<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence from information technology, task technology fit and transfer of knowledge on HR performance. This research takes the object of PT.Pungkook One Indonesia which is located in Grobogan, which has a total of 100 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique using random sampling as well as to facilitate researchers in selecting respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the study found that there was a significant effect of information technology on the performance of generation X human resources, there was a positive and significant effect of Task Technology Fit (TTF) on the performance of generation X human resources. And there was a significant effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of generation X human resources.]]>

This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Problem factors that become obstacles in work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision, competence and work experience on work productivity at PT. Scancom New Zealand. The study sample was 156 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of supervisory variables on work productivity, there was a significant influence of competency variables on work productivity and there was a significant influence of work experience variables on work productivity. As well as the results of the test of the three independent variables on the dependent variables that there is a significant influence between the three variables on the independent variables silmultaneously (together). The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value from the Adjusted R Square of 0.635 or 63.50% this can be interpreted to mean that Supervision, Competence and Work Experience can explain Work Productivity. While the remaining 36.50% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the results of an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and work environment on organizational commitment through satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with sampling or data sources using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% as a processing tool to measure sample size because it is known that the population is more than 100 respondents. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. While testing the hypothesis using the R square test, path analysis test, model fit test. The results of research on PT Solusindo Kreasi Jayatech employees using the SmartPLS 3 calculator and with quantitative research methods, it can be seen that organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on organizational warnings, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and DER on profit growth in insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling method with data from 7 insurance companies. This research is quantitative, which is research presented in the form of numbers and statistics. In determining the accuracy of the model that needs to be done is analyzing financial data, then testing several classical assumptions underlying the regression model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using Eviews software version 12.0. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a simultaneous positive effect on earnings growth, while ROE and DER have no significant effect simultaneously on earnings growth. The suggestion in this study is that there is a need to improve the company's financial performance in order to increase company profits so that company prices can increase.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the digital media frequently used by business practitioners for promotion is Instagram. Instagram is utilized as a promotional medium due to its more appealing interface compared to Facebook or Twitter. Instagram is an application for capturing, editing, and sharing photos within the Instagram user community. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. Research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed randomly to 99 respondents who were followers of the "Fanaya Catering" social media account. The research results indicate that the use of social media has a positive impact on increasing the sales revenue of catering products.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.]]>

<![CDATA[The joint stock price index (IHSG) as a benchmark for the progress of the capital market in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Macro Variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2010 to 2021. The macro variables used were Inflation, Economic Growth, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI or 7 Day Repo Rate against the JCI. The number of years in the sample is 12 years, from 2010 to 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. The conclusion is that gold price and Lq45 has significant effect on the JCI, while the others macro variable, have no significant effect on the JCI. Simultaneously, all macro variables have a significant effect on the JCI.]]>
