Abstract

Kelebihan berat badan merupakan suatu masalah yang cukup merisaukan di kalangan remaja awal. Kelebihan berat badan  pada kelompok remaja mempengaruhi perkembangan psikososialnya termasuk kepercayaan dirinya. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan berat badan berlebih, pemilihan makanan dengan kepercayaan diri pada pelajar SMA di kabupaten Lampung Timur. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA di Kabupaten Lampung Timur dengan perhitungan besar sampel 106 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan Kelebihan berat badan  pada remaja  di SMA Kabupaten Lampung Timur sebanyak  persentase 75%. Responden yang memiliki kepercayaan diri kurang baik dengan berat badan berlebih sebesar 66%. Kesimpulan Ada hubungan berat badan berlebih dengan kepercayaan diri dan Ada hubungan pemilihan makanan dengan berat badan berlebih.Kata kunci : Berat badan berlebih, Pemilihan makanan, Kepercayaan diri

Abstract

Football athletes need good physical fitness. Fulfillment of macronutrient intake and knowledge of nutrients is important to consider in helping to increase the level of physical fitness of athletes. The study used a cross sectional design with a sample of 39 athletes. Macronutrient intake was obtained from the 3x24 hour recall intake interview, nutrition knowledge data was obtained from filling out the questionnaire questions, physical fitness data was obtained from the VO2 max test, the Multistage Fitness Test. Data analysis used Bivariate Gamma test analysis in the Statistical Package for the Social Science program. The majority of carbohydrate intake is less (56.4%), adequate protein intake (51.3%), low fat intake (48.7%), moderate nutritional knowledge (51.3%) and moderate physical fitness (53.8%). Then the Bivariate test analysis showed that carbohydrate intake (p = 0.024) had a relationship with physical fitness level because the p value 0.05, while protein intake (p = 0.084), fat intake (p = 0.072), and nutritional knowledge (p = 0.072). 0.107) has no relationship with the level of physical fitness. Carbohydrate intake can affect the level of physical fitness of athletes, so it is necessary to provide adequate intake of other nutrients to improve athlete fitness.

Abstract

Quality hospital services will provide satisfaction to patients and are the starting point for building strong relationships for a long time. Patient satisfaction greatly impacts the number of hospital visits. This study aims to determine the factors related to the satisfaction level of nutrition services in inpatients. This study uses a quantitative research design. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 84 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling method. The data wascollected using a questionnaire. Data analysis used to test the relationship between twovariables was the chi square test. The results showed that 53.6% of patients were notsatisfied with the nutritional services provided by Pringsewu Hospital in Lampung. There isa significant relationship between food aroma (p-value = 0.036 OR = 2.872), food spices(p-value = 0.011 OR = 3.538), and food tenderness (p-value = 0.020 OR = 3,429) with thesatisfaction level of nutrition services on inpatients.

