Abstract

Kendala yang paling sering dihadapi oleh Koperasi apalagi Koperasi pesantren adalah dalam hal menentukan usaha, sering kali terjebak kepada koperasi simpan pinjam dan serba usaha yang dijalankan biasanya menjual makanan, minuman, alat kantor yang diproduksi oleh pihak lain dan hanya membuat usaha tersebut berjalan seperti minimarket. Sangat jarang koperasi pesantren yang mencoba melakukan pengembangan usaha dengan menjalankan koperasi pemasaran dan koperasi produksi. Pesantren Baitul Hikam Assofa Cijinjing Kabupaten Ciamis mempunyai lahan seluas 93.190 M2 areal lahan tersebut saat ini baru dibangun 1 gedung untuk area belajar santri, nantinya pesatren direncanakan menjadi Pesantren Modern dan mempunyai fasilitas Olah raga, penginapan, sentra produk santri/satriwati dan wisata alam dan religi .Dengan dasar pertimbangan untuk mengoptimalkan lahan yang direncanakan secara terintegrasi di pesantren, ada beberapa Unit Usaha yang akan dikembangkan di lingkungan  pesantren  diantara, pembangunan gedung pengeringan komoditi Talas, Nampu,  Porang, Sukun, Serai dan Komoditas lainnya, Pengelolaan pembangunan Gedung Pengering hasil Komoditas Perkebunan dipandang perlu karena masalah komoditas yang bisa tahan lama dengan metode pengeringan dengan kadar air bahan akan berkisar antara 12 % sampai 25 %.Pengaturan suhu pengering dilakukan dengan cara mengatur alat pemanas yang dihubungkan dengan thermostat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedures for managing outgoing mail in the General Section of the Immigration Office Class I Bandung. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative method. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the procedures for managing outgoing letters are quite good starting from Concept Making, Concept Approval, Concept Typing, Letter Numbering, Letter Signing, Stamping, Recording Outgoing Letters in the Outgoing Mail Agenda Book, Sending letters is done in two ways, namely through employees in the General Section of the Immigration Office Class 1 Bandung and mail delivery services. Constraints in managing outgoing mail in the General Section of the Immigration Office Class 1 Bandung are lacking human resources to manage administrative activities such as letters often causing problems because work activities are hampered. Administrative employees cannot always be in place because they have other tasks to do, sometimes administrative employees are not careful in providing letter numbers so that the same letter numbers are still found. Facilities in supporting the management of outgoing mail at the Class 1 Bandung Immigration Office manually, namely the use of the agenda book system is not in accordance with what is in theory because there are still some differences. From these results, it is necessary to immediately add employees to handle office administrative activities, one of which is the management of outgoing mail in the General Section of the Class 1 Immigration Office in Bandung in order to support the smooth running of all work activities and to streamline working hours. The facilities in supporting the management of outgoing mail in the General Section of the Class 1 Immigration Office in Bandung are not good enough because there are still some facilities that are not yet available and some of the facilities are still inadequate. The author suggests to the Immigration Office Class 1 Bandung to immediately provide less facilities such as the addition of a Filling Cabinet or File Cabinet, Guide and Folder for the management and storage of letters or documents that are more appropriate so that there is no excessive accumulation of documents and hampers the work process. and reduce the aesthetic value in the workspace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of Product Quality, Distribution on Customer Loyalty. The decrease in Customer Loyalty is due to the inadequate Product Quality, Distribution Channels. The theory used is related to product quality, distribution channels and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study amounted to 216 customers and a sample of 140 customers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data analysis used was validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The conclusion in this study is that partially and simultaneously Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyaltyat PT Solarens Ledindo.

Abstract

Public Policy is an agreed rule to be issued and used to regulate people, groups, and officials. Local governments in broadcasting information have switched to using social media, in broadcasting information on work programs and public policies, the effectiveness and information conveyed quickly and correctly is used to influence people's behavior. The city of Bandung with a large population and the most active social media users, through the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) has used social media Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The performance of OPD social media in the Bandung City Government, of course, has broadcast public policies in accordance with the tupoksi of each OPD to analyze the performance of the Bandung City Government's Sisal OPD media in broadcasting public policies., the methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis, this analysis method is an analysis used by the majority of analysts, to display statistics through mathematical calculations. Its function is to find out the description of the distribution of sample or population data. So that the data will be easier to understand and more informative. The data analyzed are the number of OPD social media followers, the number of Activity/policy submissions, what are the most popular policies being discussed, how many people discuss the most popular policies, what day the policy discussion gets follower interaction, how many followers interact. From this analysis, suggestions and recommendations aimed at the Bandung City Government can be used to improve and improve the management of social media so that public policy information broadcasts can be used to influence public behavior at large.

