Abstract

Education is one of the determining factors for the progress of a nation in the future. And to realize an education into quality education, a policy is needed to regulate the process of running an education. And by implementing a good policy in education, it will be able to help education in Indonesia to solve various problems that exist, especially problems that exist in education itself. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the basic concepts of Islamic education policy in Indonesia and to find out about the meaning of Islamic education policy, the functions and principles of policy, types and problems of policy, the process of analyzing educational policies, and strategies for implementing education policies. The method used in this research is to use the library research method, in which the researcher examines journals, books, notes, and others, as well as examines the results of existing studies, as well as other data collected. relevant. The results of this study are 1) Implementation of Islamic education policies, 2) Functions and principles of educational policy analysis, 3) Types and Problems of Education Policies, 4) Education Policy Analysis Process, 5) Education Policy Implementation Strategies.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances have also influenced children's play activities. Modern impression of digital games is not only attached to the equipment used when playing, but also how to play it. Digital games are carried out in a comfortable room because in general air-conditioning such as internet cafes or timezone (rides to play) which causes a lack of physical movement of children. Lack of physical movement can result in a lack of development of motor skills of children. This also happened to Raudlatul Athfal Naja Ali Tambakwatu's children who preferred to play using their cellphones alone rather than playing with friends. This study aims to determine the effect of traditional benthic games on gross motor skills in Raudlatul Athfal Naja Ali Tambakwatu's children who have been mostly affected by digital games. This study uses a quantitative approach with non-parametric statistics with a sample of 15 children. Data collection is done by observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that: (1) gross motor skills in Raudlatul Athfal Naja Ali focused on worship activities, (2) Raudlatul Athfal Naja Ali children who initially did not know how to play benthic games made it a learning theme, and (3) traditional games benthik has a significant influence on the development of gross motor skills in Raudlatul Athfal Naja Ali.

Abstract

Online learning faces a different set of obstacles than classroom-based learning. So that, it’s increases the using of video streaming and lecturer as media for teaching and learning activities. The use of this media in learning al Quran Hadith is intended to attract student's interest in designing blended learning model which combine both classroom-based learning and online learning systems. This media is important in considering that the materials of al Quran Hadith emphasizes more on memory. So that, playing videos repeatedly can help students to remember the materials. The type of this study is a research and development (R & D) which focuses on the developping interactive learning media using OBS studio application to create video lecturer on the material of “preaching Islamic hospitality. The model used in this study is the Borg and Gall's model which is simplified into eight steps, they are: 1). Preliminary research, 2). Planning, 3). Initial product development, 4). Initial product trial / limited trial, 5). Preliminary product enhancement, 6). Larger field trial, 7). Final product test. The products produced from this research are in the form of video lecturer that has been validated by some experts, they are: material experts, media experts and students’s responses as user. Based on the assessment and response, it was concluded that the interactive learning media using OBS studio application to create video lecturer was regarded feasible to be used and developed.

Abstract

Regional autonomy becomes the authority and rights of each region. Obligations of regional autonomy are expected to manage and even regulate government and community affairs. In accordance with the laws that have been enacted. At the provincial and district and city levels, local government management has been implemented, especially when Law no. 22 of 1999 came out and was renewed by the issuance of Law no. 32 of 2004. So, government, society and the private sector are responsible for providing tour for education in the area.

Abstract

This study discusses the theory and model of human resource development in islamic education in Ahmad Fatah Yasin's view. The purpose of this research is to find out about the theories and models used in human resource development. This research is a Library Research (library research) using inductive analysis techniques. In the concept of human resource development Ahmad Fatah Yasin explains theories regarding human resource development, of which there are two approaches to developing the quality of Human Resources (HRM), namely the first "buy" approach, where this approach is an approach oriented to withdrawal or which is commonly referred to as Human Resources (HR) recruitment and the second "make" approach is an approach that is oriented towards the development of Human Resources in the form of: education, guidance and also training. And the most prominent thing in human resource development according to Ahmad Fatah Yasin is the human resource development model, of which there are five models in human resource development.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the problem of learning Al-Qur'an Hadis in MI. The process used in this article is library research. The method of collecting information in this research is documentation. Documents, which dig up information in the form of paper notes, articles, etc. The results of the study indicated that there were problems, among others, students who could not recite verses of the Koran according to the principles of tajwid because their background and the level of learning of Al-Qur’an Hadis teachers had not improved. Learning facilities / equipment are still limited. Solutions to the problem of learning Al-Qur’an include practicing reciting the Al-Qur’an and how to skillfully teach the Al-Qur’an, applying the learning method of learning the Koran for new students, as well as applying the Al-Qur’an, implementing tadarus, obtaining learning resources, providing guidance to students and provide guidance to parents of students.

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study was to produce a pocket book on the religious activities of Muslim students at SMP Negeri 1 Jepara. The method used is a research and development method using the Rowntree product development model which consists of three stages, namely the planning stage, the writing preparation stage, and the writing and editing stage. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Observations are used to observe religious activities that have been carried out and facilities to support religious activities at SMP Negeri 1 Jepara are then recorded on the observation sheet, while the questionnaire is used to obtain assessments from expert assessors and user trials through online questionnaires. Expert assessments and user trials were carried out at the product trial stage consisting of 3 media experts, 3 material experts, and 30 user respondents. The results showed that the display aspect obtained a percentage score of 87%, while the material aspect obtained a percentage score of 89%. At the user trial stage, a percentage score of 86% was obtained. Based on the results of the assessment of the guidebook for the religious activities of Muslim students at SMP Negeri 1 Jepara, it is feasible to use.
