JASDIM - Jurnal Pariwisata, Bisnis Digital dan Manajemen adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Nusa Mandiri, Indonesia. JASDIM merupakan jurnal yang diperuntukan dalam bidang keilmuan ekonomi dan bisnis yang mencakup terkait pengetahuan dan wawasan pengembangan manajemen dan bisnis khususnya di Indonesia. Adapun kajian keilmuan artikel pada jurnal JASDIM diantaranya diperuntukan untuk bidang ilmu manajemen, bisnis digital dan pariwisata atau perhotelan. Tujuan utama pada jurnal ini yaitu sebagai wadah penyebarluasan artikel ilmiah dibidang Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang bersifat terbuka untuk mahasiswa, peneliti ataupun akademisi baik dilingkungan internal Universitas Nusa Mandiri dan juga eksternal Universitas Nusa Mandiri. Jurnal JASDIM diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Nusa Mandiri menggunakan dua bahasa yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa bahasa Inggris dengan memiliki P-ISSN : 2964-2094 dan E-ISSN: 2964-4607 serta terbit sebanyak 2 kali dalam 1 tahun pada bulan Mei dan bulan November. Focus & Scope Jurnal JASDIM Nusa Mandiri dimaksudkan sebagai media pengkajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis-kritis terhadap permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan ilmu Manajemen, Binis Digital dan Pariwisata atau Perhotelan, baik nasional maupun internasional. Artikel ilmiah yang dimaksud berupa kajian teori dan kajian empiris ilmu-ilmu terkait, yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan disebarluaskan secara nasional dan internasional. Abstract

In processing food to achieve speed and accuracy of kitchen operations, it will be supported by kitchen equipment. In achieving a goal of increasing productivity stability, by equipping supporting and sufficient equipment. Considering that kitchen operations must run smoothly, the role of a tool is very important in the production process where the production value of equipment perfection. equipment damage due to the weakness of its users, for that equipment must be maintained and maintained properly so as not to experience severe damage that will hamper various activities inside. Kitchen employees who are implementers of the food processing production system using utensils should be considered for operating them. Abstract

Abstract— In 2020, Indonesia's population is dominated by Gen Z (born 1997-2012) and Millennials (born 1981-1996). ). Gen Z accounts for 27.94% of the total population and millennials reach 25.87%. Most of these two generations are in the working age group, which could be an opportunity to accelerate economic growth. The government needs to encourage generations z and millennials to become entrepreneurs. The government calls on millennials to start a business. Technology development allows people to become entrepreneurs and self-employed. Changes in the usage of this technology will affect the human resource management of the. The gig economy enhances the flexibility and ability to hire skilled professionals from different parts of the world across time zones and geographic boundaries. This dynamics presents us with new challenges. Gig worker represents the balance between immediate working life and the need to increase income. Today's workers want flexibility in their work. The research method used is qualitative to primary data and secondary data. In addition, the data source was explained qualitatively. The survey results were performed by UBSI Jakarta Z- and 130 student repondents. The respondent has knowledge of entrepreneurship 60.8% and 39.2% of respondents can not understand. The type of work of GIG economy and generation z Gig era was awarded 47.7% itself, and then the work in society was determined by 28.4% free lancer. Reasons for choosing a job type show that 40% receive unlimited income, 25.4% are flexible, 26.2% of respondents are rewarded according to their job, and 8.5% choose others a job. Abstract

The current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic which is also experienced by Indonesia has made many changes to people's activities, one of which is the change in people's shopping activities only through the internet. However, this also makes people in Indonesia more consumptive, because of the ease of shopping offered to the public. The purpose of this study is whether there is an influence of digital payment and e-service quality on the consumptive behavior of the community. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire consisting of 3 variables using a Likert scale on 50 respondents, namely Shopee users in the DKI Jakarta area with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used included validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis test, partial t-test, simultaneous f-test and coefficient of determination test. This study resulted in a positive influence between digital payment variables on consumptive behavior of 12.7%. Then, there is a positive influence between the variables of e-service quality on consumptive behavior of 1.4%. Also, there is a positive influence between the digital payment and e-service quality variables simultaneously on consumptive behavior, namely 13.7%. This study provides theoretical implications in the form of references for further related research, and as evaluation material and suggestions for business actors as well as for the community as readers of this research.

Abstract

PT Trans Rekreasindo is a company engaged in providing children and family playgrounds. In attracting customers PT Trans Rekreasindo has attractive prizes, one of which is a ticket with prizes. This research was made to find out how to control the inventory of ticket prizes implemented by PT Trans Rekreasindo which will be compared with inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity method. The writing method used by the writer is observation, interview, and documentation with qualitative outline results. PT Trans Rekreasindo made ticket reservations in 2019 with 24,000,000 tickets, with a frequency of ordering 12 times a year, and the number of one-time tickets ordered as many as 2,000,000 tickets. PT Trans Rekreasindo is still experiencing a shortage of prize tickets. If it is applied with the calculation of the PT Trans Rekreasindo EOQ method, it only applies the number of economic orders, that is 2,000,000 in one message and the order frequency is 12 times in one year. However, the safety stock did not apply for 197,110 and the reorder point was 663,779. PT Trans Rekreasindo should apply the EOQ method in full, apply safety stock calculations and reorder points so that they do not experience shortage of tickets in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak— Perkembangan teknologi kini semakin cepat, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dengan adanya teknologi yang semakin canggih. Penggunaan komputer sebagai sarana alat bantu penyelesaian pekerjaan dibidang teknologi informasi kini semakin berkembang. Diantaranya PT.SEVEN BIKA INDONESIA, namun sistem pendataan dan pembuatan laporan masih secara manual yakni menggunakan microsoft excel. Hal ini dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien dalam produktivitas kerja dibagian Office. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis membuat Aplikasi Inventory bebasis Web yang dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data dan pembuatan laporan. Metode yang akan digunakan yaitu metode waterfall dan database menggunakan MySQL dan XAMPP. Dengan adanya aplikasi inventory diharapkan akan mempermudah kinerja bagian office dalam pembuatan laporan barang masuk dan barang keluar barang serta mempermudah pengecekan stok barang.