Abstract

Local Government Revenue is one of the instruments of the regional government that comes from tax collections on the economic potential in its working area. In carrying out activities, the Regional Government requires other Regional Revenues derived from regional original income or from transfers between regions and transfers from the center. The West Bandung Regency Government has economic potential from the services, finance, trade, mining, industry, agriculture, plantation and agricultural sectors. fisheries so that income from this tax sector must be worked out efficiently and accurately so that the community in this case taxpayers find it easy to get tax services so that in the long term the increase in income increases, the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the economy in West Bandung Regency is felt, the service sector tourism is one of the most affected so that the Regional Revenue Agency of West Bandung Regency made a breakthrough to implement correspondence using a correspondence management information system to increase regional income. The application analysis used in this study uses a SWOT analysis with a descriptive methodology by displaying comparative statistics on revenue realization in 2020 and 2021. In the application of this application, of course, there are still many obstacles that must be corrected related to digital tax correspondence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) work ethic and career development on employee performance, (2) work ethic on employee performance, (3) career development on employee performance. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were employees who worked at Dapur Cokelat Galaxy (PT. Abisetya Alka Aryaguna) and the object of research is work ethic, career development and employee performance. The population taken in this study were 83 employees at Dapur Cokelat Galaxy (PT. Abisetya Alka Aryaguna), so the overall sample was 45 people. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) work ethic and career development have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) career development has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan, (2) kompetensi terhadap kepuasan karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada UD japan Motor dan objek penelitian adalah kompetensi, disiplin kerja serta kepuasan karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada UD. Japan Motor Singaraja yang berjumlah karyawan 50 orang. Penelitian ini dikatagorikan sebagai penelitian atau sasaran penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, pencatatan dokumen dan metode kuesioner, serta dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan, (2) kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan.

Abstract

Student Work Class (KKM) is a form of community service carried out by students in an interdisciplinary, institutional, and partnership manner as one of the manifestations of STIE PASIM SUKABUMI. The community service program is seen as a program that must be implemented, both by lecturers and by students, based on the principles of academic, entrepreneurial, and professional competence, so as to produce quality, relevant, and synergistic community service programs in improving community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the development of MSMEs in efforts to restore the economy in Parungseah Village. This study prioritizes the use of methods that are appropriate to the subject matter of the research being conducted, in order to obtain relevant data for further discussion. This research is intended to obtain an overall picture of the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through external party facilitation and internal potential in the Parungseah Village business group. The efforts made in the MSME development strategy as an effort to restore the economy in Parungseah Village are the ease access to capital, assistance in developing business infrastructure, developing business scale, developing business networks, marketing and business partnerships, increasing access to technology, and developing human resources

Abstract

Public knowledge and awareness about disasters is very important in efforts to reduce the risks and losses caused by natural disasters. In this study, we explain the implementation of the Education and Training Program to increase public awareness of disasters. This program is designed to provide basic knowledge about the types of disasters that may occur in the area, early warning signs, evacuation procedures, and first aid measures in disaster situations. We collaborate with local governments, educational institutions, and community organizations to deliver this program to the community. The method used in this research is counseling and interactive training. We conduct counseling sessions in various locations such as schools, community centers, and community group meetings. In addition, we also carry out practical skills training such as simple fire fighting, first aid, and emergency evacuation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) self-efficacy and workplace motivation on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy on employee performance, (3) workplace motivation on employee performance. Research design used in this study is causal quantitative research. In this study, the subjects were employees at PT Bayu Jaya Kusuma Bali and the objects of research were self-efficacy, workplace motivation and employee performance. Total population in this study was 117 employees of PT Bayu Jaya Kusuma Bali, and the sample was 54 people. Data was collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) self-efficacy and workplace motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) workplace motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
