learning difficulties. Students who are initially less active and have difficulty understanding the material, they are able to understand the material taught by the teacher well through inquiry learning. This is indicated by an increase in motivation and student achievement in class IX.

Abstract

This research was carried out to reveal 1) Is there an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher work motivation? 2) Is there an influence of school organizational culture on teacher work motivation? 3) Is there an influence of the principal's leadership on the culture of the school organization? 4) Is there an influence on the principal's leadership on the teacher's work motivation through the culture of the school organization ?. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach to path analysis with a total sample of 30 people consisting of school principals and teachers. Data was collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results revealed that the four issues raised proved to be very influential and significant. This proves that work motivation is determined by leadership. Work motivation is also determined by organizational culture, organizational culture is determined by leadership.
