Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role, especially in expanding employment, increasing community income so that they can become drivers of development and economic growth. The slow development of MSMEs is caused by low levels of financial literacy and lack of innovation, causing the welfare of MSMEs or the community to decline. The research method used is a literature review approach to analyze various information and data that are quantitative and qualitative in nature, especially in articles published in national journals. The results showed that the development of innovation and Islamic financial literacy in Indonesia is characterized by three main things, namely; (1) The growth of the Islamic Financial Market along with the growth of Islamic financial institutions in the midst of society, (2) The growing Islamic financial literacy achieved by increasing the knowledge, skills and confidence of the community so that they are able to carry out financial management wisely and efficiently, (3) The development of Islamic financial fintech.

Abstract

This research was conducted from the background of fluctuating movements in ISSI prices due to macroeconomic influences, namely inflation and interest rates. Against this background, the purpose of the study is to examine the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) Price for 2018 – 2022 in terms of Inflation, The Fed Rate, and BI Rate. The research method used quantitative with secondary data. Data on Inflation, FED Rate, BI Rate and ISSI Share Price from 2018-2022 are obtained from the official website of related variables. Data is processed with the help of IBM SPSS 26 use multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of data analysis prove that simultaneously variables of Inflation, FED Rate, and BI Rate significantly affect ISSI Price. The results of the t partially test, give the result that Inflation doesn't significantly affect the ISSI Price. Different results on variable interest rates, significant positive FED Rate and significant negative BI Rate affect the ISSI Price. This can be interpreted that interest rates are still an important reference used by investors for make their decision. The results of this research in the future will hopefully be useful for investors as an additional consideration in deciding to invest in Islamic stocks incorporated in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI).

Abstract

This research intends to increase the competitiveness of export products on the free market in Islamic economic development. This study uses a systematic literature review method. The data source for this research comes from journals and other literature related to direct marketing. The findings in this literature review study conclude that the realization of free trade tends to encourage each country to fully specialize in the production of goods that have a comparative advantage for that country. The readiness of a country in globalization depends on how the country encourages the products it produces to have a comparative advantage. With comparative advantage, competitive products will be produced in the global market. In addition, with the growth of world trade areas, which tend to form trading blocs in almost all continents, adding to the globalization of trade in the world today. Economic globalization is the expansion of global markets where global resources in production and marketing are no longer limited by geographic boundaries of countries. In fact, globalization covers a wider field, including the influence of politics, technology and culture. The role of the market becomes more important in creating economic conditions than the government. Countries can have a way that is considered most appropriate, but it is market policy that will be directly related to global markets. Companies and other forms of organization are no longer limited by national territory, the world has truly become one global "village".

Abstract

The title of this research is the practice of buying and selling fish in the perspective of sharia law and business (case study at the TPI market, Sumber Jaya Village). The population in the study took the market head, traders, and buyers. The sample of this research is Bengkulu City TPI market traders. This research is qualitative research, the data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, where researchers in addition to processing and presenting data, also analyze the qualitative data. The practice of buying and selling fish at the TPI market in Sumber Jaya Village is an indicator of the value of awareness between sellers and buyers respecting each other's rights and obligations. The result of this research identifies an opportunity for the implementation of buying and selling in the perspective of sharia law and business in exchange activities or buying and selling in the TPI market, because the majority of respondents think that it is important to implement buying and selling Islamically or in the perspective of sharia law and business. Although in theory they do not understand it, normatively they implement Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to increase knowledge and can be used as a reference to add references related to the topic presented, namely Business Ethics in Islam. The method used is a qualitative method using a literature study approach. In researching this article, the author conducted a literature study by looking for various written sources such as books, archives, articles, scientific journals, and documents that are relevant to the discussion being discussed, namely business ethics in an Islamic perspective. Supporting activities carried out to determine the literature review in this study include reading, searching, and analyzing expert opinions and library materials that contain theories related to the discussion articles. Ethics in business is very necessary for an entrepreneur in running his business. In Islam it has also been explained that ethics is one of the important things and is very helpful in improving the performance of a business as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Therefore, as Muslims are required to apply Islamic business ethics in doing business.

