Abstract

Selama ini dunia perbankan belum menemukan titik puncak yang membuat pelayanan maksimal dan efisien, dikarenakan masih sering dijumpai juga bahwa pada saat transaksi di bank antrian masih mengular. Dikarenakan masih banyak juga nasabah atau pelanggan yang masih belum tahu tentang perbankan elektronik yang sebenarnya dapat membantu nasabah dalam bertransaksi, seperti mobile banking, internet banking, dll. Dan masih jarang juga Bank buka pada saat hari libur, karena masyarakat masih membutuhkan pelayanan perbankan yang dimana hari libur adalah kesempatan bagi mereka untuk bertransaksi secara maksimal. Sehingga banyak dari nasabah/pelanggan belum mendapatkan pelayanan maksimal dari bank dimana tempat mereka untuk bertransaksi.

Abstract

Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi tuntunan pada dunia perbankan agar beroperasi lebih berhati-hati dalam ruang lingkup perkebangan kegiatan usaha dan operasional perbankan yang semakin pesat. Bank harus mengelola berbagai jenis resiko keuangan secara efektif, salah satunya resiko kredit macet yang sering di alami oleh dunia perbankan, agar dampak negatif kerugian kredit dapat diminimalisir. Dampak negatif yang terjadi menimbulkan kerugian besar terjadi karena akibat sistem pengendalian internal tidak dilakukan secara baik dan efisien. Disinilah perlunya bank menetapkan sistem pengendalian iternal yang merupakan suatu proses dimana Bank secara metodik menghubungkan resiko kredit yang melekat pada kegiatan dengan tujuan untuk mempertahankan dan memperbesar keuntungan dari setiap aktifitas dan lintas portofolio dari semua kegiatan

Abstract

Penegakan hukum di dalam sistem peradilan pidana bertujuan untuk menanggulagi setiap kejahatan. Sistem peradilan pidana adalah sistem dalam suatu masyarakat untuk menanggulangi masalah kejahatan yang diartikan sebagai mengendalikan kejahatan agar berada dalam batas-batas toleransi masyarakat (Susanto, 2004). Hal ini dimaksudkan agar kehidupan masyarakat menjadi aman, tenteram dan terkendali dan masih dalam batas-batas toleransi masyarakat.

Abstract

One of the factors that will affect the company's survival is pricing. Price is a measure to be able to know how much the value of a good and service. The price also determines the success or failure of goods or services will be sold in the market, because the price is the value of an item expressed in units of money. In addition, the price is used as a benchmark or starting point for other pricing or price is a suggestion liaison between buyers and sellers. This means that prices are determined by demand and supply will be a product or service that has been customized.

Abstract

In this era of globalization and rapidly advancing technology, the level of competition in finding work and income is getting higher. This is due to a mismatch between the number of jobs available and the number of job seekers. Therefore, we cannot continue to depend on existing job vacancies, but there should be a desire within us to be self-employed. In addition, not all of the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have produced the desired output. One of the big challenges for SMEs is the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to manage the business effectively. It is necessary to strive for training that can provide the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to MSME owners so that they can optimize their business potential. This entrepreneurship training method uses two methods, namely training by providing material as well as discussion and question and answer. From the results of the implementation of this training program, the participants' responses were enthusiastic and positive. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants which is reflected in their active participation in the training. The participants also demonstrated their understanding of entrepreneurship which was strengthened by their ability to answer the mentor's questions.

Abstract

Kerta Village is one of the villages located in Gianyar Regency. Along with the development of Kerta Village, currently Kerta Village already has a Waste Management Site (TPS). However, waste management in Kerta Village is not yet optimal. People still like to throw garbage carelessly and do not know how to handle waste, especially household domestic waste. This zero waste-based waste management training was held at the Penyabangan Banjar Hall, Kerta Village, Payangan District, Gianyar with the target being teenagers. The material presented to partners includes socialization of the concept of zero waste in waste management, counseling and training on waste segregation, training and demonstrations on making eco enzymes, and ends with a discussion or question and answer session. Waste management training activities for youth groups in Kerta Village were successfully carried out smoothly and were able to increase youth knowledge about waste management. Through this activity, youth are expected to become agents of change in creating a healthy and environment caring society that is sustainable.

