Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan kue tradisional jipang melalui analisis situasi dengan menggunakan beberapa model seperti Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), Internal dan Eksternal ( IE), Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, Ancaman (SWOT) dan matriks SPACE. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Mei 2019 pada kelompok pengrajin kue Jipang di Antajaya Bogor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan beberapa pejabat dan pengrajin di daerah setempat. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode matriks IFAS, EFAS, IE, SWOT dan SPACE memberikan rekomendasi untuk merumuskan strategi yang agresif seperti packaging yang menarik dan pembuatan branding, promosi yang intens, penetrasi pasar dan penerapan sistem manajemen yang baik.The main objective of this research is to find the alternative strategy that can be applied in developing jipang traditional cakes through a situation analysis using several models like the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), Internal and External (IE), Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) and SPACE matrices. The study was conducted from March to May 2019 in the Jipang cake craftsmen group in the Antajaya Bogor. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through observation and interviews with several officials and craftsmen in the local area.  Secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The results of the analysis using IFAS, EFAS, IE, SWOT and SPACE matrices methods give recommendations to formulate an aggressive strategy such as attractive packaging and branding creation, intense promotion, market penetration and implementing a good management system

Abstract

The objective of this research is to discover tahlilan value in the Muslim community. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Meanwhile, the sampling method used is purposive and data are collected in numerous ways including observation, in-dept-interview, and documentation. The result shows that social value in tahlilan encompasses aiding another individual through distributing food and beverage because when the tahlilan is held, food and beverage are provided to individual who attends tahlilan as well as tahlilan content social value because solidarity among the community is released where the family who undergoes sadness are visited by another person for prying and encourage as well as giving spirit to face grieving circumstances. Additionally, the person who visits tahlilan has the motivation or social motivation where as the person participates in Tahlilan in the public interest rather than individual, in another time when a person experiences the same condition, the community will conduct similar action person. It shows that there is social binding among the community to blend in Tahlilan because social relation which each person have to nurture instead of don’t participate in tahlilan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently happening has had a major impact on health, education and the economy, and has claimed many victims. The public must maintain their respective health so they are not exposed to the Covid-19 virus and stabilize their finances to survive. Infused water can be used as a business opportunity during a pandemic and helps people maintain endurance. This study aims to increase the knowledge of residents in Pemagarsari Village in opening business opportunities during the pandemic. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results showed that the residents were very enthusiastic in the socialization of infused water business opportunities and increased their knowledge about infused water.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate Housewife resilience for confronting COVID 19. The method used is ethnography because of research related to social community, culture and tradition. Data are collected through in-depth interview with the head of the neighbourhood unit and his housewife, documentation and observation. The sample is selected using a purposive sampling technique. The result is analysed through triangulation which is mixing some gathering data method. The result show that housewife confront to life perturbances because they have multiple tasks including work in the household and instructing kids for learning online. The other finding is housewife create resilience through creating and practising food recipes new. The method for food recipes new is studied by youtube and the internet. The other is to adjust nutrient for a family like they cook vegetable and giving vitamin C for family. The impact is family can achieve resilience because they were healthy family. It can be enhanced by social resilience where the household wife still builds social activity by way of wearing a mask and face shield for protecting self and family. The resilience also is encouraged by social capital like social bridging, the head of the neighbourhood unit as bridge socially among the member of societies to health officer and village officer. The purpose is to obtain updated information about COVID 19. Lastly, mutual visiting among of housewife have created resilience because they contribute money to support another housewife when they suffer from an ailment like COVID 19.