Abstract

AbstractThe maternal mortality rate due to bleeding is one of the causes of maternal mortality. Most cases of bleeding are caused by iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy caused by a lack of iron micronutrient intake that does not meet the nutritional adequacy figure. Giving supplements to pregnant women in the form of Fe tablets aims to prevent iron deficiency anemia. The level of awareness of pregnant women taking Fe supplements is determined by adequate knowledge about iron deficiency anemia and the benefits obtained from taking Fe supplements. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of pregnant women's knowledge about iron deficiency anemia and the benefits of Fe supplements during pregnancy. This research is descriptive using the Total Random Sampling technique. A total of 57 expectant mothers who gave birth in midwives' independent practice and met the participation criteria. The data obtained is in the form of frequency and converted into percentage, then analyzed based on characteristics and level of knowledge. The results of the research show that most of the respondents are 20 - 35 years old (70.2 %), high school educated (71.9 %), working mothers (78.9 %). Most pregnant women have sufficient knowledge about iron deficiency anemia (64.9 %) and have sufficient knowledge about Fe supplements (54.4 %). Respondents stated that they previously received counseling from health workers and information from social media. The conclusion of this research is that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about iron deficiency anemia and the benefits of Fe supplements is mostly adequate, namely 64.9% and 54.4% respectively. In order for the coverage of Fe tablets to increase, it is necessary to carry out proper nutrition education, especially for non-working mothers or housewives. AbstrakTingkat kematian ibu karena perdarahan merupakan satu di antara penyebab kematian ibu. Sebagian besar kasus perdarahan diakibatkan oleh anemia defisiensi besi pada kehamilan yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan asupan mikronutrien besi yang tidak memenuhi angka kecukupan gizi. Pemberian suplemen pada ibu hamil berupa tablet Fe bertujuan untuk mencegah anemia defisiensi besi. Tingkat kesadaran ibu hamil mengonsumsi suplemen Fe ditentukan oleh pengetahuan yang memadai tentang anemia defisiensi besi dan manfaat yang diperoleh dari mengonsumsi suplemen Fe. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia defisiensi besi dan manfaat suplemen Fe selama masa kehamilan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif menggunakan teknik Total Random Sampling. Sebanyak 57 ibu hamil aterm yang melahirkan di praktik mandiri bidan dan memenuhi kriteria partisipasi. Data yang diperoleh berupa frekuensi dan dikonversi persentase, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan karakteristik dan tingkat pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responder berumur 20 - 35 tahun (70,2 %), pendidikan SMA (71,9 %), ibu bekerja (78,9 %). Sebagian besar ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang anemia defisiensi besi (64,9 %) dan memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang suplemen Fe (54,4 %). Responden menyatakan bahwa sebelumnya mendapatkan penyuluhan dari tenaga kesehatan dan informasi dari media sosial. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia defisiensi besi dan manfaat suplemen Fe sebagian besar kategori cukup yakni 64,9 % dan 54,4 % secara berturut-turut. Agar cakupan pemberian tablet Fe semakin tinggi maka perlu dilakukan pendidikan nutrisi secara tepat, terutama pada ibu yang tidak bekerja atau ibu rumah tangga.

Abstract

 AbstractGrowth and development of each child is different, some are fast or slow, because in the process of growth and development there are several aspects that affect, including the talent factor (genetic), environment (nutrition and ways of care), and convergence (a combination of talent and environment ). This study intends to investigate whether the determinants of Stunting events in school children and their effects on learning achievement. The design of this study is analytical research with the Cross Sectional Study design. Measurements were made on the independent variables (mother's education, mother's knowledge, mother's occupation, number of family members, family income and energy consumption and protein of school children) and the dependent variables (stiunting events and learning achievement) at the same time. The population is all children in grades II to VI, SDN 09 Nanggalo, with 332 children. From the results of statistical tests it is known that there is a relationship between student achievement with stunting

Abstract

Kepedulian terhadap label gizi di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, rekomendasi untuk membaca label gizi tercantum dalam sepuluh pedoman gizi seimbang yang wajib diterapkan untuk mencegah dampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kebiasaan membaca label gizi adalah paparan media informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan keterpaparan informasi media dengan kebiasaan membaca label gizi produk di SMA Widya Nusantara Bekasi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2022, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 121 subjek. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi-square (p0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 60,9% subjek pernah terpapar media informasi dengan kebiasaan selalu membaca label nutrisi produk makanan, dengan nilai p (0,002) dan OR (3,203). Variabel keterpaparan media informasi memiliki hubungan dengan kebiasaan membaca label nutrisi dan ketika seseorang telah terpapar media informasi akan ada peluang 3,203 kali untuk selalu membaca label nutrisi.

