Abstract

The Islamic Community Guidance at the Ministry of Religion is tasked with providing services, technical guidance, data and information management, as well as planning and reporting in the field of Islamic religious affairs and sharia development, building religious affairs offices and sakinah families, as well as Islamic religious information. dissatisfied with BIMAS services because registering for services alone can take a long time because it is still done manually, BIMAS data archiving is still archived in the ledger and BIMAS information giving must call or send messages to participants one by one. These constraints are deemed less effective in the implementation of BIMAS services. The method used is the Prototype method by using system development tools such as DFD and ERD. In designing the BIMAS information system, it aims to facilitate the community in providing services such as technical guidance services, marriage guidance and MTQ competitions.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization 5.0, learning can not only be done face-to-face, the hybrid learning method allows learning to be carried out without knowing distance and time. Hybrid combines or mixes face to face learning and computer-based learning (online and offline). The learning process can be designed by adjusting to the needs. Learning design aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of a learning system. One of the web-based learning models is to use powtoon as a medium. Powtoon is one of the freeware or programs that are used for free by internet users and not many have developed learning media with Powtoon. Several studies have shown that Powtoon can improve the quality of the teaching and learning process, the material presented using the Powtoon application becomes clearer and real and students become easier to understand the material. The purpose of this study is to develop the Powtoon application in hybrid learning learning. This research is a development research using a mixed method The design and approach used in this research is the development of Research & Development (R&D). In the development of this learning video, a model is used. 4D (Four D) development. This research was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru, in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research population is productive teachers of TKJ SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru and students of class X TKJ 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru. With a sample of 2 productive TKJ teachers and 15 students of class X TKJ 2, which were taken by purposive sampling techniques. The products and instruments developed are: Powtoon animation learning videos and student ability test questions. The results showed that experimental classes that had used Powtoon learning videos had better learning abilities than t test control classes (0.02 < 0.05). It was concluded that the Powtoon learning videos developed were effective in improving students' learning abilities.

Abstract

Inventory or office stock is an activity or action to carry out calculations, arrangements, management, implementation of recording of an item to obtain information that can be controlled and supervised on a company's assets. Companies often get difficulties or difficulties in controlling an asset so that they make reports regarding the identity of these assets irregularly. Under these conditions, the company really needs to develop a manual asset recording report process that is computerized by building an inventory information system that can manage and record the activities of a company's assets. The research method used is the Agile Method, the Scrum framework model. By building a Website-based Asset Inventory System and Page Hypertext Processor as the Boostrap Framework programming language as the End font framework and MySQL as a database server, it is hoped that the Asset Inventory Information System can be useful for companies in controlling and recording an identity of goods or assets.

Abstract

During the last 2 years COVID-19 has changed human habits, adapting to new habits which are better known as New Normal. The government mandates PSSB that all teaching staff in public and private schools are required to work from home during the learning process. The transition from conventional to bold is influenced by this condition. One application that can be used for bold learning is Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams enables teachers and students to interact so that they feel like they are face to face. The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of Microsoft Teams in learning to dare, using data from related journals from 2017 to 2020, how well literature studies are used as this research method. The review results obtained from 12 of the 13 journals that were reviewed or with a proportion of 92% stated that Microsoft Teams was effective in learning courage, using decision-making methods, namely the value of learning outcomes, questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Many features are offered by Microsoft Teams, such as its main feature, namely the Online Meeting (Video Conference) feature. Most of the obstacles that exist in Microsoft Teams are external constraints to the Microsoft Teams application itself, these obstacles occur in areas where the technology infrastructure and network are still inadequate.