Abstract

Kue jipang merupakan salah satu kue tradisional yang rasanya enak, manis, sedikit asam danrenyah. Meskipun tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet, kue jipang dapat bertahan sampai dengan enambulan. Kue jipang kurang familiar di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja diantaranya dikarenakan bentuk dan rasanya yang kurang menarik serta keberadaannya sebagai jajanan pasar sulit ditemukan di toko-toko atau di warung-warung makanan. Biasanya kue ini hanya diproduksi jika ada moment khusus misalnya hari raya atau perayaan pernikahan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepadamasyarakat(PKM) ini adalah untuk memasyarakatkan kembali kue jipang, berinovasi, mengembangkanproduk dengan menambahkan beberapa varian rasa, membungkusnya dengan kemasan yang menariksehingga lebih tahan lama serta melalui pembuatan alat produksi sederhana berupa mesin pond hidrolikyang berfungsi sebagai pencetak dan pemotong kue jipang. Dalam sekali proses, mesin pond hidrolik dapatmencetak kue jipang sebanyak 100 buah dengan ukuran 2cmx4cmx2cm. Besar harapan kami, produksikue jipang hasil inovasi dapat memberikan peluang usaha yang lebih luas, mampu bersaing di pasaran,memberikan keuntungan yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat produsen serta menjadi produk kebanggaandaerah.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat dalam komputasi dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi telah menyebabkan peningkatan kemampuan untuk menangani sejumlah besar data geospasial. Penggunaan data spasial tidak hanya terbatas pada penggunaan geografi, tetapi pada bidang-bidang lain, terutama bidang yang terkait dengan penggunaan sumber daya alam dan kewilayahan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang tangguh dan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan industri informasi geospasial menggunakan model logit pada data kualitatif dengan variabel dummy. Data yang diolah merupakan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 46 responden yang bekerja di beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang geospasial. Hasil uji wald menunjukkan, sumber daya manusia yang berusia lebih dari 50 tahun, berpendidikan SMU/SMA, belum mengikuti pelatihan geospasial, dengan masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun, tidak signifikan memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Interpretasi dalam odd rasio dan exp (B) pada sebagian besar variabel yang diukur menunjukkan variabel usia, pendidikan, masa kerja tidak berbeda secara signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of trading volume, trading frequency, and market capitalization on stock returns of the chemical sub-sector. This study uses quantitative data. The relationship between trading volume, trading frequency, and market capitalization with stock returns will be tested using single linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, t-test, and F test. The independent variables in this study are trading volume, trading frequency, and market capitalization and the dependent variable is stock returns. The relationship between trading volume, trading frequency, market capitalization and stock returns can be written in the following multiple regression equation: Y = 0,123+ 0,866 X1 + 0,000 X2 + 0,000086 X3. Based on a simple regression test, all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variables, but using a multiple regression test, no one of all independent variables significantly affects the dependent variable. Based on the F test which significance value of 0.008 < 0.05, can conclude that variables trading volume, trading frequency, and market capitalization simultaneously have significant effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination of 0,311 showed that the three independent variables have a contribution value of 31.1%, which means that trading volume, trading frequency, and market capitalization affect stock returns by 31.1%, and the remaining 68.9% is influenced by other factors that are not described in this study.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has occurred and has had a substantial impact on many aspects of public life that are not only a health problem, but also affect the world economy and the environment in various ways. It seems that no country can avoid it and is not affected by its existence, and Indonesia is no exception. The main objective of this study is to determine the economic resilience of the community in dealing with Covid 19 pandemic espesially in hydroponic vegetable business. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with hydroponic activists, documentation and observation conducted during September 2020. The collected data were analyzed through data triangulation. The results show that hydroponic vegetable business developed by Indah Berbagi Foundation has implemented the floating hydroponic method or also known as the Floating Raft method and the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) system. Hydroponic vegetable business was profitable and the technology used compatible with characteristics of areas that have limited land. During the pandemic, the public demand for hydroponic vegetables increased quite high along with the increasing awareness of the public to consume healthy vegetables to maintain endurance, therefore in addition to providing good nutrition for body resistance during a pandemic. Using payback period method, it’s known that the hydroponic vegetable business can provide benefits and fast return on investment so that it is very useful in supporting the economic resilience of the community

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the main of production cost using the full costing method. The full costing method is one of the methods used in determining the cost of production by taking into account all components of production costs, both fixed and variable costs so that the calculation results are more precise and detailed. This research was conducted in a group of Jipang cake craftsmen in Antajaya Village, Tanjung Sari District, Bogor Regency. The data processed in this study are primary data obtained from the source directly based on real data recorded during the practice or simulation of making Jipang cake at the research location and community service. Based on the calculation, the results of the production cost of Jipang cake based on the full costing method is Rp. 472.15 or rounded to Rp. 500 per pcs.
