Abstract

This research discusses Suran tradition by Traji society in Temanggung, Central Java. It aims at finding linguistic units, determining their meaning, and identifying cultural background that influences the tradition. Data in this research are linguistic units found on Suran. The analysis showed that names of serving are Traji’s cultural symbols, and the Javanese song lyric describes their culture. Then, there are two cultural systems that influence the tradition intensively, they are agriculture and religion & belief.

Abstract

Writing this journal aims to find out how to strengthen the culture of literacy in early childhood and how the implementation of strengthening literacy culture in early childhood through "Baku Gernas". The background of strengthening literacy culture at an early age through "Baku Gernas" is the low literacy culture in Indonesia. Whereas early age is a golden age to instill literacy because they are experiencing a rapid developments in the field of language. This study uses descriptive qualitative methodology. The data collection techniques in the study used documentation techniques through literature. Based on the results of the study, the authors found that to strengthen the culture of early childhood literacy in the family sphere there were five focus of strengthening which included several strategies. They are strengthening through fostering children's interest in reading, strengthening through parental involvement, strengthening through many and varied reading resources. strengthening through habituation, strengthening by utilizing the environment and technology. Gernas Baku can be implemented through parents understanding the developmental stages of children's reading and language, parents trying to foster children's interest in reading, parents understand and provide reading materials according to the child's development stage, parents get used to reading books / reading or telling stories with children through various techniques, parents invite children to visit literacy places in the environment, parents take part in introducing literacy reading and Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penguatan budaya literasi pada anak usia dini dan bagaimana implementasi penguatan budaya literasi pada anak usia dini melalui “Gernas Baku” . Latar belakang penguatan budaya literasi pada usia dini melalui “Gernas Baku” yaitu rendahnya budaya literasi di Indonesia. Sedangkan usia dini adalah usia emas untuk menanamkan literasi karena mereka pengalami perkembangan pesat dalam bidang bahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik dokumentasi melalui studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menemukan bahwa untuk menguatkan budaya literasi anak usia dini di ranah keluarga terdapat lima fokus penguatan yang memuat beberapa strategi, antara lain penguatan melalui menumbuhkan minat baca anak, penguatan melalui keterlibatan orang tua, penguatan melalui sumber bacaan yang banyak dan beragam, penguatan melalui pembiasaan, penguatan dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan dan teknologi. Gernas Baku dapat diimplementasikan melalui orang tua memahami tahap perkembangan membaca dan bahasa anak, orang tua berusaha menumbuhkan minat baca anak, orang tua memahami dan menyediakan bahan bacaan sesuai tahap perkembangan anak, orang tua membiasakan membacakan buku/bacaan atau bercerita dengan anak melalui berbagai teknik, orang tua mengajak anak untuk mengunjungi tempat-tempat literasi di lingkungan, orang tua ikut andil memperkenalkan membaca dan menulis keaksaraan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of children's character through multicultural education in Permata Indah Madureso Temanggung Housing. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The study sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, consisting of RT and RW heads, Village Heads, 2 Islamic parents, 2 parents Christian and Catholic, 1 Javanese, Sundanese, Batak and Chinese parents. The validity of the data is obtained using source triangulation and methods. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models which include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are as follows; (1) Multicultural education is used to shape the character of children in Permata Indah Housing by considering various types of society. Among them consist of more than one religion and four different ethnic traditions and cultures. (2) The prominent children's character in the beautiful jewel housing of Temanggung Madureso village is a tolerant and religious character Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter anak melalui pendidikan multikultural di Perumahan Permata Indah Madureso Temanggung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, terdiri dari ketua RT dan RW, Kepala Kelurahan, 2 orang tua yang bergama Islam, 2 orang tua beragama Kristen dan katolik, 1 orang tua etnis Jawa, Sunda, Batak dan China. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut; (1) Pendidikan multikultural digunakan untuk membentuk karakter anak di Perumahan Permata Indah dengan pertimbangan tipe masyarakat yang beragam. Diantaranya terdiri dari lebih dari satu agama dan empat etnis yang berbeda tradisi dan kebudayaan. Sedangkan cara mengimplementasikan pendidikan multikultural dalam membentuk karakter anak adalah dengan keteladanan dan menciptakan lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat yang toleran. (2) Karakter anak yang menonjol di Perumahan Permata Indah Kelurahan Madureso Temanggung adalah karakter toleran dan agamis.

