Abstract

This article analyzes the leadership style tendencies of the principal of Queen Al Falah Mojo managerial grid of leadership styles theori a theoretical perspective. A leader of an educational institution must be able to influence the people he leads, can unite subordinates, and achieve a predetermined goal in the organization. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of this study include; The behavioral orientation of the Principal of Queen Al Falah Mojo Vocational School has the same high attention to subordinate individual relationships and to the achievement of goals, while the leadership style tendency to apply a democratic style that is relatively equal in both attention to the cohesiveness of subordinates and the achievement of the tasks or goals of the school organization.

Abstract

The existence of a kyai in peasantries takes possession of the central position. Leadership Kyai often with the attribute of leadership charismatic. Kyai with its leadership is strong can move forward the peasantries better, on the contrary kyai with weak leadership make the peasantries remain stagnant even little by little identity from marionette peasantries will sink and belief from society. Model the leadership applied very determining its member involvement intensity in organizational activity plan. But that way, a factor of leadership style still represents the determinant of effectiveness and activity efficiency of an organization. This research use the descriptive research approach qualitative, in the form of utterance or article and behavior perceived the. Research type used by case study. The conclusion from this research result is a style of leadership kyai in Maisonette of Pesantren Darun Najah Tegalsari Cement the Kediri is inclusive of into democratic leadership taking root at charismatic.

Abstract

This paper highlights that teenagers are the nation's next generation. But what happens is a lot of juvenile delinquency everywhere. This is proof of their bad morals. So the need for moral education is very much needed. Because national development always prioritizes the development of body and soul. For this reason, the role of schools in realizing the development of the nation's soul can be stated in choosing a good Vision and Mission, according to the needs of the community without leaving the characteristics of the school treasury. The focus of the research in this article includes two things: a) The practice of formulating the vision and mission at SMK Al Ikhlas Tarokan. b) Implementation of the school's vision and mission in the Formation of Akhlaqul Karimah at Al Ikhlas Tarokan Vocational School which is located in the pesantren environment. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research. To obtain data, the authors used the method of participant observation, interviews, and documentation. While checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of one's life and personality is education. Among the problems being faced by the Indonesian people is the moral decadence that occurs in this nation. In Indonesia, Islamic education has been included in the formal school education curriculum. However, over time, Islamic education in schools is still considered to be less effective in realizing students with noble character. For this reason, it is necessary to take concrete steps that must be taken by educators to overcome the moral crisis that is still happening. One of these steps is to provide additional hours in the form of religious extracurricular activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach and the type of research used is a case study. There are three types of procedures in data collection techniques, namely: observation and participation; interview; and documentation. Technical data analysis is an interactive analysis from Miles and Huberman in which the researchers carried out three stages, namely:  data reduction; data display; and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are: (1) MA Darussalam Nganjuk uses the 2013 curriculum (K-13) Islamic Education material that prioritizes students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. There are two kinds of religious extracurricular activities at MA Darussalam Nganjuk, namely: mandatory religious extracurricular activities, namely: Study of the Yellow Book (K3), and selected religious extracurricular activities, namely: Khitabah, the art of recitation of the Holy Quran, and art of hadrah. (2) The application of religious extracurricular activities at MA Darussalam Nganjuk has been able to realize the quality of Islamic Education taught in extracurricular activities in the classroom. This is based on the results of research in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation that have been carried out by the researcher.

Abstract

In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in 2020, the face-to-face learning process could not be carried out by all educational institutions in Indonesia. However, the education process must continue to ensure that every Indonesian citizen gets an education. This requires all educational institutions to carry out online learning. Moral values ​​also declined due to industrial developments. To be able to improve the decline in these values, one of them is by instilling Islamic religious values ​​in students which are contained in the curriculum. This study tries to reveal how the concept of developing the PAI curriculum at SMAN 1 Kediri during the Covid-19 pandemic took place because it was the oldest school in Kediri and was a favorite school that provided many school programs. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design, data collection through participant observation, in-depth interviews and a plot that includes data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Abstract

Educational institutions as a learning environment function in shaping the pattern of life and character of society. Through learning activities as the core of the education process, internalization of Islamic moderation values must be implemented in order to become a strong character for learners. Through the development of the local content curriculum Aswaja An-Nahdliyah with Aswaja and Ke-NU-an subject matter that stands alone MTs Raudlatut Thalabah Kediri seeks in internalizing the value of Islamic moderation with guidance provided by LP Ma'arif. So the purpose of this research is to find out the process of developing the local content curriculum of Aswaja An-Nahdliyah and how to internalize the value of Islamic moderation through the local content curriculum Aswaja An-Nahdliyah. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The result of the research is the development of a local content curriculum using a bottom up strategy, the school is assisted by regional administrator LP Ma'arif to determine the type and material of the local content study, through the identification stage, determination of local load type and implementation. The process of internalization through the delivery of Aswaja and Ke-NU-an subject matter, habituation and motivation programs. Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality of today's education. The decline in the quality of education that pays less attention to the character education of students which results in the decline of the morality of the younger generation, some actions that are not in accordance with values ​​and norms have become commonplace, such as brawls, juvenile delinquency, cheating, and so on. Therefore it is necessary to integrate the values ​​of character education, especially in the learning process of Islamic religious education which incidentally has the aim of forming akhlaqul karimah. This research includes questions. How to plan, implement, and evaluate Islamic boarding school-based character education in PAI learning.The implementation of character education in Islamic religious education learning at pesantren-based schools at SMK Al-Mahrusiyah is carried out in the planning stage by making a syllabus and lesson plans by inserting character values ​​in each learning material. The implementation is by integrating character values ​​into all PAI materials. Then an evaluation is held to assess the child's character. carried out include tests and non-tests. Evaluation by means of tests to determine the extent of cognitive abilities. while the non-test evaluation is assessed from the daily lives of students.

Abstract

The Jet Tempur curriculum is a guideline or tool to achieve a goal in carrying out salaf education learning at the Qiro'atil Qur'an Madrasa. The fighter jet learning is carried out for beginners to learn the Koran regarding learning the hijaiyah letters without harakat such as A, BA, TA sequences. The concept used by the Jet Fighter curriculum in memorizing the Qur'an is aimed at how teachers carry out the mentoring process for students who memorize the Qur'an. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. His findings reveal that the application of the Jet Fighter curriculum is more focused on improving reading and introducing the science of recitation to students, as well as the concept of the Jet Fighter curriculum to improve the quality of students' memorization using the Muroja'ah, Qiro'ati, and Sorogan methods

Abstract

One of the keys to educational institutions is the curriculum. The better and superior and tested the quality of learning delivered by teachers or lecturers will also be. Of course, this curriculum cannot run optimally without the support of adequate resources. In this case, the hidden curriculum is one solution to increasing the quality and character of students. The role of the teacher accompanies application and implementation support, so it is hoped that superior education can be achieved. On that basis, the author will try to focus his research on uncovering the hidden curriculum of Islamic education and its urgency at Madrasah Diniyyah Haji Ya'qub Lirboyo Kediri. How are the situations and conditions in the madrasa and its implementation so that students can become individuals with character, think critically, independently, competitively, have a social spirit, and become creative and innovative advanced individuals? In this case, of course the role of the teacher will also be discussed, so that the writer knows; the extent to which the usatdz in Madrasah Diniyyah Haji Ya'qub play a role in educating and printing students according to expectations. Likewise, the involvement of Kyai and his family in guiding and motivating, and suggesting students in achieving and producing quality education.
