Abstract

The empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKMs) is one of the key aspects of local economic development in many countries, including Indonesia. To achieve the full potential of UMKM, collaboration with various agencies, such as the government, universities, and social institutions, is important. This article reviews the involvement of various parties in UMKM empowerment efforts in Penatih Village, which has implemented various activities and trainings, including UMKM workshops. The main focus of this research is digital training that is continuously conducted by PGRI Mahadewa University Indonesia, especially the Informatics Engineering and Information Systems study programs. The results of observations and evaluations of training stages 1 and 2 show that the development of UMKMs in the fields of Tedung, sculpture, and Silver by Penatih Village residents has very good prospects. Therefore, the Digital-based UMKM training phase 3 is focused on providing types of UMKMs that can be sold to people in Bali and the international market. After the training, the UMKM participants have the ability to manage their digital-based products on the Bali UMKM web.

Abstract

Based on discussions with several SSB (Soccer School) Men's Tresna Bali coaches during football practice held at the Denpasar Flapa Field on October 28 2023, SSB students are expected to meet the requirements based on the PSSI. Coaches do not understand the variations and training stages of the Football Coaching Curriculum, and SSB students do not understand and master the training session model based on the PSSI Football Coaching Curriculum. Undirected soccer training programs and lack of knowledge are obstacles in developing quality young players in the future. Early childhood development is an important factor for countries to improve the quality of their senior players. Currently, the quality of early childhood education in Indonesia seems to be still low. Apart from that, some coaches and parents who have a big influence on children's interest in football still have minimal knowledge about how to use coaching information. The problems faced by the SSB Putra Tresna Denpasar City coach above are as follows: the coach is unable to organize and plan his training program properly based on the PSSI football coaching curriculum as well as a lack of coaching knowledge regarding training methods and stages. Football coaches, coaches do not yet understand and master the training session model based on the PSSI curriculum for football coaches. Based on these problems, training will focus on two aspects. SSB students will be able to understand the variations and stages of training based on the PSSI Football Coaching Curriculum. Second, so that SSB students understand and master the training session model based on the PSSI Football Coaching Curriculum. About the PSSI Curriculum for Football Coaches. The training program for implementing curriculum-based training programs is divided into five stages, namely the planning stage, activity implementation stage, observation stage, evaluation stage, and mentoring stage. This training activity will be carried out for four consecutive days, and of course mentoring activities will be carried out for two months after the activity. The target number of participants is 5 coaches and 32 SSB players, so the total is 37 people. The implementing partner for this service program is the Tresna Men's Football School (SSB) in Denpasar. Based on the results of the PKM football training activities, it shows that the suggestions in the problem formulation can be implemented well and appropriately. From the results of implementing this activity, there was an increase in knowledge and skills, as well as motivation and interest of young players and SSB Putra Tresna Bali students in practicing soccer games, especially basic variations. football playing techniques, the answer is high. This leads to improvement in personal skills of SSB students. Will be useful in the future

Abstract

History Tourism adalah salah satu kegiatan proses pembelajaran sejarah yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran luar kelas. Dalam proses History Tourism mahasiswa diarahkan untuk berbaur bersama masyarakat dan melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan terkait dengan tourism objek-objek bersejarah sebagai dasar impelementasi kegiatannya. Mereka dapat belajar tentang peristiwa bersejarah, kehidupan masyarakat pada masa lampau, dan pengaruh budaya yang bertahan hingga saat ini. History tourism dapat mencakup berbagai aspek sejarah, termasuk sejarah politik, sosial, ekonomi, seni, dan arsitektur. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini antra lain, metode ceramah, metode pembelajaran luar kelas/karya wisata, metode pembimbingan, serta metode pelatihan-pelatihan. Materi-materi pelatihan History Tourism ini wisata cagar ini antara lain: History Tourism dan dasar-dasar history tourism, cara menjadi pemandu history tourism, dan objek sejarah yang bidsa dijadikan sebagai tempat kepelatihn history tourism. Dalam hasil observasinya dapat dijabarkan dan ditarik kesimpulan bahwa materi yang diberikan tentan history tourism kepada peserta pelatihan dapat diterima dengan sangat baik dan mandapatkan respon yang positif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dalam pelatiha history tourism ini antara lain 1) memahami apa itu history toursism serta dasar dan implementasinya, 2) mengetahui serta memahami tugas dan etika ketika melakukan kegiatan tourism khususnya pada history tourism, 3) berlatih menjadi pemandu history tourism dari tahap pembukaan cara memandu history tourism, kegiatan inti dari history tourism, 4) mampu melaksanakan kegiatan history tourism.

Abstract

Workshop Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency is a village whose population is 80% farmers. Bengkel Village has the largest subak land in Kediri District. Workshop Village is a Tourism Village with very beautiful natural potential and agricultural and cultural activities that are still very well preserved. The workshop village which has a close distance to Tanah lot makes the workshop village a strategic village to introduce rural tourism as well as various Subak activities and Other unspoiled cultural attractions. Bengkel Village is one of the villages that produces black rice with good quality, because the black rice produced in Bengkel Village has advantages with a small sugar content. However, marketing still experiences obstacles in the marketing and labeling process so that it becomes more attractive to be developed in the market.

Abstract

This article analyzes the trend of using the word "staycation" through Bali hotel advertisements on Instagram. Staycation, which is a combination of the words "stay" and "vacation," refers to the concept of spending vacation time in the city or near where one lives. In this article, we use data from hotel advertisements in Bali posted on the Instagram platform to understand trends and patterns in the use of the word staycation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing the content of hotel advertisements that use the word staycation in the text or ad description. The author collects and analyzes a number of Balinese hotel advertisements posted on their official Instagram accounts. The main focus of the analysis is to identify how often the word staycation is used, how the word is paired with the visual elements of the ad, and the context and marketing strategies associated with the use of the word. The results of the analysis show that the use of the word staycation in Bali hotel advertisements on Instagram has increased significantly in the last few years. This shows a growing trend among tourists who are looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday experience without having to travel far from where they live. The use of the word staycation in these advertisements is usually reinforced by attractive visuals depicting pampering hotel facilities, beautiful swimming pools, and delicious food served on site.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to develop the potential of tourist destinations in Apuan village by utilising information technology-based local wisdom, which empowers the potential of the community in increasing family income through increasing creative economic businesses supporting tourist destinations. While the specific target of this service activity, namely in the development of tourism destination promotion. This activity was carried out for 1 (one) month, with several stages of activities in the implementation of this Community Service (PKM), including: (1) initial evaluation; (2) group formation; (3) QR-Code making training; (4) Facebook Marketplace making training; (5) business management assistance; (6) final evaluation, and (7) special monitoring for sustainability. The activities have been implemented, and the village community has begun to utilise Facebook Marketplace as a medium for digital-based tourism promotion.