Abstract

At the moment transportation services are needed a lot, be it land, sea or air transportation. Supported by Information Technology, it adds to the competition between online ticket sales service companies in carrying out their sales promotions. The transportation service business is required to be able to provide the best possible services, offers and promotions in order to compete with other online transportation service bureaus in attracting consumers. Competition between online companies or travel agents is very competitive, with competition, a study was made to test which online flight website sites are most in demand by consumers today, 4 online flight sites were taken for this research, namely Tiket.com, Traveloka, Pegi-pegi .com and Nusatrip. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method or better known as AHP. The AHP method was chosen because it can select the best alternative from a number of alternative choices based on predetermined criteria. so that later this research will make it easier for consumers to decide in choosing the best online flight website or the most in demand. In addition, the AHP method is one of the most relevant methods and has a consistency value calculation in determining the priority level of the selection criteria. From the test results, it is found that the Traveloka website has a very high value with the value of Traveloka (0.49), Tiket.com (0.22), Pegipegi.com (0.19), and Nusatrip (0.11).

Abstract

Diskominfostandi is the institution who responsible for implementing the tasks and functions of information technology in the regions. Diskominfostandi has a goal to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public service delivery with one of its targets, the implementation of public communication and electronic information services (Digital Pemkot Bekasi). E-Office is a application that is used to facilitate the administration of manuscript documents and the application of digital signatures for structural officials within the Bekasi City Government as well as to accelerate the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) that supports the creation of smart Government. It is necessary to research on Diskominfostandi, especially in E-Government area to find out whether the use of the correspondence system has reached the desired target. The problem that exists is that there is no evaluation of information systems in E-Office applications that refer to the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) standard. So this research was conducted to determine the capability level of information system using the framework COBIT 5 for domain processes DSS and MEA. The results showed that the average Capability Level for domain processes DSS and MEA got a value of 2.74 and the status was level 3 Established process, described managed process and the average gap value is 1.26.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Administrasi Penjualan Barang pada PT Sinar Bangkit Jayalabel, merupakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan catat, mencatat, menghimpun, mengelola, mengirim, dan menyimpan. Administrasi adalah suatu bagian yang terpenting dalam mengelola suatu usaha atau bisnis. Selain itu fungsi administrasi juga memberikan laporan kepada pemangku kepentingan data khususnya laporan strategi bagi manajemen untuk memantau perkembangan perusahaan untuk mengambil keputusan. PT Sinar Bangkit Jayalabel merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di Aksesoris Garment. PT Sinar Bangkit Jayalabel sebagian besar melakukan kegiatan penjualan produk, sehingga dalam pelaksanannya diperlukan kegiatan adminstrasi penjualan untuk menunjang kegiatan penjualannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Kualitatif. Hasil pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses alur pelaksanaan administrasi penjualan pada PT Sinar Bangkit Jayalabel dimulai dari customer service menerima orderan sampai dengan finance menerima laporan barang yang sudah dibayar. Dokumen yang dibutuhkan yaitu surat jalan, Surat Purchase Order, dan Invoice.

Abstract

Lembah Permai Resor terus berupaya meningkatkan layanan dan standar kualitas untuk penyewaan camping ground dari berbagai sudut, termasuk melalui penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hingga saat ini, sistem persewaan camping ground di Lembah Permai Resor masih mengandalkan sistem manual untuk pendataan transaksi dan menyelesaikan transaksi. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah karena informasi yang berada di Lembah Permai Resor belum terdistribusi secara merata kepada customer. Maka dari itu sangat diperlukan prosedur dan sistem untuk meningkatkan pemasaran melalui website dan mempermudah parawisatawan dalam melakukan penyewaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu perlu adanya sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat membantu proses persewaan guna meningkatkan daya saing bisnis dalam menawarkan jasa kepada customer. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif denganmetode pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka). Sedangkan model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, UML sebagai toolnya, untuk penggunaan diagramnya yaitu use case diagram, component diagram, class diagaram, activity diagram, sequence diagram. PHP, HTML, dan MySQL dipakai sebagai bahasa pemograman dan database. Metode pengujian black box digunakan untuk menguji rancangan aplikasi sistem informasi penyewaan dan hasilnya sesuai yang diharapkan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian mengarah pada pembuatan aplikasi sistem informasi persewaan yang seharusnya memudahkan Lembah Permai Resor dalam menjalankan bisnis terkait persewaan.