Abstract

AbstractTo overcome health problems need to be done improve peoples eating habits that is by diversification and substitution of food with food that is easily available and rich in nutrients. Soybean flour is a good food to be used as an additional ingredient in the manufacture of brownies rich in protein. The pupose of this study was to determine the effect of soybean meal substitution on organoleptic quality and macro brownies nutritional content as an alternative snack for children with low protein energy. This research is an experimental research using a complate randomized design consisting of four treatments and one repeatation. The analysis of variance to see the diference of treatment groups. If the result are significantly different then proceed with duncan test new multiple range test. This study was conducted from january to may 2018 and the observations made were subjectively subjected to organoleptic quality test with a panelist of approximately 25 children from the age of 3-10 years.The results showed that brownies (substitution of 10g soy flour) were the most preferrred brownies with a panelist of energy 409,42 kkal, carbohydrate 48,01%, protein 3,45%, fat 22,62%, and 25,92% moisture content. Abstract

Nutritional problems in Indonesia that need attention are undernutrition and overnutrition (double burden). In Indonesia, malnutrition is still the most common case and often occurs in  under five children. Malnutrition has a significant impact on a health status. The data showed the prevalence of under-five children with sever wasted, wasted, and overweight in Indonesia were 3.9%, 13.8%, and 3.1%, respectively. Malnutrition problems in Lampung Province were under five children with sever wasted of 3.1%, wasted of 12.8%, and overweight of 2.8%. Malnutrition of under five children cases in Bandar Lampung City were found to be 3.02% of severe wasted and 13.07% of wasted. The data illustrates that the cases of under five children with malnutrition both nationally and locally are still high. Wasted was caused by many factors including nutrition, infectious diseases, and social factors. Undernutrition on under five children if not immediately intervened properly shall provided a great opportunity for children's nutritional status to fall into a worse condition, namely severe wasted, and so on will be a manifestation of stunting in under five children. Abstract

Pola hidup sehat aktif dan produktif perlu diterapkan pada setiap daur kehidupan pedoman gizi seimbang yang ada di Indonesia merumuskan 4 pilar dalam menerapkan gizi seimbang. Keempat pilar tersebut diantaranya adalah keberagaman pangan, membiasakan perilaku hidup bersih, melakukan aktivitas fisik secara teratur, serta pemantauan berat badan. Penerapan aktivitas fisik dapat dicapai dengan diterapkannya pedoman gizi seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi seimbang dan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap aktivitas fisik pada remaja SMA Tunas Jakasampurna Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan desain cross- sectional. Sampel penelitian ialah siswa SMA Tunas Jakasampurna Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tentang pengetahuan gizi seimbang, pengaruh teman sebaya, serta aktivitas fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi seimbang dengan penerapan aktivitas fisik (p-value 0,0001), lalu terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap penerapan aktivitas fisik (p-value 0,0001). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi seimbang dan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap penerapan aktivitas fisik pada remaja di SMA Tunas Jakasampurna Bekasi.

Abstract

The nutritional intake of pregnant women is an important factor both for the fulfillment of nutrition for pregnant women or for the growth and development of the fetus in the womb. In fact, it can reduce the risk of chronic disease in children in the future. The body will go through many physical and hormonal changes during pregnancy. The nutritional needs in question are not in terms of meal portions, but more than that, such as micronutrients and macronutrients, to support the health of pregnant women and fetuses. The need for each type of nutrition during pregnancy is certainly different from the nutritional needs when not pregnant. During pregnancy, you need an additional 300 calories, especially in the second and third trimesters. The daily needs of pregnant women are 1000-1200 milligrams of calcium, 600-800 micrograms of folate, and 27 milligrams of iron (Levine et al., 2018).                    Descriptive research method aims to get an accurate picture of a number of characteristics of the problem under study, namely to see the frequency distribution of each variable. The population in this study were all pregnant women who had their pregnancy checked at BPM Sri Rezeki Rawa Laut Bandar Lampung in June - July 2020.                    Samples were taken as many as 94 people using a large sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. The data collection instrument in this study was a questionnaire containing questions about the knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of folic acid. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is univariate data analysis.                    The conclusion is that the overall knowledge of pregnant women about folic acid consumption shows that as many as 8 respondents (8.51%) have good knowledge, 37 respondents (39.36%) have sufficient knowledge, and 49 respondents (52.13%) have less knowledge.                    The participation of health workers in every pregnant woman who performs a pregnancy check can be given counseling about the consumption of folic acid so that it can increase the knowledge of the pregnant woman.