Abstract

This article discusses the strategy of realizing prosperity in the community, so that every community has a business and can be lifted from poverty. The method of writing this article uses descriptive analysis, which explains the strategy to realize social welfare through Islamic microfinance institutions. From the results of the discussion that Islamic microfinance institutions could be an alternative to overcome poverty in Indonesia. That is because many poor people in Indonesia are not accessed by formal banking. Microfinance institutions can facilitate providing loans, with easier conditions, encourage people to have business products, conduct training and program socialization that are both direct and indirect.The government's duty is to eradicate unfair economic policies, uneven distribution of assets, sanction corruptors. The government has issued various regulations for poverty alleviation. The alleviation of poverty and empowerment of the people who live mostly through MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) has been hit with a fundamental problem, namely bank procedures that must be obeyed. Because banks must carry out the principle of prudence in releasing credit to customers. MSMEs, which are generally not in accordance with bank standards, have difficulties in obtaining access to credit. Then a pattern must be built. Alternative microfinance institutions that can be offered are the BMT (Baitul mall wa Tamwil) and savings and loan cooperatives. With the hope that a prosperous society can be realized.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berupaya untuk mengetahui tradisi kemanusiaan yang diambil dari sejarah terciptanya desa Muncar, Kabupaten Temanggung dengan harapan setelahnya dapat merawat dengan sebaik-baiknya. Secara umum, sebuah daerah pasti memiliki sejarah yang sarat dengan nilai kehidupan. Dalam jejak sejarah pemberian nama Muncar, terdapat peristiwa yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai humanis. Tentunya perlu kajian yang mendalam dan komprehensif. Menelisik dari obyek kajian dalam tulisan ini maka penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitataif deskriptif karena dirasa paling cocok. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan historis. Cara pengambilan datanya lebih dominan menggunakan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hal ini dilandasi belum banyak sumber tertulis yang berkaitan dengan tema di atas. Dari hasil penelitian, penulis menemukan beberapa nilai humanis yaitu nilai kemanusiaan, nilai pengakuan terhadap pluralitas, nilai non hegemoni, nilai kesejahteraan dan nilai kebersamaan. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat dilihat dari praktik ritual bernuansa keagamaan sebagai bagian dari warisan peristiwa penting tersebut. Selain itu, peninggalan-peninggalan dalam bentuk kebudayaan material (pepunden) dan imaterial (nyadran, wayangan) menasbihkan bahwa Muncar menjadi prototype yang ideal dalam menjalankan misi kehidupan manusia secara utuh.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a book that has perfected the previous books, in which there are guidelines and instructions for humans because the Qur'an is hudan linnas that has no doubt in it, whoever holds fast to the Qur'an, surely he will survive the world and the hereafter, as well as education, if clinging to the Koran's instructions then the education will be successful.Education periodation is a stage where parents educate their children, how to treat it and so on, the education period offered by the Qur'an is a complete periodicity, in the sense that the Qur'an has discussed everything from the greatest to the smallest, even the unthinkable before, namely preconception education. Preconception education is education where the fetus has not been formed even more than that, preconception education can already be done when determining a partner (selection of mate) there has already been an educational process.In this case the Qur'an has divided children's education into several periods, namely: preconception period, prenatal period, postnatal period and adolescent period. Where each period has its own educational method.This research is a reseacrch librarianship study using a descriptive analysis approach that aims to further analyze the periodic education of children so that parents can shape the character of their children to be sholihah children in accordance with the instructions contained in the Qur'an

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1. Peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk menumbuhkan sikap nasionalisme pada peserta didik 2. Peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk menumbuhkan sikap anti korupsi pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Tekhnik analisis data yaitu 1). Unitisasi atau kategorisasi 2). Reduksi data 3) displai data 4). Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan sikap nasionalisme peserta didik dalam berinteraksi dilingkungan sekolah.2. peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam menumbuhkan sikap anti korupsi yaitu membentuk karakter peserta didik yang anti korupsi, pendidikan merupakan wahana yang sangat strategis untuk membina peserta didik dalam menanamkan nilai nilai kehidupan anti korupsi.

Abstract

In early years, based on mount career woman survey have increasing rapidly. This caused by highly education and awareness about need of self-actualization on woman. The enhancement of career woman had positive impact to well-being. In the other side, negative impact on the pursuit work life balance can be dilemma even caused dual role conflict whenever cannot balancing between work and life. The dual role conflict as a worker at once as wife and mother must be have attention. The achievement of work life balance will impact to work engagement caused highly motivation on workers and able to fight every challenge on work. This article aims to discuss the relation between work life-balance and work engagement on career woman. Often career woman had dual role conflict which triggers occur work life unbalance. The occurrence of dual role conflict on career woman can impact to performance, those very unwanted on an organization which want maximal output and if did not finished soon can be triggers occur burn out on employees.

Abstract

Not all the ideal concepts of the ratu adil movements, such as millenarism, messianism, nativism, holy war or magical mysticism, emerged in puputan wars and koreri movements. In puputan wars, the symptoms of nativisme as the desire to restore the glory of Bali which was existed in the past when the kingdom of Bali untouched by foreign influences appeared. Furthermore, in Koreri movements which was wrapped up by the spirit of messianism and millenarism, the symptoms of nativism also strongly appeared. Koreri movements is actually a form of “ceremonial reception” to the glorious past that had suffered a discontinuities of history.

Abstract

The Qur’an which literally means “perfect reading” is a chosen name of Allah that is truly appropriate, because there is not even one reading since mankind recognized the five thousand years of literacy that can rival the Al-Koran Al-Qur’an, perfect and noble reading. There is no reading like the Qur’an that is learned not only in terms of editorial composition and vocabulary choices, but also the contents expressed, implied even to the impressions that are generated. The Qur’an always gives new meaning to everyone who interprets it, without changing the meaning contained in it and without reducing the values that are to be conveyed to humans as a guide. Along with the dynamics of the times, the science of interpretation and the model of interpretation of the Qur’an also continues to grow and develop. The diversity of interpretations makes the treasure of knowledge excavated from the Qur’an very broad. Even this development will continue as long as Muslims continue to utilize all their potential and abilities to understand the Qur’an. This applies to every interpretation of the verses of the Qur’an which are to be interpreted. Included in this paper is the interpretation of arrogant verses in the Qur’an according to al-Maragi.
