Abstract

The progress of science and technology of a nation is certainly inseparable from the success of the learning process in higher education institutions and institutions in that country. The stages of change are expected to be able to bring the nation towards the progress of a higher civilization and permeate as a whole as the identity of the nation. The level of mastery of science and technology is clear evidence of the success of development. Improving mastery of science and technology is not only carried out in formal education, but can also be carried out through non-formal education. Information technology has developed very rapidly and covers various fields. The field of education is one of the fields that is influenced by information technology, both in the formal learning process at school and non-formal in the form of training outside of school

Abstract

Literacy learning has the main goal of providing opportunities or opportunities for the community to develop themselves. The purpose of this service is a form of effort to develop human resources (HR) in Wonorejo Village. The subjects of service in the field of educational literacy are the students of SDN 1 Wonokromo and the subjects of service in the field of religion are the children of the Wonorejo Hamlet TPQ. the implementation of this service, the team uses the cooperative learning method. The participants were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in every activity in this learning. They really pay close attention to every explanation given. A pleasant learning atmosphere is able to encourage participants in literacy.

Abstract

Nutritional intake is very important for optimal growth and health in the future. Factors that directly affect children's nutritional health problems, namely children not getting enough balanced nutritious food. Nutritional problems in toddlers can be avoided if the mother has sufficient knowledge about how to feed and manage toddler food properly, one of which is by getting health education. The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of PKK Jimus Village mothers to be able to apply balanced nutrition on serving plates for toddlers. The community service method is carried out by counseling, discussion, and mentoring. As for the results of the service, it was found that counseling and mentoring accompanied by discussions with PKK Jimus Village mothers had a positive impact on the understanding and application of balanced nutrition on serving plates for toddlers.

Abstract

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to the community about the existence of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy during the time when the Covid-19 pandemic ended. The main target of this Community Service is the community or residents in Suci Village, Karangpawitan District, especially those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about various business opportunities in times of crisis, as well as to distribute information related to the socialization that was carried out. With the socialization program for various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy post-Covid-19, it is hoped that the target community for this PKM activity will be aware of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to become a source of knowledge, liaison or interface with MSME stakeholders and become a center of excellence in MSME business development through the creative economy.

Abstract

WhatsApp Business training has been conducted to improve the quality of management of Sakura Waste Bank Palembang. This activity aims to train managers and employees in operating and using the WhatsApp Business application in daily activities. The results of the training showed that participants were satisfied and able to apply the knowledge gained. It is hoped that this training can positively contribute to improving the efficiency and performance of Sakura Waste Bank

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology encourages Pagerjurang- Melikan MSME residents to always develop creations and have creativity in achieving maximum results in all fields. The need for easy, fast and timely information has become a way of life for humans, in the current 4.0 to 5.0 era. The rapid business competition forced the owners of the Pagerjurang - Melikan pottery craftsmen to find the right media to sell their products and innovate to develop more attractive and highly marketable types and forms of products. Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

Abstract

Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided in today's life, because technological progress will run in accordance with scientific advances. Every innovation is created to provide positive benefits, provide many conveniences, and as a new way of doing activities for human life. Especially in the field of technology, society has enjoyed many benefits brought about by the innovations that have been produced in the last decade. The benefits of the internet are increasingly felt for its users who cannot be separated from this internet world. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics (KOMINFO) stated that currently internet users in Indonesia have reached 82 million people. With this achievement, Indonesia is ranked 8th in the world (Kominfo, 2013). The development of technology today has shown tremendous progress. Many things from the life sector have used the existence of technology itself. Its presence has had a considerable impact on human life in various aspects and dimensions. Likewise, communication technology is a hardware device in an organizational structure that contains social values that enable individuals to collect, process and exchange information.

Abstract

Islamic calligraphy is one of the cultural treasures of the Indonesian archipelago which must be preserved. Learning Islamic calligraphy increases the imagination, creativity and intellectual development of students. Of course, there are not many state school students who are talented in the art of calligraphy compared to private Islamic schools. But this does not mean that they do not have creativity in Islamic calligraphy. This community service activity aims to overcome this. Islamic calligraphy training activities use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach where the cycle includes KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection). This service activity was carried out for students at Wiradesa Public Middle School 2, Pekalongan Regency, for 2 weeks. The result of this community service activity in the form of training in the art of Islamic calligraphy is that Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School students are very enthusiastic in learning to write Islamic calligraphy. This is evidenced by the results of Islamic calligraphy that has been made by students of Wiradesa 2 Public Middle School, their writing is increasingly developing and according to the rules of Islamic calligraphy. With this training, students become confident to develop their creativity and express their imagination in the form of works in the form of Islamic calligraphy.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to optimize the use of environmentally friendly agricultural products in the home industry for processing aloe vera into nata de aloevera. The agricultural products used are rice straw waste and bagasse which are processed into biodegradable raw materials. The experiment was carried out using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments namely A (50% waste rice straw + 50% bagasse), B (75% waste rice straw + 25% bagasse), and C (25% waste rice straw + 75% bagasse). Measurements were made of the parameters pH, total acid, water content, protein content, and organoleptic nata de aloevera. The results showed that treatment A gave the best results in terms of pH, total acid, and protein content. Meanwhile, C treatment gave the best results on water content and organoleptic. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide alternatives to the use of environmentally friendly raw materials in the home industry for processing aloe vera into nata de aloevera and can meet consumer needs for healthy and safe food products.. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan produk pertanian yang ramah lingkungan pada home industry pengolahan aloe vera menjadi nata de aloevera. Produk pertanian yang digunakan adalah limbah jerami padi dan ampas tebu yang diolah menjadi bahan baku biodegradable. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan yaitu A (50% limbah jerami padi + 50% ampas tebu), B (75% limbah jerami padi + 25% ampas tebu), dan C (25% limbah jerami padi + 75% ampas tebu). Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap parameter pH, total asam, kadar air, kadar protein, dan organoleptik nata de aloevera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan A memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter pH, total asam, dan kadar protein. Sementara itu, perlakuan C memberikan hasil terbaik pada kadar air dan organoleptik. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan alternatif pemanfaatan bahan baku yang ramah lingkungan dalam home industry pengolahan aloe vera menjadi nata de aloevera serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen pada produk makanan yang sehat dan aman. Kata kunci: Produk pertanian biodegradable, Industri rumahan, Pengolahan lidah buaya, Nata de aloevera, Teknologi hijau, Teknologi hijau.
