Abstract

AHP is able to help the employee selection process recipient an incentive to perform matrix calculations pairs criteria weights, then get the highest priority. Based on the highest priority, determined which alternative will be recommended. The purpose of this research is to make performance appraisal which can facilitate quickly assess performance. Steps for assessing employee performance such that designing concepts, data collection, preparation of hardware and software, display design, system manufacturing, testing and evaluation. Based on the research that has been done it is concluded that the media system is web-based employee performance appraisal at PT. Wifiku Indonesia has successfully created.

Abstract

This study aims to provide guidance on the preparation of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) document framework, which is tailored specifically to the needs and conditions of the company regarding business sustainability. The preparation of the framework is the result of the formulation between the needs and conditions of the company and the best practice framework of ISO 22301: 2012, as well as other related research. This will provide the results of a framework that is appropriate and specific to the conditions and needs of the company.The case study in this study was Arifin Achmad Hospital (Regional General Hospital), Pekanbaru. To improve customer service, this company uses information technology as a supporting resource for its daily operations. So that BCP will be a solution to help companies overcome disruptions and threats that can disrupt the performance of the company's information technology.This research was conducted with ISO 27001:2012 risk analysis method and FMEA method with ISO 31000: 2009 risk management stages combined with an analysis of the risk impacts of ISO 22317: 2015 and the ISO 22301: 2012 BCMS Framework. The results of the framework willbe verified and validated through confirmation and validation on the company. This research shows that BCP in each company is unique and different

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Riau University (UMRI) is one of private University on Riau – Pekanbaru. A University which is one of the business charities of Muhammadiyah Indonesia. To maintain the historical value of UMRI requires an interesting media to keep Umri citizen in particular keep in mind the history of UMRI development. for that made an interactive game that is able to tell the history of development of UMRI. In the development of this game used MDLC as a method in the development of interactive games. For the development of this game is used Unity as Game editor. With this game the history of UMRI development can be known by the public.

Abstract

The sterilizer station is the core station in the processing of palm fruit. Where in the process of boiling oil palm fresh fruit bunches must be in the applicable boiling standard. In order to obtain high yields. To optimize the work of the boiling station, especially in horizontal boiling vessels to avoid trouble or problems that arise during boiling, an automation system is made that can regulate the amount ofsteam pressure that enters the boiling vessel with a predetermined time so that it can adjust the inlet valve, condensate valve, exhaust valve. Where this automation system utilizes the greedy algorithm method. And in this research, the implementation, testing and results of the automation system will be carried out, on a prototype that utilizes the NodeMCU microcontroller (esp32),the Web Thinger IO, and the pressure sensor.

Abstract

Hospital is a place where health facilities are located to support the services of the sick. Each hospital usually has services in the form of registration, pharmacy to cashier. In this study, the audit was carried out using the COBIT 5.0 (Control Objective For Information and Related Technology) framework standard which is a framework created by ISACA (Information System Audit and Control Association) and ITGI (Governance Institute) in 1992 which is a standard information technology controls that have been applied internationally. COBIT 5.0 has 5 Domains, namely EDM (Evaluate, Direct And Monitor), APO (Align, Plan and Support), BAI (Build, Acquire and Implement) DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate And Assess). But in this study only focuses on the use of the APO domain only. This study resulted in the maturity value of the maturity level system with a maturity level value of 2.6 which is included in level 2, namely managed process. That is, the process at this level is implemented into a process setting (planned, monitored, evaluated) and the work products of the process are implemented, controlled and maintained appropriately. Measures the extent to which work products are produced by a well-regulated process.

