Abstract

This research is intended to find out and analyze the influence of Asset Structure, on Debt to Equity Ratio on Automotive companies registered with IDX. This research approach uses associative shortness. The object of this research is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2017. The population used is 12 companies, the method of determining the number of samples in this research is purposive sample and selected as a sample of 9 companies. The data collection technique used is a documentation study. Data analysis techniques in this research are multiple linear regression methods and determination coefficients, which in this study used the SPSS 16.00 program. The results showed that Asset Structure had no significant effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio on Automotive companies listed on IDX for the period 2013-2017.

Abstract

Improved employee performance has become very important considering the increasingl currents of globalization where competition is getting stronger as knowledge and technology advances. This change brought implications for the professionalism of the employees in answering the demands of competition in the face of the globalization flow. Thus employee performance increase is absolutely necessary as well as the the ability of the organization to control the employee’s stress level,discipline and the promotion of position in the organization as well in order to fulfill the achievement of performance objectives optimally so that the company can survive and win the competition. This research aims to know and analyse the influence of work stress and discipline on the performance of employees at Capella Multidana Company Medan. With the Simple Random Sampling technique and using the Slovin formula with 5% percentage of looseness (e), then obtained samples in this study a number of 104 employees who are the status of permanent officers. Data is collected through questionnaire, interviews and documentation studies. The poll is calculated by the measurement unit of Likert scale, and processed using SPSS (statistical product and service solution) program. The results showed that simultaneously, work stress and discipline were positively and significantly impacted the employee  performance. Partially, discipline were positively and significantly impacted the employee  performance but work stress were negatively impacted  the employee performance of Capella Multidana Company Medan.

Abstract

Performance is very important for a company, because employee performance is a benchmark for companies to assess capabilities, productivity and provide useful information for matters related to employees. This research is based on the not maximum employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Medan. The type of research in this study is associative. The population in this study is an employee of PT. Pos Indonesia I (Persero) Medan and for samples taken as many as 78 people. The data collection techniques in this study list questions. The results showed that simultaneously leadership, Work Motivation and compensation were positively and significantly impacted the employee  performance. Partially, leadership, Work Motivation and compensation  were also positively and significantly impacted the employee  performance of  POS Indonesia Company Medan.

Abstract

Share prices are prices that occur in the share market at a certain time determined by market participants and determined by the demand and supply concerned in the capital market. Share price is one indicator of a company's success because high share prices will provide benefits, namely capital gains and the company's growth prospects can also be seen from the movement of share prices so that investors in general will be more interested in investing their capital in companies that provide them with profits. Several factors affect share prices, namely capital structure and company size.The purpose of this study was to determine whether capital structure affects share prices on Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Share Exchange. The sample in this study was using puposive sampling with a total sample of 10 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Share Exchange and data from 2014 - 2017. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure partially has a negative and insignificant effect on share prices on Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Share Exchange

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin on the Share Price, to know and to know and analyze the influence of Return On Equity on the Share Price and to know and analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin and Return On Equity on the share price of Coal Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is the Coal Mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) D from 2016 to 2019 which generates profit everys. The population used is 22 Coal Mining companies registered with IDX, the method of determining the number of samples used in this study is purposive sampling and selected as a sample of 8 companies. The results of this study show that partially Net Profit Margin has a negative and insignificant effect on the Share Price, and Return On Equity partially affects the Share Price. Simultaneously Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity affect the Share Price.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of leadership style and work motivation on financial performance at PTPN 1 Kota Langsa.  The sample used amounted to 84 respondents. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis proof using t test, F test, and determination coefficient analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis results obtained Y = 1.549 + 0.191X1 + 0.258X2. Adjusted R Square value is 0.664 or when percentage is 66.4%. This shows the variable leadership style and work motivation affects the financial performance at PTPN 1 Langsa City by 66.4%, while the rest by 33.6% (100% - 66.4%) influenced by other variables not studied in this study. T test results obtained that the variable leadership style and work motivation significantly affect the financial performance of PTPN I Langsa City. F test results obtained leadership style and work motivation significantly affect the financial performance of PTPN I Langsa City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of occupational safety health program (K3) and work environment on employee commitment to PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). The population in this study is all employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) numbered 925 people. Determining the number of samples taken as respondents using slovin formula, the sample in this study was 87 employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). The data collection techniques in this study are quesioner list, interview and documentation studies. While the data analysis techniques used are classic assumption test, multiple regression, t test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The K3 program significantly affects the employee commitment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, which is indicated by a significant yield of 4,962 (sig 0,000) whereas significantly t is smaller than a. = 0.05). The work environment significantly affects the employee commitment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, which is indicated by a significant yield of 2,335 (sig 0.022), whereas significantly t is smaller than a. = 0.05. The K3 program and work environment significantly impacted the employee commitment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, which was demonstrated by a significant result of 21,915 with a sig of 0.000<a..

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify some of the factors that influence corporate image on purchasing decisions, the impact of trust on purchasing decision, And the impact of the corporate decisions and the trust and the word of mouth pn the purchasing of the service express at PT. Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Medan 20000. In this research is a research technique used throught nonprobability sampling technique. Sampling which will be used in this research is purposive sampling with respondents' criteria that have ever used a pos service express. Data gathering technique used in the research are questionaires and data analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical package for the social sciences) to draw a four hypotheses put forward in the research shows that (1) how corporate image affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions,how corporate trust affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions, (3) how word of mouth affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions, (4) how corporate image and trust, and word of mouth affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system that can facilitate the proposal selection process and provide an alternative ranking for the selection results of student creativity program proposal selection. This decision support system uses the simple additive weighting method calculation. The criteria used in this assessment refer to the 2020 Student Creativity Program Guidebook. The data used in this decision support system uses proposal selection data at the Student Creativity Development Unit at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in 2019 for 2020. This system was developed by determining criteria and weight determination using the Simple Additive Weighting method and determining the preference value of the predetermined criteria. Calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting Method certainly have advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of SAW with a simple and simple ranking process that can be applied to decision-making cases such as in the recommendation of selecting proposals with various attributes. By utilizing the advantages and disadvantages of the SAW method, this Decision Support System is able to produce an accuracy of 97%. This decision support system using the SAW method can help simplify the process of selecting proposals and provide alternative choices from the ranking results. Further research is suggested for the development of a decision support system for proposal selection using a combination of different methods between SAW and other methods.