Abstract

Smartphones are one of the tools used in carrying out daily work activities, the number of active social media users in Indonesia in January 2019 reached 150 million, 130 million of whom accessed social media using smartphones. With the development of smartphones in social media, many are misused using instant messaging applications, one of which is cybercrime such as cyberbullying, human trafficking systems, fraud and so on. Cyberbullying is one of the negative impacts in cyber crime through the use of applications that are often used, namely the TamTam Messenger social media. The problem that will be discussed in this study is the digital forensic process, especially mobile forensics in order to find digital evidence that was deleted on the TamTam Messenger application using the MobileEdit forensic tools and the National Institute of Justice method. The results of this study show that using the MobileEdit forensic tools and the National Institute of Justice method succeeded in recovering digital evidence that had been deleted by the perpetrator on the TamTam Messenger application.

Abstract

At present the world has entered the 4.0 era where information technology is a major factor in theadvancement of agency services and hospitals are one of them. XYZ Hospital is a health agency thatprovides health services to the community and has a duty to provide comfort and quality in its services.Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a system or information technology that is usefulfor supporting services in hospitals. In connection with the use of information technology in services atXYZ Hospital, management is needed so that the process of using information technology can bemeasured. The measurement was carried out to find out how much the SIMRS readiness was insupporting the existing services at the hospital. In this study, analysis of information technologymanagement uses the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 framework in theService Operation domain. Abstract

The analysis of hospitality accommodation data in the province of Bali can provide deeper knowledge and insights into how the hotel industry contributes to Bali's tourism and overall economy. Information about the development of hotel accommodations in the province of Bali is crucial to understand the types, numbers, and distribution of hotels in the region, using visualized data obtained. The purpose of this article is to describe the data on the development of budget and star hotels in the province of Bali during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, specifically from the years 2019 to 2022, using Business Intelligence visualizations. The methodology employed in this article includes a literature review analysis and data processing obtained from the Bali Provincial Tourism Department. The data is processed using the Tableau Public platform. From the data presented, it is evident that the Regency of Badung has the highest number of budget and star hotels spread across the province of Bali, while the Regency of Bangli has the least. The government of Bali province, along with its community, must work together to develop tourism in each region to maximize the tourism potential in the province of Bali.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the influential factors in the economy of Indonesia. In general, tourism refers to the journey undertaken by an individual within a certain period from one place to another. The tourism potential in Indonesia has been rapidly growing, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this issue, the author attempts to find data regarding the distribution of tourist locations in the Province of Bali to identify the potential for sustainable tourism in each area. Once the data is collected, the author visualizes it to make it easily understandable and to serve as a reference for the equitable distribution of tourism potential in Bali. Tableau, a data visualization tool, is used to create various types of diagrams and maps. The research results indicate that the tourist attractions Penglipuran, Goa Lawah, and Jatiluwih are the top three with the highest ratings. Bali zoo, GWK, and Kuta Beach are the three tourist attractions with the most reviews on Google. This Tableau visualization can assist tourists in determining their desired travel destinations.

Abstract

Prediction of student graduation plays an important role in college programs to help students stay high-achieving and graduate on time, as well as produce the best graduates. Information about the number of students graduating in college plays a significant role in decision-making through visual representation of data. This article aims to describe data on student graduation predictions in college through visual representation using Business Intelligence and Tableau tools with data from www.kaggle.com. The results of this research are presented in the form of a dashboard that includes GPA, academic achievement, organizational involvement, and gender in college, which can be used to support decision-making. Visualizing data through analysis using an interactive Tableau dashboard is expected to make information more engaging and easily understandable. Predicted students who graduate on time have adequate GPA, participate in campus activities, and are mostly male.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from BMKG Pekanbaru City in 2010-2020 there was an increase anddecrease in the intensity of rainfall that occurred in Pekanbaru city. The increase in rainfall in thecity of Pekanbaru will cause problems such as the occurrence of flooding of several roads and severalareas in the city of Pekanbaru and the occurrence of other unexpected disasters that will causeproblems and experience difficulties. In overcoming this problem, research was conducted in the formof Rainfall Prediction in Pekanbaru City Using LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) using 2 methods,namely in finding the accuracy of the error rate using RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) and MSE(Mean Square Error). The results showed that the predictions made were quite good. With the lowesterror rate of 21,328 in the train and 454,901 in the test, the composition of the train data and the testdata half gave the best results.
