Abstract

PT. Hijau Solusi Utama is a company engaged in the management of inorganic waste and used cooking oil. Used cooking oil is waste oil that comes from types of cooking oil such as corn oil, vegetable oil, and so on. This oil is generally used for household needs, can be reused for culinary purposes. The problem that occurs at this time is that there are still a lot of used cooking oil bank savings data that use a manual system (In inputting data the user still uses a passbook and for pick-up requests he still uses via whatsapp to the admin) and data collection of used cooking oil savings still occurs invalid data between admins and the collection of used cooking oil as well as the lack of use of web-based technology used by PT. Hijau Solusi Utama for managing cooking oil bank savings. There are several methods used in this research, namely the observation method, interview method, and literature study. In addition, in developing the application system using the waterfall method, a system development method where one phase to another is carried out sequentially. The result of this research is in the form of a cooking oil bank savings system. Admins can easily input used cooking oil savings data and officers can easily pick up used cooking oil by using a QR Code scan. Users can also easily make requests to pick up used cooking oil and withdraw savings from used cooking oil. This system was developed using PHP Native programming language, MYSQL database as data storage and XAMPP server application.

Abstract

Every Foreigner who will enter, cross in and out of the Indonesian Territory, as well as be and have activities in Indonesia, must follow and comply with all laws and regulations of the State of Indonesia. PT. Puri Jaya is a company engaged in providing immigration document licensing services for foreign nationals who need legal documents to stay in Indonesia. At this time PT. Puri Jaya is not widely known by foreigners, because it does not yet have an information system in the form of a website. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based information system for permitting foreigners to stay in Indonesia in order to provide better services. The application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and structured analysis modeling, this system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the system can provide convenience in order to find out the requirements for residence permits for foreign citizens, input foreigner data, upload passports, verify foreigner data by admin, visit stay permits, limited stay permits quickly and effectively.

Abstract

Power cleaner is a homemade product where this power cleaner aims to clean areas that are difficult to clean, previously this power cleaner product has been marketed through door to door only with a very small scope and also with the existence of marketplaces such as shopee, tokopedia that encourage this cleaning power product to marketed through e-commerce, but with the policy of the Indonesian government on increasing taxes, it greatly affects the turnover and price of the power cleaner product which makes purchasing power weak, which is where the admin costs of the buying and selling process on e-commerce are relatively high. In this study, data collection was carried out in several stages starting from literature study, field study using observation, interviews, and similar literature studies. The development methodology used in the manufacture of this system is prototype development. And tested using the blackbox test method and a questionnaire. After revealing and knowing the system that is running, the proposed problem solver on the system will be made an e-commerce application design system for power cleaner products that can assist in managing data on products sold. Based on the results of implementation and testing, it can be concluded that the implementation of the prototype method in the design of e-commerce as a buying and selling platform for power cleaner products greatly increases productivity and independence in entrepreneurship in order to create a product that has high purchasing power and is known to the wider community.

Abstract

CV Bahri Berkah Jaya merupakan supplier daging sapi dan daging domba export maupun import. Perusahaan ini telah berdiri sejak 24 Oktober tahun 2016 di Kabupaten Bogor.Sebelum nya Cv Berkah Jaya menggunakan aplikasi Jurnal.id secara berabayar sebesar Rp 149.000/Bulan untuk mendata semua kegiatan baik keuangan, jual beli barang maupun menyimpan data untuk stok. Biaya yang cukup besar untuk pemindahan kantor yang sebelum nya di Puri Pamulang membebankan keuangan perusahaan untuk meneruskan biaya langganan Aplikasi Jurnal.id. Dan saat ini CV Bahri Jaya kembali menggunakan cara manual untuk mencatat kegiatan keuangan, data baran, maupun jual beli barang dagang. Penggunaan cara ini kurang efektif dalam mengelola data dalam perusahaan karena segala potensi seperti kehilangan buku catatan untuk mendata data perusahaan. Hal ini diraskan oleh staff-staff perusahaan yang harus mencari satu persatu halaman ketika mencari riwayat transaksi. Dan hal ini merugikan perusahaan dari segi kualitas pelayanan kepada customer ketika trafik penjualan sedang tinggi-tinggi nya. Dilihat dari uraian di atas maka kami putuskan untuk membuat Perancangan Sistem Aplikasi Point Of Sales (POS) yang merupakan sistem yang mengacu pada hasil riwayat transaksi penjualan dan pembelian barang dagan dan informasi ketersediaan barang dagang. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki 4 metode penelitian yang dibagi atas 2 jenis. Yang pertama pengumpulan data yang menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka, yang kedua yaitu Metode Perancangan Sistem yang menggunakan Met ode Waterfall. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah. Cv Bahri Berkah Jaya masih menggunakan tekhnologi manual berupa pencatatan dan memerlukan aplikasi pencatatan transaksi yang handal seperti Aplikasi Point Of Sales yanng dapat memudahkan pencatatan dalam bertransaksi dan laporan kepada atasan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is a fairly dangerous disease due to various triggering factors and symptoms that appear including runny nose, fever, cough, sore throat and others. The public also ignores the symptoms that occur and does not check with the doctor because they think the disease is a disgrace so that many people with Covid-19 are in a worse condition and cause death. Researchers also have an idea to implement an Expert System Application using the Web-Based Naïve Bayes Method on Facebook Media for the Analysis of Indications of the Omicron variant of the Covid-19 Virus in Indonesia with the aim of making it easier for people to diagnose diseases and recognize the symptoms of covid-19. This expert system uses the nave Bayes method which is a method for predicting the chance of the occurrence of covid-19 disease based on a weight that has been determined by an expert. This study uses the waterfall model as a guide for designing an expert system and to facilitate program development on an expert system. The results of this study obtained an expert system for analyzing indications of covid-19 disease with a web-based nave Bayes method that makes it easy for lay people and experts to make it easier to get treatment for early actions when diagnosed with the omicron variant of covid-19 It was concluded that there was a relationship between the level of ignorance and the frequency with which facilities to support facilities and understanding of covid-19 existed, so with the application of the expert system that was made, hopefully it can help the community to simplify and understand about covid-19.

