<![CDATA[Dampak pandemi covid 19 pada tahun 2020 ini di Indonesia mulai merambah dunia pendidikan, pemerintah pusat hingga daerah memberikan kebijakan untuk meliburkan seluruh lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya mencegah meluasnya penularan virus corona. Diharapkan dengan seluruh lembaga pendidikan tidak melaksanakan aktivitas seperti biasanya, hal ini dapat meminimalisir menyebarnya penyakit covid 19 ini. Kebijakan di bidang pendidikan yang diambil oleh pemerintah terkait kasus COVID 19 yaitu : pembelajaran daring untuk anak sekolah. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Antam Tbk (UIBPEI) Pongkor. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 46 PT employees. Antam Tbk (UIBPEI) Pongkor, which was then processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.389, T-statistics 3.442 > 1.96, and P-value 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work discipline on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.602, T-statistics 5.503 > 1.96, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on work discipline with an original sample value of 0.841, T-statistics 6.757, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and work discipline. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation through work discipline on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.506, T-statistics 4.194 > 1.96, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation through work discipline on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama totaled 50 people, the samples used were 44 people taken using the slovin formula with a precision level of 5%. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and t and F hypothesis tests processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between training and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the effect of training on employee performance obtained a calculated t value of 6.503 > t table 2.020 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is a partial significant influence between training on employee performance, the results of the influence of work discipline on employee performance obtained a calculated t value of 5.550 > ttable 2.020 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is a partial significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, the results of the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance obtained a calculated F value of 24.829 > Ftable 3.22 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.5 so that it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between training and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence the variables of compensation and work discipline have on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 42 employees of PT. Canopus Konverta Industry in Sukahati Bogor Regency, processed with the Smart PLS 4.0 application with the SEM (structural equation modeling) analysis method. The results obtained from the effect of compensation on employee performance: significance with P values = 0.008 less than 0.05 with a hypothesis T value of 2.664 greater than 1.96 and (O = 0.292) means that there is a significant influence between compensation variables on employee performance. Work discipline on employee performance: significance with a value (O) = 0.675 and significant, with a P value = 0.000 less than 0.05, and a calculated T value of 6.223 greater than 1.96, which means that there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. The results obtained from the effect of the compensation variable on work discipline: significance with a P value = 0.000 less than 0.05, with a hypothesis T value of 11.752 greater than 1.96 and (O = 0.900), meaning that there is a significant influence between the compensation variables on work discipline variables. The results of the analysis of the compensation path through work discipline on employee performance: significance with a value where the calculated T value is 5.472 greater than 1.96, with a P value of 0.000 less than 0.05, and a value (O = 0.608), meaning that it shows the strength of influence and the nature of the relationship of exogenous to endogenous variables through work discipline are stated to be moderate.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of the research is to find out whether the variety of store products and services can influence customer satisfaction both directly and indirectly so that it can provide added value and provide information needs in improving the quality of everything offered by the Alizah Mart Sengkang Store. The population of this research is all customers who carry out purchasing activities at the Alizah Mart Sengkang Store. The total sample was 64 people. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and direct interviews. Data collection methods used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research results show that the constant coefficient value is 1.849, while the value of the product diversity regression coefficient is 0.323 and the store service regression coefficient is 0.587, so the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 1.849 + 0.323X1 + 0.587X2. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that t calculated from product diversity is 2.263 > t table 1.999, which means product diversity influences customer satisfaction, and t calculated from store service is 5.120 > t table 1.999, which means store service influences customer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination were 50.1% and the product diversity correlation coefficient was 0.535, which means a moderate level of close relationship, while the store service correlation coefficient was 0.677, which means a strong level of close relationship.]]>

<![CDATA[Lifestyle is closely related to developments over time. Your own lifestyle is more likely to follow current trends. Along with the development of the era of globalization, it has a strong influence on all dimensions of people's lives. Lifestyle is a person's way of having values within themselves. They will make the right consumption choices based on their lifestyle behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of lifestyle and promotion on the decision to purchase an electric bicycle at Duta Elektronik Bima. The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased an electric bicycle at Duta Elektronik. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely using the criteria of people who had bought electric bicycles at Duta Elektronik stores and had been exposed to Duta Elektronik promotions. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and determination test. This research concludes that lifestyle and promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the implementation of assessment in the Independent Curriculum from an Islamic Religious Education perspective. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through library research methods. This research focuses on examining various types of literature such as books, notes, and previous research reports which reveal the implications of the independent learning policy for the development of assessments in the Independent Curriculum from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education. The main source of information in this study is the Freedom to Learn curriculum policy issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the secondary sources used include national and international journal articles, state laws, and other relevant sources to dig up information regarding the assessment development model in the Independent Curriculum from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education. The research results show that assessment in the Independent Learning Curriculum has an important role in ensuring the smooth learning process. This is done by the teacher or educator to identify the talents and interests of students, so that the teacher can prepare appropriate teaching. Assessment includes two types, namely cognitive diagnostic assessment and non-cognitive diagnostic assessment. In addition, there are two stages of assessment, namely formative assessment at the beginning and during the learning process, and summative assessment at the end of learning or semester. Islamic religious education and the independent learning approach have a close relationship. Research shows a significant link between the two, strengthening the relevance of Islamic education in the context of free learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the effect of savings and workload on the performance of PT Agung Wijaksana Utama Sakti employees in Jakarta. The method used by this researcher is a quantitative method using primary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Agung Wijaksana Utama Sakti in Jakarta with a total of 40 respondents. The results of data analysis using the SPSS Version 26 application, the data analysis method using correlation and regression, the results are as follows: Results of X1 for Y produce R = 485, Results of X2 for Y produce R = 259, Results of X1 and The partial hypothesis t test shows tcount = 3.423 > ttable = 1.685, meaning there is a relationship between improvement and performance. The partial hypothesis test is tcount = 1.782 > ttable = 1.685. This means that there is an influence between workload and performance. Hypothesis test Fcount = 6.574> Ftable = 3.25 then Ho is rejected (Ha is accepted), meaning that there is an influence between compensation and workload together on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of social assistance funds on the quality of poor people's houses through a house renovation program in Watallipue Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. The population in this study were all recipients of the house renovation program assistance in Watallipue Village. Sample A total of 50 people. Sampling used a sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. This research is about the role of social assistance funds on the quality of poor people's houses through a house renovation program in Watallipue Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency, using qualitative methods where data collection is carried out by interviews so as to dig deeper into social assistance funds and house quality. The results obtained in this research were that there was an improvement in the quality of people's houses from before the house renovation program was carried out. These places could be said to be uninhabitable due to leaking roofs and walls that leaked when it rained. However, after carrying out a house renovation program, the place became a place that was considered habitable.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and online customer reviews on buying interest in Scarlett skincare products for Shopee users. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using the Slovin formula. The sample used was 90 respondents. The testing tool used is SPSS v25 software. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate partially that the price and online customer review variables have a significant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously, the price and online customer review variables have a significant effect on purchase intention, In addition, the coefficient of determination shows that the effect of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.437 = 43.7% and the remaining 56.3% is influenced by variables outside the model studied.]]>
