Abstract

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of peer teaching methods through Gadged in lowering student stress levels during pandemics. The subjects of this study were 40 students who had learning stress problems. Of the 40 study subjects divided into two groups, namely, 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The measuring instrument used in this study is a questionnaire data with student learning stress indicators in the form of 32 statement items to determine the level of learning stress experienced by students. The questionnaire is used as a pre test and post test. Data analysis techniques used are independent techniques of sample t-test using SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of research and discussion about learning stress in students, after being treated with peer teaching method through gadgets showed that the results of the 3rd output (Paired Samples Test) on learning stress variables, obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.01 in the experiment group and 0.0400 in the control group smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and H0 rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning management system as a risk mitigation for Covid 19 at an early childhood education institution in Probolinggo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. In order to get an overview of the Learning Management System Learning as Covid Risk Mitigation in early childhood, the researchers mingled directly in the implementation of learning and made observations and documented learning activities at the institution. Interviews were conducted with principals and teachers. The results of the study indicate that teacher innovation using a learning management system is carried out through; parental involvement, use of online media, selection of materials, assessment, and follow-up. This study implies that teachers must have innovation and creativity in managing their learning according to the targets they have set to generate total motivation and intelligence of students.

Abstract

This study analyzes E-Bekal as a cashless payment to improve service quality at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis starts with data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results showed that improving the quality of services through E-Bekal was carried out through providing good facilities, socializing and promoting the system for using E-Bekal, providing E-Bekal cards to students, and providing consulting services, as well as providing cell phones that had an encryption network. With these services, it can help and provide service satisfaction for students.

Abstract

Process during the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at home in accordance with a government circular in order to break the chain of the spread of Covid 19. "Unpreparedness of all elements, one of which is that teachers in learning are a big obstacle too, there is a change in teaching and learning from Being face-to-face being online requires readiness from all elements. Therefore, the leadership of school principals and teacher professionals are two factors among other factors that can affect teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a total sample of 42 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that the influence of the principal's leadership and professional teachers was very dominant on the teacher's performance at SD Asy-Syifa 2 Bandung with a level of influence of 52.1%, and the remaining 47.9% was determined by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership of the principal and the professional improvement of teachers, the better the teacher's performance.

Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students' creativity program as a medium to build students' entrepreneurial spirit at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative research method; the type of case study uses data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding schools develop creative activities for students by providing places for activities to build an entrepreneurial spirit through pesantren extracurricular activities, managing used goods, applying in pesantren skills competitions, and skills activities in every institution under the auspices of the Nurul Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to parse the significance of the implementation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Research libraries are the methods used in this research. The results of the parsing of the concept and theory of characteristics and components of transformational leadership are found that transformational leadership has positive implications for the various critical variables that contribute to the advancement of Islamic Educational institutions. For example, able to build awareness of vision together, build trust, constructing organizational citizenship behaviour, developing motivation, more empowerment, build self-efficacy, and learning organization. It can be on the theoretical basis that to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions hence the importation of transformational leadership is absolutely done.

Abstract

The study aimed at indemnifying the main obstacles that face the application strategic planning From Secondary School Principals in Khartoum State. For that purpose, the descriptive analytic method was used. The study population included all secondary school principals in Omdurman locality membrane 220. Out of the study population a random sample consisting of 120 principles was chosen. For the purpose of data collection, the researchers designed and used a questionnaire distributed to all sample members. To analyze the collected data, the statistical package (SPSS) was used. The main following results were reached: the school principals face difficulties in analyzed the point of the strength, weaken, opportunities, and threats facing their schools as they lack the basic scientific foundation and know ledge of strategic planning, The school principals encounter difficulties and problems when they handle and go about strategic planning of their schools due to the fact that they lack the basic required skills and competences regarding the implementation of the strategic planning processes. In view of the results being researched, it is recommended that: Obstacles that hinder the implementation of strategic planning need to be removed in order to active the school strategic planning processes.

This type of research is quantitative and associated with a population of 123 teachers, and the research sample is 94 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Simple and multiple linear regression analyses then analyzed the data. The results showed that the effect of principal discipline and compensation on teacher performance was 54.9%, while other factors influenced the remaining 45.1%. So it can be concluded that the better the principal's leadership and compensation, the higher the teacher's performance results.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of educational planning for rural communities in Lahat district. This research is a qualitative qualitative research. Research subjects are rural people who will, are, and after sending their children to school. The data technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out in stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. To maintain the validity of the data in the presentation, analysis was carried out with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that there are 4 important elements in educational planning in rural communities, namely the choice of place and department, children's academic ability, parents' financial ability, educational goals, and study time. These four elements influence each other in rural community education planning.