Abstract

The determination of outstanding teachers at Mathla'ul Huda Lumpang Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has been carried out every year. Determination of outstanding teachers is very important to improve the quality of human resources in the progress of Mathla'ul Huda Lumpang Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In this activity, the determination of outstanding teachers is still considered subjective, because it is only based on personal opinion and not based on certain criteria. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The Weight Product (WP) method is a decision-making method using multiplication to connect criterion values, where the value for each criterion must be raised to the first power of the criterion's weight. Meanwhile, the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method uses the principle method that the chosen alternative must have the longest (farthest) distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the relative proximity of the alternatives. The three methods, namely the Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) technique, Weight Product (WP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) can assist in the process of determining which teachers will recommend results based on predetermined main criteria.

Abstract

Schools play an important role in advancing the quality of education in Indonesia, one of the efforts being made is to utilize information technology. an award system for the best students in the school environment is a good strategy in fostering students' motivation to study and excel in both academic and non-academic fields. This research aims to help the school, such as the principal and the teachers who teach in determining the best students in school. In determining student achivement a decision support system will be made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the Weighted Product (WP) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).To determine outstanding students there are 5 criteria, namely Discipline, Morals, Highest Report Card Score, Absence, and Extracurricular Value with 5 alternatives and 5 weights for each criterion. Based on the results of analyzing and processing the data, different rankings are produced for each method, even so there are still some things that produce the same data, such as the three methods which produce the same 1st and 2nd rankings. The resulting ranking equation is triggered by the influence of alternative performance scores, and the weight value of the criteria applied to each method.

Abstract

In the application system there are some bugs or errors in the making. Therefore it is necessary to test the application so that it runs properly and checks whether a program is running properly. The application aims to evaluate whether a software is functioning as it should or there are still some program errors that must be corrected so that the quality of the software is said to be good. The methods that are used for testing include Blackbox testing which is often used by testers to study whether the program is synchronized or not. In this article the software that will be studied uses Blackbox Testing to test a web-based attendance application system at PT Sigma Cipta Utama. There are several methods in Blackbox Testing, one of which is using the Equivalence Partitions technique, which means testing based on input in each form in the Petgram mobile software, where there are the required results and the actual results together with successful or failed conclusions. Each input presentation will be tested and grouped according to its use, whether it is valid or invalid. So it is hoped that using this test is the quality of the software produced according to the expected functions, and can provide profits for the company.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is an important thing in a company, store and so on, therefore Inventory can manage the stock of goods in the warehouse to be sold to consumers. PT Mandiri Murni Sejati is a business engaged in the furniture sector, this company requires an inventory information system to help collect more accurate inventory of goods. Therefore, the author tries to make a thesis regarding the inventory stock of goods at PT. Mandiri Pure True that has not been computerized. Data collection of goods stock at PT. Mandiri Murni Sejati still uses a manual system, with a system that is still manual, there is a risk of stockpiling of goods or not synchronizing between data and incoming or outgoing goods. The Design and Build of the Market Basket Analysis application uses the Apriori Algorithm method to run well in accordance with the concepts and designs that have been designed. The purpose of this research is to dig up information and analyze Data Mining and to find out the rules of association of items from the sales transaction data of PT. Mandiri Murni Sejati so as to get more information that can be used for layout decisions and planning for the availability of goods at PT. True Pure Independent. The results of this study indicate that the Market Basket Analysis application with the a priori algorithm method can be used to facilitate the transaction process and the inventory of goods available properly so that it can be used to facilitate the manager or the user. With this inventory information system, it can assist in recording and checking product inventory, and also facilitates sales regarding availability when meeting consumers.

Abstract

In Indonesia the amount of coffee consumption is increasing, especially among teenagers. Many teenagers, especially in Depok, drink coffee almost every day at their favorite coffee shop. Unfortunatly these habits lead to a consumptive lifestyle. The purpose of this research is to describe the coffee shop trend among teenagers in Depok. The theory used in this study is the phenomenological theory. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological perspective. The results of this study indicate that the existence of coffee shops is popular with young consumers, due to the convenience of the place, the concept provided by the coffee shop owner, and affordable prices.