Abstract

To win the competition in the market, it requires the ability of a professional company manager to be able to meet market demand in an appropriate amount by paying attention to the inventory of goods so that they can get maximum profit. But the production process that occurs at Rotte Bakery is erratic every day which only relies on demand estimates, causing shortages and advantages in each production. Therefore, predictions are needed to make the right decisions in predicting the amount of production that will be produced in the following year. The data used are historical data on brown bread sales at Rotte Bakery for the period 2018-2020 and search data for brown bread in Riau for the period 2018-2020 (Google Trend). The results obtained from this study are the results of the analysis of the exponential method to obtain predictive information and the level of accuracy with MAPE to find the smallest error

Abstract

Assessment, evaluation and awarding can be carried out aimed at spurring the performance of teachers in the teaching and learning process so as to improve teacher achievement, the assessment is carried out to obtain honorary teachers who excel who will then be appointed as permanent teachers. The mechanism for appointing permanent teachers at the Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru foundation, namely the Principal submits a list of names of teachers who will be recommended to be appointed as permanent teachers for thefoundation to the Head of PDM Education and Culture Pekanbaru City. The evaluation process for the appointment of permanent teachers at the foundation takes a very long time, then when checking and giving a value to the form provided with this process, itis feared that there will be a subjective assessment or the possibility of errors in writing numbers. The assessment criteria applied to the appointment of permanent teachers consist of years of service, PKP value, achievement, age. The author builds a decision support system using the Elimination and Choice Translation Reality method. In an effort to objectively determine to become a permanent teacher, this selection of permanent teachers will be very useful in motivating teachers to work well.

Abstract

Tokopedia is an online buying and selling website that is safe, easy and convenient. In its services, there are still customer complaints about the quality of e-commerce services such as old delivery of goods, then the results of the goods sent do not match the criteria described on the website, then sometimes it is difficult to confirm problems about the goods purchased, and user security problems. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to measure the quality of e-commerce services using the e-service method which focuses on six dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Privacy / security, Information quality. / benefit (benefits / quality of information), Ease of use / usability (ease of use / usability) and Web design (site design). This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Customer Satisfaction on E-Service Quality Based on E-Customer Loyalty in Tokopedia Users. And knowing which variables get recommendations for improvement. In this study, the samples used were students of the Muhammadiyah Riau University who used Tokopedia e-commerce. Data obtained by conducting interviews, literature study and distributing questionnaires about the effect of Customer Satisfaction based on the E-servqual method to customers using Tokopedia e-commerce. Simultaneous test results (Test F) as a whole can be seen that the value of F count 132.557> F table 1.90, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means there is a variable influence, namely E-Servqual (X1) and Customer Satisfaction (X2) the effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the E-Customer Loyalty variable (Y)

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Bangkinang High School. SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinag is one of the schools under the Muhammadiyah organization. The Learning Management System (LMS) owned by this school is Muhammadiyah Online Learning (MOLA). The method used in this research is the Electronic Service Quality (E-Servqual) method. This e-Servqual method has seven dimensions, namely efficiency, reliability, responsiveness, privacy,fulfillment, compensation and contact. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of the online MOLA exam LMS on user satisfaction. The sampling technique in this research is using random sampling technique. From the resultsof the F test as a whole, the calculated F value is 34,159 > F table 2,10, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an effect of the E-Servqual variable (X) having a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on the user satisfaction variable (Y). ). For the results of R square has a value of 0.727, this means that the effect of the E-Servqual variable together or simultaneously in explaining the dependent variable, namely the user satisfaction variable (Y) is 72%. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that the level of user satisfaction with the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) online exam according to students is not satisfactory because there are variables that have negative values.

Abstract

Shopping entrusted goods service or most commonly known as jastip (jasa titip) allowing consumen to buy goods through providers of services that are usually different cities or countries. People usualy use this service to purchase goods that are not available in their city, or they have limited acces to the goods. This study aims to determine the amount of commission feee on the PLGD.STORE jastip service by considering the factors that affect the commission on the jastip service. The aplication of Fuzzy Logic in this service is to regulate the ammount of commission fee. The basis fordetermining commission fee is based on the price, the distance and the volume of the product. In this research, we use Sugeno Logic to determine the ammount of the commision fee. The final results of this study are objective with theoretical calculations and are expected to be able to solve the problems in PLGD.STORE and give a win-win solution for both of the jastip service providers and the PLGD.STORE jastip consumers.