Abstract

Suwung Garbage Landfill is the largest landfill in Bali with a land area of 32.48 hectares. Scavengers are a profession that is prone to skin diseases. Previous observational studies concluded that most of scavengers at the landfill had complaints of skin disease which might be caused by the scavengers’ low knowledge of personal hygiene. This community service was carried out in January-February 2023, starting with interview and dialogue with the Suwung Landfill manager, transfer the science and technology, and evaluate the activities. The activities carried out included: counselling on skin diseases and their prevention, socialization of personal protective equipment (PPE), demonstration and exercise 7 steps of hand washing, and providing personal hygiene and PPE assistance. The entire series of activities was attended by 20 scavengers with active participation. The results of posttest using 10 multiple choice questions showed that all participants were able to score more than 70. Through this community service, it is hoped that scavengers will be able to increase their awareness regarding of skin disease and be able to take appropriate precautions

Abstract

At every vocational school in Indonesia it aims to prepare students to work in a particular field. One of it is a culinary expertise program where students are required to have good knowledge and skills in preparing, cooking and serving ready-to-eat food as well as being entrepreneurial and competitive in working world. To support student skills so that later they can help produce graduates who are ready to work independently in the culinary field in terms of product marketing, it requires graphic design and content training publication. Training on the use of graphic design platforms and publication content with the Canva application as a supporting medium in increasing sales to students Culinary Vocational is one of the skills needed by students culinary vocational school at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin to grow the soul the entrepreneurs. One of the best Graphic Design and Content Publication Platforms accessible for free and easy to use is the Canva App. So that this training can be received and used by students later, good while still in school or when graduating from school, then for the method training in community service is to utilize the module that directly made using the Canva application and direct practice using Canva via Android or PC that can be used. At this training accompanied by three community service team members and two members from student. It is hoped that there will be training in the use of graphic design platforms and the content of this publication can improve skills and grow the soul entrepreneur students so that they can always compete in the world of work later.

Abstract

Teori ini menjelaskan tentang adanya tingkat pengangguran dalam terhadap relevansi tingkat tengan kerja yang mengalami sebuah wacana dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat yang menimbulkan jumlah penduduk miskin terbanyak dalam mengatasi adanya pemberataskan kemiskinan dalam relevasi tenaga kerja ini sebagai tingkat pertumbuhan dalam membangun manusia dalam makro ekonomi yang cukup kuat selama lebih dari satu dekade ini secara berlahan telah mampu menurunkan angka pengangguran di Indonesia. Namun, dengan kira-kira dua juta penduduk Indonesia yang tiap tahunnya terjun ke dunia kerja, adalah tantangan yang sangat besar buat pemerintah Indonesia untuk menstimulasi penciptaan lahan kerja baru supaya pasar kerja dapat menyerap para pencari kerja yang tiap tahunnya terus bertambah; pengangguran muda (kebanyakan adalah mereka yang baru lulus kuliah) adalah salah satu kekhawatiran utama dan butuh adanya tindakan yang cepat. Dengan jumlah total penduduk di Indonesia dalam terjadinya permasalahan perekonomian menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sensitif dalam kehidupan masyarakat, karena dengan adanya gangguan dalam perekonomian secara otomatis masyarakat merasakan kesulitan dalam menjalankan kehidupan serta akan berdampak atau memicu permasalahan lainnya, seperti kesehatan, sosial dan lain sebagainya. Dengan demikian, masyarakat memprioritaskan memenuhi kebutuhan primer kemudian kebutuhan sekunder dengan menggunakan prinsip berbasis ilmu ekonomi. Isu-isu penting (yang merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah) adalah penguatan sumber daya manusia Indonesia (sumber daya manusia mengacu pada pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan keterampilan seorang karyawan). Ini berarti bahwa investor lebih suka berinvestasi di negara lain (di mana kualitas pekerja lebih tinggi), sehingga menyebabkan hilangnya peluang dalam hal penciptaan lapangan kerja di Indonesia.
