Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Bantaran adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang agribisnis. Dalam kebijakan mutunya, PTPN XII menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015. Sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 adalah metode yang digunakan oleh suatu organisasi untuk mengendalikan dan mengarahkan kegiatannya guna mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 pada pabrik pengolahan teh hitam CTC PTPN Sirah Kencong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi.

Abstract

Salary is still the most important thing in the life of workers or workers. The amount of salary received can determine the performance provided, sometimes the wages received are not in accordance with the performance provided, therefore the provision of incentive money as additional wages is very important, so that the daily needs of employees are met, and not to impact on their work. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the calculation of the amount of incentives carried out by Alfamart in order to improve employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by using interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. From the results of the study it was found that there was an increase in performance for employees who received incentives at a predetermined amount, and this amount was quite tempting as evidenced by the presence of personnel who always received PSM.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, quality and superior human resources are important for a company to be able to compete globally. The existence of a leader in a company or organization is also very much needed to help the company achieve the goals that have been set. The problem in this research is how is the role of leadership in increasing the work productivity of its employees. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the role of leadership can influence and increase employee work productivity. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the role of leadership greatly influences the level of work productivity of employees at the Afamart store, Sukaharja branch.

Abstract

This internship report contains matters related to the marketing strategy of paccounting products at PT Panemu Solusi Indonesia which is carried out using direct marketing techniques: direct selling. PT Panemu Solusi Indonesia is a company engaged in the information and technology sector. This study uses a qualitative approach using observation and interview methods. The conclusion in this study concludes that PT Panemu Indonesia before carrying out marketing there is a target market purchase which will then carry out marketing by the sales team directly with cold calling, warm calling to direct visit techniques with sales target consumers registering and scheduling live demos to the paccounting sales team

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) adalah salah satu fungsi manajemen yang memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia di sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan MSDM, penggunaan database memainkan peran yang sangat penting.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis fungsi database pada kegiatan MSDM (Karyawan). Metode penelitian studi literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Setelah mengumpulkan data, analisis data dilakukan dengan membaca, memahami, dan menganalisis sumber-sumber informasi yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan database dalam kegiatan MSDM sangatlah penting dan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan. Penggunaan database dalam kegiatan MSDM meliputi pengelolaan data karyawan, perekaman absensi karyawan, penggajian karyawan, evaluasi kinerja karyawan, dan manajemen pelatihan karyawan. Selain memudahkan manajer HRD dalam mengelola data karyawan, penggunaan database juga memberikan berbagai keuntungan bagi perusahaan seperti meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, memudahkan pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan transparansi kegiatan MSDM. Dalam penelitian ini, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah penggunaan database dalam kegiatan MSDM sangatlah penting dan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, implementasi database MSDM harus menjadi prioritas bagi perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kegiatan MSDM. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa metode penelitian studi literatur dapat digunakan dalam penelitian MSDM dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan mendalam mengenai topik yang diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions on scarlett whitening products, a case study on female students of Victory University Sorong. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study was students from Victory University Sorong and the sample set amounted to 65 people. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study use Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Promotion t test result 0.447, Product Quality 0.02 and Price 0.302. Partially, Promotions and Prices do not have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, while Product Quality has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. The significant result of the F test is 0.000, so simultaneously promotion, product quality and price have a significant influence on the purchase decision of scarlett whitening products in Victory University Sorong Students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of live streaming video promotion, price discounts and online customer reviews when live streaming Tiktok on purchasing decisions. This research method uses quantitative methods with data analysis using instrument data tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive samp ling techniques. The number of samples obtained by 140 respondents who had shopped through Tiktok live streaming in Solo Raya. The results of this study show that the variables of the influence of live streaming video promotion, price discounts and online customer reviews have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on Tiktok live streaming. While the variables The influence of live streaming video promotion, price discounts and online customer reviews simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through Tiktok live streaming.

Abstract

This article is to determine the effect of IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) on the decision making of procurement officials/selection working groups in the process of procuring goods/services in Pangandaran district. Procurement of Government Goods/Services is the activity of procuring goods/services by Ministries/Institutions/Regional Apparatuses financed by the APBN/APBD whose process starts from identification of needs to the handover of the work. Human Resources in Government Goods/Services Procurement, namely Procurement Officers/Selection Working Groups who have the skills to determine providers who are able to work on work packages. This can be viewed in terms of IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient). This study aims to determine (1) The effect of IQ (Intelligence Quotient) on the Decision Making of Procurement Officials/Election Working Groups in the Government Procurement of Goods/Services. (2) The Influence of EQ (Emotional Quotient) on the Decision Making of Procurement Officials/Election Working Groups in the Government Procurement of Goods/Services. (3) The simultaneous influence of IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) on the Decision Making of Procurement Officials/Election Working Groups in the Government Procurement of Goods/Services. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by analyzing the data from the questionnaire. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of IQ (Intelligence Quotient) on the Decision Making of Procurement Officials/Election Working Groups in the Government Procurement of Goods/Services. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of EQ (Emotional Quotient) on the Decision Making of Procurement Officials/Selection Working Groups in the Government Procurement of Goods/Services; (3) There is a positive and significant influence of IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) simultaneously on the Decision Making of Procurement Officers/Election Working Groups in the Government Procurement of Goods/Services.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Online Presence in Improving ASN Performance in Banjar District, Banjar City. Susi Mardila. Under the guidance of Dr. H. Enas, SE., M.M as supervisor I and Dr. Hj. Aini Kusniawati, MM as supervisor II. This research is motivated by the results of observations which prove that the implementation of online attendance in the Banjar District has an impact on improving the performance of ASN employees in the Banjar sub-district. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of online attendance in improving ASN performance in Banjar District, Banjar City. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of online presence has a positive impact on improving employee performance both in quality, quantity and time utilization. Because with online presence employees are more disciplined and better able to take advantage of working time because they cannot improve their workplace before working hours end. Through online attendance, employees cannot manipulate any data, especially attendance data, because it has been set in such a way as to optimize working time. Obstacles encountered in improving the performance of ASN in Banjar District, Banjar City, are problems with funds or budget, human resources and understanding of the main tasks and functions of the employees themselves. is by increasing the budget, increasing the competency of ASN both through related agencies and through individual wishes

Abstract

Human resource performance is the relationship between output (goods or services) and input (labor, materials, money). Many things affect employee performance including motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction. Agung Mandiri Tulungagung Convection is a company in the garment sector that was established in 1998. Employee performance at Agung Mandiri Convection is based on the number of units/machines, besides that the presence of employees every day according to working hours. However, employee obedience to Agung Mandiri Convection was lacking, resulting in production delays. At the Agung Mandiri Convection there is a lack of discipline from employees towards the company in improving employee performance, as well as a lack of motivation, employee commitment, and compensation in the form of salaries and wages that do not match what employees expect. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of work discipline, intrinsic motivation, commitment to financial compensation on the performance of employees of the Agung Mandiri convection company. This research is included in quantitative research and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling strategy, with a total of 35 employees participating. Sources of data in this study were primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data obtained through literature studies. The measurement scale used for each variable in this study is the Likert scale. The results of tests carried out using the simulatan test of work discipline, intrinsic motivation, commitment and financial compensation have an effect of 82.6% on employee performance. The results of this study simultaneously work discipline, intrinsic motivation, commitment and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Agung Mandiri convection employees.