Abstract

Human life can never be separated from binding values, rules and norms. In this life, humans show their ethics, morals and also their manners in socializing. Ethics are very important for all areas of human life, including in business. Islam as a religion that is very concerned about its people has also provided clear rules regarding ethics, morals and manners. The purpose of this paper is to discuss Ethics in Islam. Ethics in language is the science of what is bad and about moral rights and obligations. Ethics also means the values of right and wrong that a person holds. Ethics means manners or social behavior. The basic meaning of ethics is ethos (Greek).Ethics is part of the science of philosophy. Ethics is often equated with ethics and morals, but many experts also distinguish between the two.The method of this writing is the Lebrary Riseach method. In this paper the author discusses the definition of ethics, the urgency of ethics, factors that influence ethics, the Koran and hadith in ethics.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled legal protection for the journalist profession by raising several issues including the following: (a) abuse or physical violence against journalists who are carrying out their duties, (b) deletion, falsification of news reports produced by journalists, (c) intimidation or pressure on journalists to stop or limit the delivery of news or reports relating to the public interest, (d) prohibiting access or blocking journalists from gathering information or covering an event. Based on the main points calculated in the background, the researcher can analyze it to determine the formulation of the problem as follows what are the forms of criminalization of journalists' rights of profession and the legal protection of the rights of journalists who are criminalized by other parties. The research methods as researchers in a scientific or scientific way to get a discussion of theoretical studies. This research method consists of: (1) The type of research method used in this writing is the normative legal research method. (2) descriptive approach (3) and sources of legal materials consisting of secondary, primary and tertiary sources of legal materials, then also processing of legal materials and analysis of legal materials. Then the literature review section consists of (1) an overview of previous research, (2) an overview of journalists and the press, (3) an overview of legal protection, (4) an overview of victims. This literature review serves as a theoretical basis in outline so that it can complete the discussion and theory sections which consist of: (1) Forms of criminalization of the rights of the journalist profession, (2) Legal protection of the journalist profession which is criminalized by other parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work ethics, and competence on employee performance at LPP RRI Surabaya. This research was conducted at Radio Republik Indonesia Surabaya (RRI Surabaya), which is a radio station owned by LPP Radio Republik Indonesia in Surabaya City, East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach to see the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, this study applies samples and hypotheses. The sample applied was 50 employees of LPP RRI Surabaya using the saturated sampling technique method. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression including test instrument validity and reliability tests. In testing the hypothesis apply a partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the study show that organizational culture partially does not have a significant effect on the performance of LPP RRI Surabaya employees, work ethics have a significant effect on the performance of LPP RRI Surabaya employees, and competence has a significant effect on the performance of LPP RRI Surabaya employees. Simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, work ethics, and competence have a significant influence on employee performance at LPP RRI Surabaya.

Abstract

The development of the times makes everything no longer need to be done manually. This provides convenience to all parties in doing work, including traffic police. Nowadays, the police no longer need to ticket traffic violators directly. The police can simply give an e-ticket to the offender. E-tickets are the application of tickets that only use photographic evidence on cellphones. This research examines the implementation of e-ticketing in traffic violation court hearings in Denpasar City and the legal consequences arising from the use of e-ticketing. Using a normative-empirical legal approach, this study analyzes the system of traffic violation enforcement using Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) and the implementation of e-ticketing in court hearings. The findings show that e-ticketing has successfully improved the effectiveness of law enforcement and compliance with traffic regulations. The sanctions imposed on violators are based on applicable laws, including fines and administrative measures. This research also highlights the importance of professional and non-discriminatory law enforcement, as well as public awareness of the importance of traffic safety.
